Analysis and Compensation Control of Dead-Time Effect on Space Vector PWM

Jie Shi,Shihua Li 전력전자학회 2015 JOURNAL OF POWER ELECTRONICS Vol.15 No.2

Dead-time element must be set into space vector pulsed width modulation signals to avoid short circuits of the inverter. However, the dead-time element distorts the output voltage vector, which deteriorates the performance of electrical machine drive system. In this paper, dead-time effect and its compensation control strategy are analyzed. Based on the analysis, the voltage distortion caused by dead-time is regarded as two disturbances imposed on dq axes in the rotor reference frame, which degenerates the current tracking performance. To inhibit the adverse effect caused by the dead-time, a control scheme using two linear extended state observers is proposed. This method provides a strong ability to suppress dead-time effects. Simulations and experiments are conducted on a permanent magnet synchronous motor drive system to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Elucidating synthesis of noble metal nanoparticles/graphene oxide in freescavenger γ-irradiation

        Jie Shi,Wanwei Jiang,Liangsen Liu,Miaolei Jing,Fengyan Li,Zhiwei Xu,Xing-xiang Zhang 한국물리학회 2019 Current Applied Physics Vol.19 No.7

Three representative noble metal (Ag, Au and Pt) nanoparticles decorated graphene oxide (NMNPs/GO) composites were fabricated via γ-irradiation without scavenger. The NMNPs/GO composites exhibited the pure and well-dispersed particles structure, which directly illustrated that the GO could be acted as scavenger to benefit reduction and growth of NMNPs. Compared with irradiated GO (IGO), the GO substrate of composites had the lower relative content of hydroxyl groups, meanwhile, the relative contents of carbonyl groups (Pt > Au > Ag) were increased with increasing valence of noble metal. Such results illustrated that the abundant hydroxyl groups could convert the hydrated electrons, hydroxyl and hydrogen radicals to promote the growth of NMNPs on the surface of GO. In addition, the Raman signals of Ag NPs/GO composites were significantly enhanced (6.18 fold more than pristine GO, respectively), exhibiting obvious surface-enhanced Raman scattering activity. Therefore, this paper revealed that the GO could convert the hydrated electrons and radicals to synthetizing NMNPs/GO composites during γ-ray irradiation.

        中國産品責任賠償範圍硏究 -以侵權責任法與判例爲硏究視角-

( Shi Jie Xu ),( Kyu Yong Park ) 홍익대학교 법학연구소 2014 홍익법학 Vol.15 No.4

Chinese Tort Liability Law, which was enacted in 2010, has a great influence to the Chinese tort liability system, including the products liability. Before Tort Liability Law, the adjustments of product liability laws are General Principles of the Civil Act, Consumer Protection Law, Product Quality Law and so on. These laws have a positive effect on protecting the rights of victims, but still not enough. The execution of Tort Liability Law became an important role as a complementary product liability legal system. After the Tort Liability Law, Consumer Rights Protection Law was amended; Food and Drug Judicial interpretation of the Supreme People`s Court has also been announced to take effect in March 15, 2014. It is necessary to study on the impact of these laws and judicial interpretation on the Tort Liability Law and Product Liability legal system, the relationship between these regulations and Product Quality Law, other judicial interpretation, the scope of compensation for damages of product liability and calculation of damages. The scope of tort liability damages includes physical damage, property damage and mental damage. But there is special damage in product liability damages, which is punitive damage. Firstly, with the price of product increasing, whether the victims can receive the compensation for the defect product in the tort litigation becomes more and more important. Secondly, Tort Liability Law determined the scope of the physical damage, but there still remains some conflicts with other regulations. Finally, punitive damage is the characteristic in product liability legal system. This paper will study on the above matters and some related cases, and be used to the previous reference for comparative study of China and Korea product liability legal system.

A study on the inflammatory response induced by LPS of the Arthrospira platensis ethanol extract

        Shi Jie Zhang,Jae-Chan Yang,Bo-Ae Kim 한국응용과학기술학회 (구.한국유화학회) 2019 한국응용과학기술학회지 Vol.36 No.3

Arthrospira platensis has been reported to contain a variety of substances such as phycocyanin, β-carotene, vitamin E and other carotenoids. In this study, zebrafish were treated with indoor cultivation spirulina ethanol extracts(ICAE) to determine toxicity(coagulation rate, hatching rate, heart rate). We used the DCFH-DA staining method to detect the effect of reactive oxygen species(ROS) generation on lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-induced zebrafish embryos ROS various concentrations(0.01, 0.05, 0.1, 0.5mg/ml) of ICAE. Cell toxicity was measured by WST-1 assay on RAW 264.7 macrophage cell line. Also, measured the inhibitory effect of nitric oxide(NO) and prostaglandin E₂(PGE₂) production in RAW264.7 macrophages induced by LPS at various concentrations of ICAE. The results of embryo coagulation rate, hatching rate, heart rate of zebrafish at various(0.01, 0.05, 0.1mg/ml) of ICAE was no toxicity. The ICAE treated group had an inhibitory effect on NO and PGE₂ production compared and decreased with concentration. The results of this study ethanol extract of Arthrospira platensis has an anti-inflammatory effect and suggest that is worthy of use cosmetics for skin protection.

