In this paper, A part of radio administration law were studied in the comparison with RR of ITC and foreign law concerned and analyzed it. As the result, I proposed the amendments of radio administration law as follows: 1.To make agreement of unity between the concerned ITC and RR about radio waves. 2.To amend the definition of terms used in radio administration law to compare and analyze with the domestic and foreign law concerned. 3.To make the rules of the scientific legal administration respected right of a people about the permission and cancellation of radio station. 4.To comepsate the imperfection of the radio administrative remedy systems and to attempt the better improvement for the democracy of radio administration.

The duty of radio administration is to give a permission of station and to supervise it. The supervisory service of station is aimed at keeping orders in the use of radio wave, and it is divided into two services, one is for the supervision of radio wave, and the other is for the inspection of station. I have here compared and analized only the inspection part of radio adminitrative rules and those of its relations for the inspection of statieon, and have here shown an ideal amended method for makins contribution to the research of this study.

무선5㎓ Wireless LAN의 Throughput을 통한 성능 분석에 관한 연구

본 논문에서는 Wireless LAN의 구조와 전송방식에 대해서 살펴보고, 5㎓ Wireless LAN의 연구가 활발하게 이루어지고 있는 시점에서 5㎓ Wireless LNA의 다양한 환경(강의실, 대강당, 사무실)에서 IP레벨의 Throughput을 통한 성능분석을 하였다. This study presents structures and transporting methods of Wireless LAM. And an efficiency analysis for throughput of W level in various environments such as classrooms, assembly halls and offices is performed at this point of time that studies of 5㎓ Wireless LAN are formed actively.

電和의 料金制度 改善에 對한 考察

As the result of analysis on the change of telephone charge in the domestic and it's charge system in forgeign countries. It required improvements as follows. 1.Enforcing the defferent system according to classified areas, business and dwelling house for automatic telephone basic charge. 2.Enforcing time system according to time of local call. 3.Enforcement of zone system. 4.Redusing the step of distance by step 3 or 4. 5.Discounting system for night and holiday use. 6.Rearranging the message charge according to distance system. 7.Lowing in price of the cost of equipment.

通信敎育의 方向에 관한 考察 : 電波通信敎育을 中心으로

In this paper I tried to make synthetical analysis of the domestic-oversea laws, documents and international convention which are ITC/RR, IMO/SOLAS, STCW, FGMDSS ect,in order to be established firmly on the direction for the education of telecommunications in the educational institutions. The brief results are as follows; 1.We should be asscertain the truth of the direction of radio communication education as inter-discipline, by means of analyze results of definition and specific character of radio communication and radio operaters. 2.To refer to history, it's to be make analysis of domestic radio communication educational system. We have examined closely that educational coordinates and the direction fixing that has not established firmly. 3.Even though the qualification requirement international covention is in accord with other covention mutually, it seems to me that there is some disagreement and reasonable matters for the qualification requirement of domestic laws. Cosequently we required to change to be in harmony with international convention and pointed out that compared with background of establishment by law and knowledge of qualification of RR, STCW, FGMDSS for analysis of all matters for radio station working. 4.According to analysis of all matters for radio station working and operater watchkeeping, we have presented many trouble problems for 1st, 2nd class of radio operater training and the fundamental direction of radio communication education, though we could be practiced as above-mentioned, the radio communication education will be established straight forwardly and the substance will be rationalized and become rich. In addition to we couled be materialized for informationized society and weifare society in good condition.

In this paper, I tried to research far the prospect and application of the Maritime sattellite commuilication that should be able to solved a problem of troublesome and pointed out the weakness of high requency communication in general used present times. By means of application of MARISAT in U.S.A., it has be able to communicated with high quality of the Maritime satellite communication by Telex, Facsimile, Data of commuication and computor, etc. Therefore, Industrial radionalization of marine transportation is possible with the reduction of painful labors of radio operators by improving safety and promoting of efficiency of movement of ships and freights. It should be able bring a work to completion of INMARSAT that to developing exert all possible effort by CCIR and IMCO, we could be composed the network of marine communication over the world. All marine communication service should be carried out automatically without delay, as matter of course, between earth station and ships at sea, mutually one another, areonautical radio navigation service, etc. We want to fulfilled needs of present times to introduced the introduction of technique, because in every respect, the application of Maritime satellite communication system are superior to technique and economic rather than high frequency communication has commucated be in general used present times.

Morse-Code의 受信術 向上에 對한 考察

In order to advance the Morse-code receiving technique, I analized that I had added the recording of receiving speed and evaluation marks for receiving intended for the first grade students in communication Dep. Ten times, once in an week from 20th April to 29th June, in 1984. And the results were as follows: 1) The slow rising speed of the receiving ability to the Morse-code was conformed, repeating gaining and losing in receiving speed. 2) Provided with good circumstances and appropriate teaching through the study of advancing course for receiving, no student was unable to keep up with his lesson. 3) The receiving speed showed 145 codes at low speed and 180 codest at high speed and differed by 35 codes from the other. 4) The evaluation marks showed 58.7 points to the minimum degree and 98.9 points to the maximum degree and differed by 40.2 from the other and total average marked 83.4 points. 5) It was conformed that the evaluation marks for receiving was reduced whenever receiving speed was increased. It was recognized that the rate of error occurred by the structure of complicated code.

방조제 해측피복석의 마모특성분석 -새만금방조제를 중심으로-

The results of Saemangeum seadike field inspection and material testing of armor stones in order to analyze causes of abrasion according to material characteristics of seaside armor stones in Saemangeum seadike are in the following: 1. The armor stones in Saemangeum seadike have been constructed by using internal stones (mainly, sinsi stones) and external stones, which had less strength (77.3 %) and more abrasion rate (133.3 %) compared with sinsi stones. 2. The compressive strength and abrasion rate were compared between ordinary wave section and high wave section for the purpose of analyzing the influence of waves. In compressive strength, sinsi stones were 4.0 % stronger and external stones were 0.6 % stronger in ordinary wave section than those of high wave section in average. In the case of abrasion rate, sinsi stones were 3.0 % higher and external stones were 8.2 % higher in the high wave section than those in the ordinary section. 3. The result of comparing compressive strength according to a zone is that the compressive strength in the Intertidal area was less strong in most of the zones. 4. Considering that deviated stones are moving around over the surface of armor stones in situ, it is important to compare material characteristics. So the comparison test about this factor showed that deviated sinsi stones were stronger than armor stones in situ in terms of compressive strength and resistance to abrasion. Based on these results, abraded armor stones may have resulted from their durability. Therefore it is assumed that armor stones are likely to be abraded when deviated stones which are more durable are moving around over armor stones which are less durable.

무선 종사자의 면허제도와 결격사유 및 면허취소에 대한 고찰

A radio operator Implies a character in law requirements which Permit for the first time one get a job to the field when he optains the appropriate qualification, going through a certain formalities, threes steps passing the licence examination in or outside the country after possessing prescribed knowledge and faculty as the subject of radio communicacation. The three elements of correspondence-imformation, electric wave and behavior-are combined, seperated and controlled one another, and contribute to the human race and the society of a nation. Correspondence is one of synthethic Science and occupies a verv important position in imformation age already arriving at our surroundings at these times. Accordingiy the licence system of a radio operator is required, but after abtaining a licence, if there are no defective reason and licence cancellation, it will result in nonsignificance of licence as well as confusion of correspondance-state. I'd like go examine and analyse on the licence system and further to criticeize on the defective reason and the cancellation of a licence according to the articles of law.
