This study aimed to examine the effect of adolescents’ perceived parental blame (criticism) on learned helplessness and to examine whether maladaptive metacognitive beliefs and rumination sequentially mediate the relationship between parental blame and learned helplessness. The participants were 316 adolescents (Mean age =16.7, SD =0.75; 137 male, 179 female) attending grades 1st and 2nd in high school in South Korea. The participants were selected using a snowball sampling method, while the data was collected via an online selfreport questionnaire. This survey was completed by the participants and analyzed using SPSS 28.0, Amos 26.0 (IBM Co., Armonk, NY), and PROCESS macro version 4.2 (Model 6; Hayes, 2022). The main results are summarized as follows. Firstly, the adolescents’ perceived paternal and maternal blame indicated significant direct effects on learned helplessness. Secondly, rumination mediated the effect of paternal and maternal blame on learned helplessness. Lastly, paternal and maternal blame significantly affected learned helplessness through the sequential mediating effects of maladaptive metacognitive beliefs and rumination. This study elucidates the causal structure among the various factors influencing learned helplessness in adolescents, focusing on parental blame, maladaptive metacognitive beliefs, and rumination. Furthermore, considering the verified sequential mediating effects of maladaptive metacognitive beliefs and rumination in the relationship between adolescents’ perceived parental blame and learned helplessness, these findings suggest that modifying maladaptive metacognitive beliefs may help to reduce learned helplessness among adolescents who perceive high levels of parental blame.
중간지원조직과 에너지 레짐 전환 : 한국 에너지자립마을의 사례 비교

기후변화와 에너지 안보에 대응하기 위한 에너지 전환은 소규모 마을 단위에서 시작해 국가 단위까지 확장될 수 있다. 본 연구는 에너지 레짐 전환을 재생에너지 중심 기술, 참여적 거버넌스, 능동적 에너지 생산자 규범으로의 전환이라는 분 석틀을 사용해, 에너지자립마을 사례를 비교·분석한다. 특히 본 연구는 중간지원조직이 민-관 협력을 이끌고, 민과 관 각각의 규범 및 구조 변화를 이끌어 에너지레짐 전환을 유도함을 밝힌다. 이때 중간지원조직이란 민과 관의 중간에 위치하 면서 양측의 인식 변화를 추동하고 상호 협력 활성화를 지원하는 집단을 가리킨다. 결론적으로 에너지 레짐 전환을 위해서 중간지원조직의 이슈 도입, 가교, 감시 및 교육 역할이 유효하며, 그 영향력에 따라 네트워크 형성 및 민관의 인식이 달라진다고 주장한다. 이는 어떤 요소가 레짐 전환을 유도하는지에 대해 새로운 관점을 제시하면서, 이 과정에서 중간지원조직의 역할을 밝히는 정책적 함의를 제공한다. Energy transition can transform technology and governance aiming to address energy security and climate change mitigation at various levels. This study analyses energy self-sufficient village efforts, by using the framework of energy regime transition: renewable energy based technology; participatory governance; and active energy producer norm. In particular, we highlight the role of intermediary supporting organization in realizing energy transition through facilitating public-private partnership, and education. To achieve energy regime change, the roles of intermediary supporting organizations are critical to form networks and to change perceptions of stakeholders. By comparing Yondae Island of Tongyong city and Mara Island of Jeju province, this study empirically contributes to our understandings of energy regime transition and its drivers. This study also suggests that strengthening intermediary supporting organization is a way to advance village-level energy regime transition.
소통의 리더십: 리더십과 의사소통이 공공봉사동기에 미치는 영향

