        다문화동화로서의 아시아 전래동화집 연구

        이 연구는 아시아계 이주민이 중심인 한국의 다문화사회를 반영하여 다문화동화로서의 아시아 전래동화집의 방향을 모색하는데 그 목적이 있다. 기존의 다문화동화가 아시아계 이주민과 다문화가정의 갈등을 주요 스토리로 하였다면, 이 글에서는 우리 사회로 이주한 다양한 사람들의 모국 문화, 가치관에 대한 소개와 이해가 진정한 다문화동화라 규정하며 다문화동화로서의 아시아 전래동화집의 개발과 구체적 기획 방안을 모색하였다. 이를 위하여 현재 출판되고 있는 세계 전래동화집의 현황을 분석하였고, 그 결과, 아시아 전래동화의 개발이 충분히 이루어지고 있지 않다는 사실을 확인할 수 있었다. 특히, 폭넓은 자료조사가 이루어지지 않은 상태에서 아시아 전래동화는 양적인 문제뿐 아니라 제한된 작품과 동일한 작품의 답습이라는 질적 한계가 있었다. 그래서 아시아 전래동화집의 개발을 위해 약 3년 동안 진행한 이주민 구술 설화 조사를 바탕으로 구체적인 기획 방향을 모색하였다. 우선, 가장 시급한 것이 전래동화의 초석이 될 아시아의 설화의수집이며, 이를 통해 작품 선정의 기준을 마련하고 작품의 다양화를 모색해야 한다. 그리고 흥미나 교훈 중심의 전래동화가 아닌 문화 중심의 아시아 전래동화집을 제안하였다. ‘가치문화ㆍ 자연문화ㆍ생활문화ㆍ역사문화’와 같은 문화 중심의 아시아 전래동화집의 방향을 제시한 후 이 연구에서 중국설화 <니엔 괴물과 설날 풍속 유래>와 몽골 설화 <낙타의 뿔이 없어진 유래>를 통해 구체적인 사례를 제시하였다. 문화 중심의 아시아 전래동화집은 통합과 화합이라는 주제를 전면으로 내세우는 다문화동화보다 매력적이고 흥미로운 서사로 아동들에게 진정한 다문화교육과 상호문화교육을 실천할 것으로 기대된다. This study attempted to investigate a direction of the collections of classic Asian fairy tales as multicultural children’s stories by reflecting the characteristics of South Korea’s multicultural society mostly populated by Asian immigrants. In conventional multicultural stories, a conflict between Asian immigrants and multicultural families was the main was a common theme. However, this study concludes that multicultural children’s stories should introduce different culture and values based on their correct understanding and proposes specific plans to develop classic Asian fairy tale collections. For this, this paper analyzed current collections of the world’s classic fairy tales and realized that classic Asian fairy tales haven’t been properly written. In particular, in addition to a quantitative issue, same and limited stories have been read to children continuously while there hasn’t been a comprehensive data survey. To develop classic Asian fairy tale collections, therefore, this study proposes a specific direction based on the research on immigrants’ oral tales, which has been conducted for about 3 years. The results found the followings: First of all, it is most urgent to diversify stories by collecting Asian fairy tales. This study also proposes culture-centered fairy tales, not conventional theme or lesson-focused stories. In other words, this paper proposes value culture, nature culture, living culture, and history culture Asian fairy tale collections. So in this study, specific cases were presented through Chinese tales “Nien Monsters and The Origin of New Year's Day customs” and Mongolian tales “The Origin of Camel's Horns”. Culture-centered collection of traditional Asian fairy tales is more attractive and interesting than multicultural fairy tales that put the theme of unity and harmony at the forefront. Therefore, Asian traditional fairy tales will practice true multicultural education and mutual culture for children.

        상호문화교육을 위한 문학교육의 방법론 연구 -다국적의 구비문학 자료를 바탕으로-

        The purpose of this study is to establish a methodology for systematic literature education in intercultural education with defining the meaning of literary education in intercultural education. Also the standard selection of literary works in intercultural education with mutinational oral literature was discussed and then educational contents and application plans with the selected literray work were suggested. In this study, the methodology based on mutinational oral literature such as folktale, proverbs and folk beliefs was considered because the unique literature of each ethnic group along with a universal culture is dissolved together in multinational oral literature. Also there are extensive oral literary works which have been studied through previous research projects. This researcher has investigated the multinational oral literature of immigrants residing in Korea, and 1,493 multinational oral literature have been collected. Hence multinational oral literature is supposed to be most effective and practical research to establish a literary education methodology in intercultural education.To establish the methodology, the selection criteria, educational contents and application plans of literature were discussed. The criteria for selecting literary works is whether they have a common subject, theme and narrative. After selecting literary works, each literary work was compared. Through comparison of selected works, the culture of one's own country is reminded and other cultures are studied. For effective education to select the content, each country's value culture, natural culture, living culture and historical culture were considered. Through the educational contents, students will learn empathy and respect for other cultures.The criteria for selection of literatures, educational content and application plan established in this study will be a methodology of literature education that can be applied not only to multinational oral literature, but also to other literature education for intercultural education.(INHA University)

        신규 간호사의 임상 경험에 대한 메타합성

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to provide an in-depth understanding of the clinical experience of new nurses through integrated review and synthesis. Methods: This study was performed according to the qualitative meta-synthesis method proposed by Atkins et al. The final six articles were meta-synthesized to comprehensively describe the clinical experience of the new nurse. Results: There were 44 themes derived from the collected literature, which were integrated into 8 themes. The clinical experience integrated among new nurses is as follows. New nurses struggling from immaturity in new clinical environment, physical hardship caused by working conditions at the clinical practice, feeling burdened by the increasing workload in an unfamiliar work environment and excessive role, lacking professional knowledge and skill about clinical practice. In addition, parents, caregivers, colleagues, and senior nurses make it difficult or supportive to adapt clinical practice for new nurses. However, new nurses put effort in obtaining knowledge to become a qualified nurse, and discover themselves who are adjusting to clinical practice. Conclusion: These results provide an in-depth understanding of the clinical experience of new nurses, which can be used as basic data in the development and application of educational programs to help new nurses adapt to their clinical settings.

        제 4차 산업혁명 시대의 바이오와 인공지능 융합 교육의 방향 및 제언

        In the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, artificial intelligence(AI) and big data are considered representative techniques and are being converged with a variety of industrial fields, including the biomedical and pharmaceutical sectors. In line with the latest trend, the demand for the knowledge and capabilities regarding AI is increasing. In this research, we suggest directions of the education in biotechnology and AI convergence. We employ the focus group interview(FGI) and the in-depth interview(IDI) to investigate the opinions of specialists belonging to biopharmaceutical, medical and AI fields. The results are summarized as follows. The convergence education of AI and biotechnology is presently required to the biotechnology trainee. Advancing into the bio-convergence industry is currently limited to college graduates majored in biotechnology. Specialists participated in this study affirm that bio major students should attain logic and mathematics in studying AI and programming, which leads to the direction of education with the convergence of AI and biotechnology. This research confirmed the AI proficiency required for bioconvergence workers and suggested the direction of vocational education to be implemented for college students and graduates in the future.
