As 3D scanner and 3D printer develop, 3D related researches are being progressed in medical and other industrial fields. In the dentistry field, wax up and casting method making a dental prosthesis feathered out, and it is being replaced by the production method(CAD/CAM) using the computer. From this trend, consumption of a ceramic used as the raw material of CAD/CAM is increasing. CAD/CAM equipment make a dental prosthesis using a 3D model, so 3D scanner is used in order to get a 3D model. There are two types of 3D scanners. For one thing, consist of a fixed camera scanning the limited area, rotation axis and swing axis. For another, the hand held scanner that don’t have space restriction. Because of this, the unnecessary area is scanned. Therefore, the hand held scanner has to high speed scanning performance for stability. And the 3D dental model demand high resolution.

Severe neurotrauma with blunt or penetrating brain injuries has been a worldwide issue concerning high morbidity and mortality for decades. Patients with serious neurotrauma fundamentally require a well-established series of intensive care for a good recovery. The fields of neurocritical care have rigorously been evolved to meet the unique needs of these patients.

One-dimensional cutting stock problem (1DCSP) is a problem mainly applied in the pipes, cables, and paper rolls industries, and it is a problem of minimizing the trim loss of the stock while satisfying the demand of orders. 1DCSP can be solved by the integer linear programming to get an optimal solution. However, the computation time is exponentially increased depending on the number of types of orders and its quantity demanded. Although many heuristic methods have been proposed to solve the problem, it is difficult to develop a heuristic method that always provides a good solution to various problems due to the performance that is highly dependent on problem domain. In this paper, we propose a method to generate observations by producing various 1DCSPs, and then use the artificial neural network (ANN) algorithm to select the heuristic method that provides a good near-optimal solution for any 1DCSP. ANN models were implemented using the Sequential module of TensorFlow 2.0 Keras. According to the experimental results, the minimum value of root mean square error (RMSE), mean absolute error (MAE), accuracy, precision and recall are found with specific combination of parameters of batch size, epoch number and optimizer.

스마트 농업에 대한 관심과 지원이 증가하면서 스마트 팜 분야의 빅데이터 분석 기술 및 인공지능에 대한 연구 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 인공지능 연구를 위해 대용량의 데이터와 양질의 라벨링이 선행되어야 하며 특히 수경재배의 데이터가 부족한 현황이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 수경재배 환경에서 딥러닝 기반 불량 모종 진단을 위한 생육 데이터 구축에 관한 연구를 제안하여 수경재배 데이터 산업에 기여하고자 한다.
Intracranial Pressure Monitoring for Acute Brain Injured Patients: When, How, What Should We Monitor

While there is no level I recommendation for intracranial pressure (ICP) monitoring, it is typically indicated for patients with severe traumatic brain injury (TBI) with a Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) score of 3–8 (class II). Even for moderate TBI patients with GCS 9–12, ICP monitoring should be considered for risk of increased ICP. The impact of ICP monitoring on patient outcomes is still not well-established, but recent studies reported a reduction of early mortality (class III) in TBI patients. There is no standard protocol for the application of ICP monitoring. In cases where cerebrospinal fluid drainage is required, an external ventricular drain is commonly used. In other cases, parenchymal ICP monitoring devices are generally employed. Subdural or non-invasive forms are not suitable for ICP monitoring. The mean value of ICP is the parameter recommended for observation in many guidelines. In TBI, values above 22 mmHg are associated with increased mortality. However, recent studies proposed various parameters including cumulative time with ICP above 20 mmHg (pressure-time dose), pressure reactivity index, ICP waveform characteristics (pulse amplitude of ICP, mean ICP wave amplitude), and the compensatory reserve of the brain (reserve-amplitude-pressure), which are useful in predicting patient outcomes and guiding treatment. Further research is required for validation of these parameters compared to simple ICP monitoring.