      • Mini-Array of Multiple Tumor-associated Antigens (TAAs) in the Immunodiagnosis of Esophageal Cancer

        Qin, Jie-Jie,Wang, Xiao-Rui,Wang, Peng,Ren, Peng-Fei,Shi, Jian-Xiang,Zhang, Hong-Fei,Xia, Jun-Fen,Wang, Kai-Juan,Song, Chun-Hua,Dai, Li-Ping,Zhang, Jian-Ying Asian Pacific Journal of Cancer Prevention 2014 Asian Pacific journal of cancer prevention Vol.15 No.6

Sera of cancer patients may contain antibodies that react with a unique group of autologous cellular antigens called tumor-associated antigens (TAAs). The present study aimed to determine whether a mini-array of multiple TAAs would enhance antibody detection and be a useful approach in esophageal cancer detection and diagnosis. Our mini-array of multiple TAAs consisted of eleven antigens, p53, pl6, Impl, CyclinB1, C-myc, RalA, p62, Survivin, Koc, CyclinD1 and CyclinE full-length recombinant proteins. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISA) were used to detect autoantibodies against eleven selected TAAs in 174 sera from patients with esophageal cancer, as well as 242 sera from normal individuals. In addition, positive results of ELISA were confirmed by Western blotting. In a parallel screening trial, with the successive addition of antigen to a final total of eleven TAAs, there was a stepwise increase in positive antibody reactions. The eleven TAAs were the best parallel combination, and the sensitivity and specificity in diagnosing esophageal cancer was 75.3% and 81.0%, respectively. The positive and negative predictive values were 74.0% and 82.0%, respectively, indicating that the parallel assay of eleven TAAs raised the diagnostic precision significantly. In addition, the levels of antibodies to seven antigens, comprising p53, Impl, C-myc, RalA, p62, Survivin, and CyclinD1, were significantly different in various stages of esophageal cancer, which showed that autoantibodies may be involved in the pathogenesis and progression of esophageal cancer. All in all, this study further supports our previous hypothesis that a combination of antibodies might acquire higher sensitivity for the diagnosis of certain types of cancer. A customized mini-array of multiple carefully-selected TAAs is able to enhance autoantibody detection in the immunodiagnosis of esophageal cancer and autoantibodies to TAAs might be reference indicators of clinical stage.

      • Involvement of Cdc25c in Cell Cycle Alteration of a Radioresistant Lung Cancer Cell Line Established with Fractionated Ionizing Radiation

        Li, Jie,Yang, Chun-Xu,Mei, Zi-Jie,Chen, Jing,Zhang, Shi-Min,Sun, Shao-Xing,Zhou, Fu-Xiang,Zhou, Yun-Feng,Xie, Cong-Hua Asian Pacific Journal of Cancer Prevention 2013 Asian Pacific journal of cancer prevention Vol.14 No.10

Cancer patients often suffer from local tumor recurrence after radiation therapy. Cell cycling, an intricate sequence of events which guarantees high genomic fidelity, has been suggested to affect DNA damage responses and eventual radioresistant characteristics of cancer cells. Here, we established a radioresistant lung cancer cell line, A549R, by exposing the parental A549 cells to repeated ${\gamma}$-ray irradiation with a total dose of 60 Gy. The radiosensitivity of A549 and A549R was confirmed using colony formation assays. We then focused on examination of the cell cycle distribution between A549 and A549R and found that the proportion of cells in the radioresistant S phase increased, whereas that in the radiosensitive G1 phase decreased. When A549 and A549R cells were exposed to 4 Gy irradiation the total differences in cell cycle redistribution suggested that G2-M cell cycle arrest plays a predominant role in mediating radioresistance. In order to further explore the possible mechanisms behind the cell cycle related radioresistance, we examined the expression of Cdc25 proteins which orchestrate cell cycle transitions. The results showed that expression of Cdc25c increased accompanied by the decrease of Cdc25a and we proposed that the quantity of Cdc25c, rather than activated Cdc25c or Cdc25a, determines the radioresistance of cells.
