자원봉사활동의 적극성과 지속성에 영향을 미치는 인정보상 요인에 관한 연구

본 연구는 자원봉사활동의 적극성과 지속성에 영향을 미치는 인정보상 요인을 살펴보기 위한 것이다. 이를 위하여 기존 연구결과를 토대로 인구사회학적 요인인 성별, 연령, 학력, 소득, 결혼유무, 직업, 지위, 동기 등의 변인과 인정보상 요인으로 사회적, 심리적, 경제적, 관리적 인정보상변인을 설정하여 대구광역시 달서구자원봉사센터 소속 자원봉사자 176명의 조사 자료를 바탕으로 자원봉사활동의 적극성과 지속성에 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 다중회귀분석방법으로 분석한 결과, 자원봉사활동의 적극성에는 사회적, 관리적 인정보상변인이, 지속성에서도 사회적, 관리적 인정보상변인이 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. This study is to investigate the recognition and reward factors on positiveness and durability of volunteer activities. Based on earlier studies, factors like gender, age, educational background, earning, marriage, job position and inducement of activities are put into the Social economic status factors while Recognition and reward factors include social, mental, economic, administrative factors. With the findings on investigation of 173 Volunteers in Dalsugo, Deagu, We analyzed the factors that affect the positiveness and durability of volunteer activities. By means of multiple regression, positiveness is proved to be affected by social factors and administrative factors. while durability is also linked to the social factors and administrative factors statistically. On the basis of this analysis, this study presents the pattern development and strategy to augment positiveness and durability of volunteer activities.

Gene expression profiles can serve as a valuable reference for deciphering gene functions. We exploited the potential of whole genome microarrays to measure the temporal expression profiles of rice genes in 13 stages of reproductive development. We could profile expression of 17,676 genes in at least one of the tissues. Differential expression analysis with compare to leaf and preceding stages of development revealed reproductive stage-preferential/-specific genes. we identified 35 genes expressing specifically during panicle and seed development. The metabolic/hormonal pathways and transcription factor families playing key role in reproductive development were elucidated after overlaying the expression data on the public databases and manually curated list of transcription factors, respectively. During floral meristem differentiation (P1cm) and male meiosis (P5cm), the genes involved in jasmonic acid and gebbellin biosynthesis were significantly upregulated. F11DAP stage of seed, containing enlargement organ, exhibited enrichment of transcripts involved in starch or sucrose biosynthesis. Genes regulating auxin biosynthesis were induced during early seed development. We validated the stage-specificity of regulatory regions of two panicle-specific genes, AK072471, Os08g0538700, and AK121412, an early seed-specific gene, in transgenic rice. The data generated here provides a snapshot of the underlying complexity of the gene networks regulating rice reproductive development.

An acireductone dioxygenase (ARD) gene of potatoes was isolated from the expressed sequence tags (ESTs) of potato post-suberization cDNA libraries. The highest expression levels of the StARD gene and the protein appeared 36 h after suberization. An approximate 9-fold increase in ARD activity was detected at 36 h after wounding. Real-time reverse transcription?PCR (RT?PCR) analysis and immunolocalization studies revealed that StARD transcripts increase at the wound surface of potato tubers. The polyamine (PA) contents increased significantly after wounding at the wound surface. The increased PA content and ARD activity may play an important role in wound periderm formation.

This study was carried out to evaluate whether antioxidant nutrient suppplementation with $\alpha$-tocopherol, vitamin C, $\beta$-carotene, and selenium reduces the lipid peroxide levels and increases the antioxidative enzyme activities in patients with coronary hart disease. Eighty nine patients participated in a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial. The antioxidant group (45 patients) was given daily doses of $\alpha$-tocopherol (400 IU), vitamin C (50 mg), $\beta$-carotene (15 mg), and selenium (50 $\mu\textrm{g}$) and forty four patients received a placebo. Thirty eight subjects (84.4%) of the antioxidant group and thirty nine subjects (88.6%) of the placebo group completed the three-month supplementation. Serum levels of tocopherol, vitamin C and $\beta$-carotene significantly increased in the antioxidant group compared with the baseline (p<0.05). Thiobarbituric acid-reactive substances(TBARS) decreased significantly (0.6 nmol MDA/mL) in the antioxidant group compared with that (0.09 nmol MDA/mL) in the placebo group (p=0.03). However, antioxidant supplementation did not affect the level of oxidized-LDL measured as autoantibodies against oxidized-LDL. The superoxide dimutase activity in red blood cells increased in the antioxidant group compared with the baseline (p<0.05). However, glutathione peroxidase activities did not change after supplementation in both groups, and catalase activity significantly decreased in the placebo group (p<0.05). These results suggest that antioxidant supplementation for 3 months with $\alpha$-tocopherol, vitamin C, $\beta$-carotene and selenium in patients with coronary heat disease may be partially protective against oxidative stress.

Portal hypertension often leads to the development of several collateral vessels that shunt blood flow from the portal to the systemic circulation. The rupture of intra-abdominal varix is an unusual complication of portal hypertension that can lead to life-threatening hemoperitoneum of the patient is herrmdynamically unstable due to massive intra-abdominal bleeding, exploratory laparotomy should be performed on the patient. There are several reported cases of intra-abdominal variceal bleeding such as paraumbilical varix, the varix from the small intestine and proximal colon etc. Spontaneous hemoperitoneum caused by the rupture of gastroepiploic vein varix, however, has not been repzted in Korm, to the best of our knowledge. We wiU discuss a patient with portal hypnsion due to liver cirrhosis who pnmented with acute intra-abdominal bleeding. During the laparotomy, he was found to have a rupture of the gastnxpiploic vein. 'Ihe vessel was ligated, and the patient recovered uneventfully by operative variceal ligation. (Korean J Hepatol 2001;7:336-340)

지리정보시스템(GIS) 클라이언트는 Open API를 이용한 개방형 구조를 지향하고 있다. OLE DB는 OLE/COM을 기반으로, 다양한 데이터 소스에 대한 표준 인터페이스를 제공하기 때문에 서로 다른 데이터 소스에 대한 상호운용성을 지원하는 것이 용이하다. 그러나 OLE DB를 이용하여 공간 데이터를 수정하는 경우에 Two-Phase Locking방식으로 인한 긴 대기시간(Long Wait)과 set단위의 Iocking을 지원하지 않는 문제가 발생한다. 본 논문은 OLE DB를 이용한 공간 데이터의 수정을 위하여 Row 단위의 잠금이 아닌 Rowset 단위의 영역잠금을 위한 잠금 모드와 인터페이스를 정의한다. 그리고 긴 대기시간을 해결하고 동시성을 높이기 위해 동시수정 트랜잭션 인터페이스를 정의하고 프로토콜을 제시한다.

최근 VOD(Video On Demand)나 AOD(Audio On Demand) 서비스가 급증하면서 멀티미디어 스트리밍 기술에 대한 관심이 커지고 있다. 기존의 스트리밍 서비스는 정적으로 멀티미디어를 전송하므로 네트워크 환경의 대역폭(bandwidth) 변화에 대체하는 한계가 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 적응형 스트리밍 서비스(ASS; Adaptive Streaming Service) 시스템을 제안한다. ASS 시스템은 가변 비트율을 통한 미디어 스케일링방식을 이용하여 멀티미디어 데이터를 동적으로 전송한다. 또한 프레임 조정방식과 화질 조정방식을 동시에 채택하여 적용함으로써 고화질이 보장되는 전송환경과 느린 회선에서도 끊김없이 안정적인 스트리밍 서비스를 제공받을 수 있도록 한다.
