Study on Analysis of sprawling developmentbecause of improper location by judging propriety of the development location targeting on the developments conducted recently. We did pre-research on the developments of city and country in Chungcheongbuk-do for recent three year, then classified the development works according to five grade of National Environmentsal Zonging Map which is index of reserve, buffer and , by using GIS analysis tool to judge the propriety of the location.
This paper is to study the adsorption of a chloroplast of agar removed toxic & fixed experiments in specific characters. We examined the utility-possibility of the biological adsorption, and investigated the method for treating heavy metal wastewater econmically and efficiently.
The soil loss by rainfalls or runoffs has been one of the main environment problems in 20th century. The soil loss cause the various problems those are decreasing of the agricultural productivity, desolating of pasture land and disturbing of water flowing. Therefore, it is very important to measure properly various factors those are affecting to soil loss and to recognize a seriousness of soil loss problem. In this study, we use the USLE(Universal Soil Loss Equation) as a basic approaching way for soil loss analysis in a watershed, and the GSIS(Geo-Spatial Information System) technique is applied to evaluate for factors those are related to the USLE. The results of this study are consisted of three parts those are 1) to build up the various topographical information that is needed for analysis of wide area soil loss by using the USLE,2) to evaluate the factors those are needed to the USLE,3) to estimate the soil loss condituion of subbasin in the watershed.
The previous control point surveying, being standardized by trigonometric point which hasn't been unified in the whole country and producing put into operation through complex calculation process, has many problems about accurate results and economic side. Because most of trigonometric points that standardize a present surveying are in situation in top of the mountain, there are many difficulties in solving sight problems. Since trigonometric points are far away from one another, Differences are created because of limitation of point distance, observatory network construction and distribution of error. In the information age, the study about acquiring three dimension surveying information that uses GPS has been processed as fast as acquiring topography information is getting important gradually. For utilizing GPS in surveying work, deciding transformation 7-Parameters that changes data about location information which is received by GPS receiver is important. In this study, It is decided transformation 7-Parameters that can be used in study area by using GPS surveying production that had put into operation.
The landslides by rainfalls or runoffs in soil loss factors is been treated one of the main environment problems in 20th century. Landslide effective soil loss cause various problems those are decreasing of the agricultural productivity, desolating of pasture field and disturbing of water flowing. The soil loss in landslides has a bad effect on not only pasture field or cropland but also changing of a water level by depositing process at river.
According as a complexity and high level of society, the information being rapid and accurate for landuse, environment and traffic etc. is required, but the information management by a drawing and a map is confronted with a complicated and sudden change of facilities. For the facility management, the condition of all facility must be understood and facility drawing of those days of construction must be kept well, but there are many problems for the facility management because of keeping a drawing and a map carelessly up to now. To solve these problems and preserve a drawing and manage facility efficiently, the facility management(FM) is required. This study includes the methodological problems for the techniques and procedures to design database necessitating great cost and time to establish the facility management system(FMS). Furthermore, all sorts of layout materials, which are currently handled in facility management within the universities land, can be expediently utilized through computerization of GIS, and this study readily tries to determine the scheme to modify, complement, and manage the data.
The rainfall pattern analysis on time distribution characteristics of rainfall rates is important in determination of design flood for hydraulic structures. The historical data from abut 200 storm samples during 4 years in Bochong stream area have been used to investigate the time distribution of the rainfalls. The rainfall pattern analysis methods of Huff and Pilgrim have been us-ed in this study. In Huff method, time distribution relations have been developed for heavy storms over 20mm in total rainfall and represented by relation percentage of total storm rainfall to percentage of total storm time and grouping the data according to the quartile in which rainfall was the heaviest of all. In pillgrim method, the data have been grouped four groups such as 5 hours, 9 hours, 14 hours and 18 hours duration time according to total duration time of each rainfalls. It was found that third-quartile storms occurred most frequently in analysis by Huff method in Bochong stream area. And in analysis by pilgrim method, the result of the analysis of each groups of rainfall pattern was following 5 hours and 9 hours rainfall pattern was First-quartile, 14 hours were second quartile and 18 hours was Third quartile. The time distribution characteristics resulted in this study have been presented in graphic forms such as time distribution curves with probability in cumulative percent of storm time and precipitation and selected histograms for First, Second, Third and Fourth quartile storms.
This study executed a spatial analysis using satellite images and digital topographic maps. we predicted the amount of soil loss on a field slope based on rainfall pattern, soil type, topography, crop system and management practices.
The purposes of this study are firstly to design an integrated underground facility management system to manage all underground facilities in integration in order to prevent city-misfortunes because of negligent management, and secondly to suggest alternatives about a data input and co-application for effective development and management of this integrated underground management system. In order to establish database for underground facility, after each management organization makes base maps based on the 1:1000 topographic map, they make underground maps on the base map after maintaining related underground graphic data.
The eco-friendly approach to the stream that is the very basic of stream management is run in various ways such as water quality improvement, preparation for flood and ecological restoration to protect ecolife. As well as these trends, continuous stream management businesses such as water management to protect annually repeating flood due to heavy rain caused by sudden weather changes like global warming, El Nino are performed but the damage from flood has been largely increased compared to 70s and 80s. Recently, there are about 4.5times of increased flood damage in 10years compared to 70s and 80s (annual average 1.35trillion dollar) and particularly in 2002, there has been the highest amount of total cost of damage, 6.1 trillion dollar and therefore there is a definite policy for improvement. So flood prediction information about endangered area when setting wide range of natural hazard preparation and water protection plan to achieve stable life of people and reduction of economic loss.
