        연구목적: 초소형 정밀 기계 기술로 제작된 2차원 가속도 센서와 916 MH2 단거리 고주파 데이터 통신 기술을 응용하여 인체의 운동상태를 자동으로 감지하고 분류하는 기법을 제안 하고자 하였다. 재료 및 방법: 인체의 신호를 획득하기 위하여 미국 버클리대에서 제작한 무선 센서를 등 산용 조끼의 전면상단에 부착해서, 대상자의 흉골 부위에 위치하도록 하고, 앉은 상태에서 일어서거나 눕거나 하는 동작 및 그 역동작이 일어날 때, 가속도 센서에서 감지되는 4가지 종류의 파형 현화에 해당되는 데이터를 무선센서 네트웍을 통해 획득하였다. 결과: 획득한 신호를 주성분분석(Principal Component Analysis)과 지원벡터머신(Support Vector Machine)을 사용하여, 2차주성분까지를 도표화하고 클러스터링 함으로써, 4개의 영역으로 분할하는 것이 가능함을 말 수 있었다 결론: 소형 센서들이 작동되는 임베디드 컴퓨팅 환경에서 일상생활 중에 발생하는 인체의 4가지 동작을 자동으로 감지하고 분류하는 것이 가능함을 보였다. Purpose: New monitoring and classifying method of human motion contort was pro- posed by using 2-axial MEMS accelerometer and 916 MHz short-range data communica-tion technology. Materials and Methods: The wireless sensor of MICA mote was attached to a woman mountain vest and located close to the subject's sternum. During four types of sub-ject's motion, that is, sit-to-stand, stand-to-sit, sit-to-tying, and tying-to-sit, waveform changes of the accelerometer data were acquired by wireless sensor network. Results: The acquired signal was analyzed by Principal Component Analysis(PCA) and Support Vector Machine(SVM) technique. By clustering the first and second principal components, four regions corresponding to the four types of motion, were clearly segment-ed. Conclusion: Human motion context during daily life could be monitored and classified automatically by using small sensors in embedded computing environment

      • Design of UCC and Play Based Inquiry Teaching and Learning Model

        This study seeks to develop an adaptive teaching and learning mode utilizing elementary school education UCC and play-based exploration by extracting the computer science subjects from the ICT basic quality curriculum and based on literature review on problem solving learning model, play and UCC. The developed model is applied to real education practice in an experiment then the results are analyzed to examine what kinds of effects there are in terms of various learning abilities of students and study achievements. By UPBI teaching and learning model, the nature of computer education was fully utilized so both online and offline study were allowed in parallel. In order to efficiently implement the UCC based learning system designed, skilled teachers’ ICT ability is required along with advanced school and home information facilities.

      • An Adaptive Materialization Method for Globally Optimized Query Evaluation in a Hierarchical Mediator System

        <P>Semantically related mediators form a hierarchical structure based on the definition of views in each mediator, since a view in a mediator is defined by views in other mediators or base tables in several local information servers. A global query is transformed into a set of its sub-queries; and, each sub-query is the unit of evaluation in an information server or a child mediator. Therefore, it is possible to speed up the execution of a global query if the previous results of frequently requested sub-queries are materialized in a mediator. However, the integrating schema in a mediator can be incrementally modified; and, the evaluation frequency of a global query can also be continuously varied. In order to select the optimized set of materialized sub-queries, with respect to their current evaluation frequencies, the proposed method applies a decay factor for modeling the recent access behavior of each sub-query. As a result, it is possible to adjust the optimized set of materialized sub-queries adaptively according to the recent changes in the evaluation frequencies of sub-queries. Consequently, this paper proposes an algorithm for selecting the optimized set of sub-queries to be materialized in each mediator of a hierarchical mediator system adaptively such that the overall query evaluation cost of the hierarchical mediator system can be minimized at all times.</P>

      • An Efficient Modeling and Dimensioning Approach of Internet Business Area based on OLAP

        Domain registration organizations have long recognized the importance of their customers. For domain registration service providers to match the domain registration with registrants’ propensity and company service requirements is still a challenging issue. This research seeks to suggest an analytical method that can identify in which market domain registration organizations should secure potential group of customers who could contribute to higher domain sales while supporting their decision making process by linking their own possessed domain registration information with external attribute data on in which business areas the registered domains are utilized online. Through experiments, several business areas were found to have consistent trends and changes with those in overall market internet business areas and internet business area changes as desired to find in this research.

