In this paper, we proposed an analytical model for TFT which has series of the polycrystalline structures. An average speed is defined as carrier speed by the electric field. The effective square is suggested as the area of grain without depletion for the changed grain size. First, physical parameters such as grain size, channel lenght and trap density, have been changed to prove the validity of the average speed model and the value of the effective square has been estimated through drain-source current.

Recently, most of the photovoltaic module companies have focused on reducing the manufacturing cost. One of the possible ways is the use of thin water solar cell. Thin solar cell, however, provides critical problem such as bowing which causes possible micro cracks inside solar cell, finally, leading to reliability issue. In this paper, bowing has been tested for different thicknesses of ribbon and temperatures of hot plate. Finally, tabbing process to minimize the bowing of the crystalline silicon solar cell has been suggested

이 연구는 다중지능을 활용하여 중학교 국어과 문학 수업을 개발하고, 그에 따른 수업의 효과를 분석하였다. 이 연구에 참여한 학생들은 경기도 소재 중학교 1학년 학생들로 수업은 총 9차시로 개발되었다. 모둠은 다중지능 영역 중 강점 지능 영역이 같은 학생들로 구성되었다. 학생들의 다중지능을 파악하기 위해 MIDAS 도구가 활용되었고, 국어에 대한 학생들의 의식 및 태도를 알고자 서술형 설문조사를 하였다. 문학수업에 대한 학생들의 내면적인 지각과 이해를 알기 위해 심층면접을 실시하였다. 연구결과 학생들은 첫째, 국어 수업에 대한 인식에서 긍정적인 변화를 가져왔고, 둘째, 문학 감상 능력이 신장되었으며, 셋째, 자신의 강점과 약점 지능에 대한 이해가 증진되었고, 그리고 넷째, 서로를 통한 배움을 통해 대인관계 능력이 향상되었다. 이 연구는 중등교육에서 일반적으로 받아들여지는 언어 치중적 강의법만이 아닌 학습자의 다양한 강점 지능 영역을 고려한 다양한 교수법 개발과 실천이 요구되고 있음을 보여준다. The purpose of this study was to examine whether there is any effect of multiple-intelligences-based (henceforth, MI-based) Literary instruction in middle school. The first grade students(one class) in Gyeonggi-Do province participated in this study. Shearer's Multiple Intelligences Development Assessment Scale(MIDAS) were used to investigate students' strength intelligence. Descriptive survey was needed to find student's attitude about language and literary instruction. In-depths interview was used to analyze the effects of the MI-based Literary instruction. The findings of the study were as follows ; First, the positive attitude change about Language subject were appeared. Students eagerly participated in class activity. Second, the appreciative ability of Literature was developed. Third, to know one's strength and weakness seems to help the students to understand themselves. Fourth, using students' cooperative team strength-intelligence-based improved their interpersonal ability. The results of this study show that the efforts to develop and practice learner's strength-intelligence-based teaching and learning methods on various subjects in middle school education were needed.

The present study developed teaching-learning activities to improve personal intelligences and to investigate their effectiveness. Significant differences were found in both interpersonal and intrapersonal intelligence. Positive effects appeared in cooperative attitudes, capacity to care for and understand others, and in reflective thinking abilities. The results suggest the importance of a balanced educational curriculum in order to enhance human affective aspects, self-esteem, cooperative classroom climate formation and the moral and character development of students. Consistent and systematic investigation is needed on multiple intelligences theory, development of teaching-learning activities, their longitudinal effects, and a fair assessment instrument.

The coflow velocity effect on the minimum extinguishing concentration(MEC) was investigated experimentally in heptane cup-burner flames. Various inert gases(N2, Ar, CO2, He) were added into the oxidizer to find the critical concentration and the effectiveness of the agents on flame extinction. The experimental results showed that the MECs were increased with increasing coflow velocity for most inert gases except helium, but the higher coflow velocity induced the lower burning rates of heptane. This indicated that the increase of coflow velocity resulted in the decrease of fuel velocity evaporated from fuel surface, and hence the stain rate on the reaction zone was also decreased. In the case of helium as a additive, the extinguishing concentration was independent of the coflow velocity because the heat conductivity was ten times larger than the other inert gases and flow effect by a strain rate might be compensated for heat loss to the surroundings
WSR에서 고온 혼합기의 매연 생성에 관한 수치적 연구

Numerical study was performed to investigate the soot formation characteristics of the homogeneous mixture in the WSR(wellstirred reactor) as a function of initial temperature. Ethylene and pure air were used as a fuel and an oxidizer, respectively. Even though thesoot formation was affected by temperature history and residence time, the pure chemical effect can be considered with WSR because it iszero dimensional reactor. The results show that the reactor temperature increased with the equivalence ratio regardless initial mixturetemperature since a lot of fuel can not participated in reaction because of limited oxidizer at higher equivalence ratio. Furthermore, the sootvolume fraction increased with decreasing CO concentration. which implies that carbon component formed in the incomplete combustionmight contribute to the formation of soot instead of CO. Also, distribution of soot volume fractions have a bell type shape for 300K of initialmixture and a monotonic change for 800K . This can be understood as a effect of temperature. The other properties of soot and gas speciessuch as surface growth rates and concentrations of pylene and acetylene supported that HACA(hydrogen abstraction and acetylene addition)mechanism is most important on the soot formation even for high initial temperature of mixtures.

PV module is manufactured by several steps such as cell sort, tabbing & string, lay-up, lamination processes. In oder to manufacture PV module, solar cell must be placed in high temperature. Soldering Process in high temperature is important because it directly influences electric output performance changes of solar cell in solar cell module. We consider applying momentary high temperature, while soldering solar cell, and expect change electric characteristics of PV module. In this paper, we measure electric output characteristics of solar cells after those are applied with high temperature changes for two seconds. From these results, we confirm with application of high temperature, I_{sc} increase and V_{oc} slightly decreases.