공무원이 적극적으로 공직 업무를 수행하도록 동기를 부여하는 것은 무엇일까? 기존의 연구들은 공무원이 시민과 사회의 안정과 발전을 위해 자발적으로 공적영역에서 봉사하고자 하는 의지를 공공봉사동기(Public Service Motivation; PSM)라고 정의한다. 일반적으로 조직 내 개별구성원들을 지도하며 조언하는 변혁적 리더십이 비용 및 효과의 거래로 수행되는 거래적 리더십에 비해 공공봉사동기(PSM)를 촉진한다는 주장이 지배적이다. 하지만 위계적 조직문화의 특성을 온존하고 있는 한국 공무원 사회에서, 공급자인 리더가 어떠한 유형의 리더십을 제공하느냐 뿐 아니라, 그것이 과연 수요자인 구성원들에게 제대로 전달되고 있느냐가 구성원들의 공공봉사동기에 영향을 미칠 것이라고 기대할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 리더십과 협업 및 의사소통이 상호작용을 하여 공공봉사동기(PSM)에 유의미한 영향을 미칠 것이라고 기대한다. 본 연구에서는 공직생활실태 데이터(2020)를 활용하여, 공공봉사동기(PSM), 리더십, 그리고 조직 내 협업과 의사소통 정도 간의 관계를 경험적으로 분석한다. What motivates public employees to carry out public services more likely? How can leadership style affect the motivation of public employees? Existing administrative literature identifies Public Service Motivation (PSM) as a factor which makes public employees more willing to serve citizens and society"s stability and development voluntarily. Scholars argue that different types of leadership may heighten or dampen PSM in employees, transformational leadership which directs and advises each of the members of an organization, promotes the PSM, whereas transactional leadership focuses on the cost effectiveness of employees and discourages intrinsic motivation. Therefore, we anticipate that the type of leadership provided by the leaders (suppliers) in the public sector will impact the PSM of members with hierarchical culture in Korean public organizations (consumers). This study identifies leadership types and their effects on organizational PSM, and communication in public sector. We analyze the relationship between PSM, leadership, and communication within the organization, utilizing the Public Employee Perception Survey Data of 2020.

This research paper is to manufacture microfluidic chips using 3D printing technology. Microfluidic chips are widely used in basic scientific material science such as physics, chemistry, and biology by using a small amount of reagents to shorten reaction time and conduct experiments under various conditions in one chip at a time. Since these microfluidic chips require semiconductor process technology, they are expensive and spend a lot of time, so they can be economical and time-saving by utilizing 3D printing technology. We propose 3D printing technology. We manufactured a master mold using a 3D printer that was created in this way, solved the problem of tomography of the 3D printer, and based on this, chips were fabricated to successfully generate droplets. Our technology can be used a lot in the bio field.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>We report a dual-immunopatterned microfluidic device for capturing both epithelial and mesenchymal circulating tumor cells (CTCs) simultaneously in a single device using the two antibodies of anti-epithelial cell adhesion molecule (EpCAM) antibody and newly developed anti-63B6 antibody. In addition to the conventional epithelial antibody of anti-EpCAM, our in-house produced anti-63B6 antibody targets mesenchymal stem cell-like cancer cells and intermediate cancer cells, thus overcoming limitation of the conventional single anti-EpCAM based CTC isolations. These two antibodies are immobilized to each top and bottom layer of the present device and the combination of two layers forms a circular chamber with the center inlet. The mutual complementary cell isolation through competing reaction in different velocity zones between mesenchymal and epithelial antibodies enables the precise screening and profiling of CTCs depending on their positivity and degree of epithelial/mesenchymal surface antigen expression, which may differ in compliance with disease status.</P> <P>From the experiments using epithelial and mesenchymal-like cancer cells, the present device captures 94.47% of cancer cells, which is substantially higher than the EpCAM-only-based method in terms of heterogeneous cancer cell isolation including mesenchymal–like cancer cells. Patient blood samples were employed to assess the clinical application of the present device for examining the patient status based on their CTC heterogeneity. The CTCs captured by both antibodies exhibit considerably varied expression profiles of epithelial protein including cytokeratin and EpCAM. The present device facilitates the isolation of heterogeneous subtypes of CTCs. These undiscovered heterogeneities would be helpful for precise analysis of CTCs to find their underlying meaning in cancer progression.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> We present a dual-immunopatterned microfluidic device for capturing both epithelial and mesenchymal circulating tumor cells. </LI> <LI> Our in-house produced anti-63B6 antibody targets mesenchymal stem cell-like cancer cells and intermediate cancer cells. </LI> <LI> This device captures 94% of epithelial and mesenchymal cancer cells, significantly higher than previous anti-EpCAM methods. </LI> <LI> Our novel antibody combination facilitates isolation of EpCAM+, EpCAM- CTCs with non-defined CTC-like (EpCAM-/CK-) cells. </LI> <LI> Heterogeneous CTCs enriched by the present device are expected to elucidate the undiscovered roles of CTCs for cancer. </LI> </UL> </P>
