Characteristics of the China's Power Elites in the 21^(st) Century : Continue or Change?

This study focused on the backgrounds of the current CCP PB members, and what characteristics changed or continued when compared to the previous one. The subject of research was the top 203 PB members since 1949, a cluster of elites that includes the current 24 PB members. The analytical categories of the backgrounds were: 1) biological backgrounds, 2) educational backgrounds, and 3) work backgrounds. In brief, the results of analysis show all of the 16^(th) PB in their age, growth time, the time of graduated college and joined the Party, or work experience are different from the third generation. However, the 16^(th) PB members have advanced their careers by working on China's economic modernization program, they were technically trained and by profession technocrats in administrative capacities, similar to their immediate predecessors. Therefore, the new leadership will not necessarily translate into distinctive policy orientation.

Remote Sensing field uses mainly Landsat TM image that is used to the monitoring of the wide area. This study executed a spatial analysis using satellite images and digital topographic maps. we predicted the amount of soil loss on a field slope based on rainfall pattern, soil type, topography, crop system and management practices.
Cellulomonas fimi의 Cellulase特性과 톱밥의 單細胞 蛋白質 轉換

1. 섬유소 생물자원을 이용하여 纖維素資化能의 單細胞蛋白質을 生産하기 爲하여 소와 양의 反芻胃에서 Hungate's roll tube method에 의하여 통성혐기성 섬유소 분해세균 21株를 분리하였으며, 그 중에서 가장 섬유소 분해력이 강한 1株를 선발하여 형태학적, 배양학적, 생리학적 특성을 검토하여 同定한 결과 Cellulomonas fimi C-14이었다. 2. 분리 同定된 Cellulomonas fimi C-14의 균생육 및 효소생산의 최적 조건은 온도 30℃, pH6.5이었고, 생산된 조효소는 40℃, pH6.0에서 최대역가를 나타내었으며 그 때의 C₁,??, β-glucosidase ,역가는 20.6, 226.6, 0.56(mㆍunit)이었다. 3. 곰팡이 Cellulase의 첨가로 酵素力價가 증가하였으며, 현사시나무의 톱밥을 기질로 호모 菌體生産時 상승효과가 나타났으며, 낮은 농도의 xylose, glucose에서도 발효능이 좋은 균주로 선발된 Candida guilliermondii를 접종하였을 때 이단계 발효법보다 동시당화 발효법의 菌體生産 수율이 높았다. 4. 톱밥기질에서 곰팡이 Cellulase 첨가와 Cellulomonas fimi C-14와 Candida guilliermondii를 접종하여 동시당화 발효법으로 菌體乾物量 4.5g/l를 얻을 수 있었으며 이 때의 기질인 톱밥은 2-Naphthol 처리 및 자가가수분해, 脫리그닌 처리된 것이었다. From the sheep's and cattle's rumen, facultative anaerobic cellulolytic bacteria were isolated by using Hungate's roll tube technique. In the 21 isolated species, one was screened by it's strong cellulolytic activity and identified as Cellulomonas fimi C-14 by investigate morphological, cultural, physiological characteristics. Optimum conditions of the cell growth and enzyme production were pH 6.5 and 30℃. In the enzyme activity, Crystalline cellulose hydrolyzing activity, Carboxy methyl cellulose hydrolyzing activity, and β-glucosidase activity were 20.6, 226.6 and 0.56 (unit×10³/ml) at pH 6.0, 40℃. By addition of fungal cellulase, enzyme activity was increased. Candida guilliermondii was selected for S.C.P production under low sugar concentration. S.S.F. (Simultaneous Saccharification Fermentation) is higher than two step fermentation in cell yield. Sawdust was autohydrolyzed and treated 2-naphthol, then delignified by Wise's method. Maximum dry cell yield was 4.5g/ℓ from 2% of the Populus albaglandulosa sawdust substrate by use of C. fimi C-14, Candida guilliermondii and addition of fungal cellulase through S.S.F. method.
간헐폭기 활성슬러지 시스템에서 폭기 및 비폭기 시간의 결정시 컴퓨터 예측모델의 활용

Simulation model used in this research was developed from IAWPRC model. Computer simulation model was verified on intermitently aerated activated sludge system and used to evaluate a effect of aeration and nonaeration time. Characteristics of swine wastewater and kinetic parameters were determinated and applied to the simulation model. Predicted and measured results were fitted quite well. In simulation results, aeration/nonaeration time influence on T-N concentration. Optimum aeration/nonaeration time were 1 hr/0.75hr and 1hr/1hr.

Simulation model used in this research was developed from IAWPRC model. In this research, effect of SRT, feeding pattern and reactor configuration on intermittently aerated activated sludge system was evaluated by using computer simulation model. T-N removal was affected the SRT for the effeative T-N removal was 15day or longer. Feeding pattern in intermittently aerated activated sludge system was affect to the T-N removal. Feeding pattern which 100% loading to the first reactor was most effective for T-N removal. When multi-stage of two-stage or more was operated, COD and T-N in effluent removal was nearly the same.
