TWINSPAN 기법을 이용한 한국의 저서성 대형무척추동물의 유형분류 및 유형분포에 영향을 미치는 환경요인에 대한 판별분석

Korean benthic macroinvertebrate community from 959 sites and 14 environmental factors that could affect the biological distribution were surveyed and analyzed. The 438 taxa were divided into six groups according to TWINSPAN. Based on the environmental factor values corresponding to each taxon, the average and range of environmental factors for each biological group tended to increase or decrease in eight environmental factors (altitude, slope, current velocity, fraction of fine particles in substrates, turbidity, BOD5, T-N and T-P). As a result of discriminant analysis (hit ratio: 69.6 %), environmental factors that significantly influence the distribution of each biological group were BOD5, altitude, catchment area, T-N, T-P and fraction of fine particles in substrates. The discriminant functions 1 and 2 classified the existing six biological groups (clustered by TWINSPAN) into five (group 1: highland highly sensitive group; group 2: lowland sensitive group, group; 3 and 4: lowland slightly tolerant group; group 5: lowland tolerant group; group 6: lowland highly tolerant group). Most of the benthic macroinvertebrates were identified in the species level. However, a few others were identified in genus or family level, too. Even the organisms belonging to the same genus or family may prefer different environmental factors in the species level, the identification of characteristic of the habitat environment preferred by organism and species level identification of these organisms are utmost. The results of this study may be used as basic information on environmental factors which can be considered in preservation and restoration research for biodiversity.
Photoconductivity and enhanced memory effects in hybrid C<sub>60</sub>–graphene transistors

<P>We describe the observation of photoconductivity and enhanced memory effects in graphene devices functionalized with clusters of alkylated C<SUB>60</SUB> molecules. The alkylated C<SUB>60</SUB> clusters were adsorbed on chemical vapor deposition-grown graphene devices from an aprotic medium. The resulting alkylated C<SUB>60</SUB>–graphene hybrid devices showed reproducible photoconductive behavior originating from the electron-accepting nature of the C<SUB>60</SUB> molecules. Significantly enhanced gate hysteresis was observed upon illumination with visible light, thereby enabling the use of C<SUB>60</SUB>–graphene hybrid devices in three-terminal photo-memory applications. </P>

<P>In this study, the recovery of algal oil from Enteromorpha intestinalis based on an acidic-hydrothermal reaction was investigated. Overall, the algal oil yield after the acidic-hydrothermal reaction was increased under the conditions of high reaction temperature, high catalyst concentration, and long reaction time within the tested ranges. Significantly, catalyst concentration, compared with reaction temperature and time, less affected algal oil recovery. The optimal acidic-hydrothermal reaction conditions for production of algal oil from E. intestinalis were as follows-200 C reaction temperature, 2.92 % catalyst concentration, 54 min reaction time. Under these conditions, an 18.6 % algal oil yield was obtained. By increasing the combined severity factor, the algae oil recovery yield linearly increased.</P>
효소제 및 호르몬제의 품질관리에 관한 연구(Ⅰ) : 데옥시리보뉴클레아제 제제 Deoxyribonuclease (DNase) preparations

데옥시리보?트렐이제(DNase)는 분자량 약 62kDa의 핵산(DNA)분해효소로서 소염작용이 있어 기관지염, 요도염, 낭포성섬유종등의 화농성질환의 채료에 사용되고 잇다. 이 약의 정량법으로는 효소-기질반응에 의하여 기질의 점도변화를 측정하는 효소학적 정량법이 사용되고 있으나, 숙련된 실험자를 요구하며, 시험자간의 오차가 크고, 정확성 및 재현성이 떨어지는 문제점이 제기되어 왔다.따라서 본 연구에서는 모세관전기영동분석기(Capillary Electropho-resis, CE)를 이용하여 데옥시리보뉴클레아제 및 그 함유제제에 대한 재현성과 정확성이 높은 분석법을 확립하고자 하였다. 데옥시리보뉴크레아제 원료 및 그 ㅏㅁ유제제를 가지고 모세관, Run buffer, 검출기, 표준액 및 검액 전처리법, 내부표준물질을 검토하여 모세관전기영동분석기그이 분석조건을 검토하고, 검액 및 표준액을 가지고 검량선작성, 재현성 시험, 시판품의 정량 등을 실시한 결과, 데옥시리보뉴크레아제 및 그 함유제제의 CE 분석조건으로 Capillary:50μm×40㎝,fused silica;검출기:자외부흡광광도계(측정파장 200nm);Run buffer:75mM potassium phosphate buffer (pH 2.5);Run voltage:15kV를 사용하였을 때 inter, intra-day 재현성(%RSD)이 모두 1% 이하로 양호하였다. 이 방법은 조직이 간편하고 정확하게 정량할 수 잇어 데옥시리보뉴클레아지 제제? 품질 평가법으로 활요될 수 있을 것이다. Deoxyribonuclease (DNase) is the lytic enzyme used for the treatment of purulent diseases such as broncopulmontary infections, cystic fibrosis etc. For separation, identification and deterraination of deoxyribonuclease in final drug preparations, a capillary electrophoresis (CE) method has been developed. The influeuces of the buffer pH, electrolyte composition, temperature and voltage were investigated to determine the best analytical conditions. Separation of Deoxyribonuclease was achieved with a 75mM potassium phosphate buffer (pH2.5) and UV detection (200nm). Efficient separations occur in less than 15min with good repeatability giving a relative standard deviation of less than 1%. The precision of the method was evaluated from inter-and intra-day replicate injection of deoxyribonuclease standard solutions. The products from two manufacturers were analyzed and qualitative differences between two products were compared.