      • e-PBL Model Development for Computer Learning Systems

        In this paper, an e-PBL model and problems for an effective computer education were developed and applied for information literacy education of computer in elementary schools. In order to progress an effective e-PBL class, a support learning system including an e-mentoring and a web discussion function has to be built. In this paper, we developed the e-PBL teaching model for information literacy education of computer in elementary schools and inspected its effectiveness and validity. In order to resolve the research questions, class elements were extracted from an analysis of the prior research in the e-PBL. The class elements in the e-PBL were analyzed to six elements of the ‘unstructured practical problem’, ‘learner-centered problem’, ‘process reflected problem’, ‘cooperative learning reflected problem’, ‘on-line learning support system’, and ‘e-mentoring’. The e-PBL model was designed based on the extracted elements. The model developed by the present research added an on-line element and an e-mentoring element to the conventional PBL model. The main learning steps were given by 6 steps and it was characterized that the e-PAS system (Learning support system) and e-mentoring were used. The main steps include an introducing step, a problem proposing step, a problem solving plan step, a problem solving step, a result proposing and presenting step, a class finishing step, and an evaluation step. For the successful e-PBL teaching in elementary education of computer, the learning system that has the various learning strategies and support systems and interacts teachers with learners frequently will ought to be built.

        렙토스피라병 초기의 산 염기 평형 변화와 흉부 X - 선 소견

        N/A Background: Clinical syndrome of leptospirosis in Korea which accompanied by hemoptysis, pulmonary hemorrhage, respiratory failure was quite different from that of typical Weil's disease. The death rate in the early stage of disease has relationship with chest X-ray findings and acid-base disturbances resulted from hypoxia and asphyxia. We've come to consider chest X-ray findings and arterial blood gas findings as factors influencing the prognosis of the disease. Methods: Forty one cases of leptospirosis diagnosed by acute febrille illness symptoms and serologic tests were graded for chest X-ray findings and grouped according to acid-base abnormalities. Retrospectively, we attempted to correlate the acid- base disturbances and chest X-ray findings with morbidity and mortality of the disease. Results: The result were as follows. 1) Abnormal chest X-ray findings were observed in 30 cases(73%). Mortalities according to the chest X-ray findings were 0(0%), 2(17%), 3(0%), 4(0%), 5(33%), 6(50%) and chest X-ray findings influenced the mortality with statistical significance(p<0.05). 2) Acid-base abnormalities were observed in 39 cases(95%) and the types were divided to six groups . Respiratory alkalosis was the most common acid-base disturbance(44%). Five cases were died. Two of five were respiratory alkalosis, two cases were mixed respiratory metabolic acidosis and another case was mixed respiratory-metabolic alkalosis. As shown, acid-base abnormality influenced the mortality and mixed acid-base disturbances were showed high mortality with statistical significance (p<0.05). 3) Total mortality was 12%(five of forty-one). The chest X-ray score, morbidity, pH, pCO2, pO2, and HCO3 were 5.0±0.8, 3.4±1,3, 7.16±0.17, 32.5±1.1, 43.3±13.4 and 17.6±3.1 in died group, 2.4±0.4, 12.7±1.0, 7.46±0.01, 48.8±13.4, 65.4±3.7 and 23.4±0.9 in recovery group, respectively. There was difference between two groups with statistical significance. Conclusion: In this study, we concluded that chest X-ray findings and acid-base abnormalities influenced the mortality of leptospirosis. The factors above mentioned make us consider chest X-ray and blood gas analysis are essential to the patient hospitalized for the suspicion of leptospirosis. Especially, these factors pointed out the patient having chest X-ray abnormalities and mixed acid-base disturbances needed intensive care in the early stage of leptospirosis.

        효율적인 문서 검색을 위한 연관 키워드 추출 및 확산 클러스터링 방법

        An efficient searching system is needed to offer the exact result of diverse information to user in an enormous amount of web information. Due to this reason, it is important to extract and analysis of user requirements in the distributed information environment. The conventional searching method used the only keyword for the web searching. However, this paper analyzes query process of users approach and searching log data to the result documents. Thereafter, it extracts document lists based on subject words. Due to this reason, this paper proposes a method which provides keywords closely and mutually related to certain subject words for an efficient searching. In addition, it provides a clustering method that finds most relevant itemsets among extracted itemsets of related keywords. Unlike the conventional searching method which searched for information by a representative word, this proposed method in this paper is much more efficient and exact. The performance of the proposed algorithm is analyzed by a series of experiments to identify its various characteristic.
