확률적 거리함수를 활용한 지역별 에너지효율성 추정

본 연구의 목적은 전통적 에너지효율의 지표인 에너지원단위(Energy Intensity)를 넘어 확률적 프런티어 접근으로 우리나라의 지역별 에너지효율성을 추정하고 이를 에너지효율 개선을 위한 기초적 자료로 제공하고자 함이다. 이를 위해 1998 - 2018년 기간 동안의 우리나라 16개 시·도의 에너지효율성 및 에너지원단위 효율성을 확률적 거리함수를 활용하여 추정한다. 부가적으로 선행연구에서 혼재하고 있는 자본스톡 추계방법들에 따른 에너지효율성 순위의 강건성을 살펴본다. 분석 결과 첫째, 세 가지 에너지효율의 지표에 따라 지역의 순위에 상당한 변동이 있었으므로 이들을 상호보완적으로 사용해야 할 것이다. 둘째, 에너지효율성은 시간이 지남에 따라 미미하지만 조금씩 개선된 반면, 에너지원단위 효율성은 미미하지만 하락했다. 마지막으로 자본스톡 추계방법에 따른 지역별 에너지효율성은 강건하지 않았다. 경제분석에서 중요한 자본스톡 추정 시 신중을 기해야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for improving energy efficiency by estimating the regional energy efficiency in Korea using the stochastic frontier approach beyond the energy intensity that has been traditionally used as an indicator of energy efficiency. In this paper, energy efficiency and energy intensity efficiency were estimated as a stochastic distance function from 1998 to 2018 for 16 cities and provinces in Korea. In addition, the robustness of energy efficiency according to the capital stock estimation methods which had been mixed in previous studies was reviewed. As a result of the analysis, there is a significant change in regional rankings according to the three energy efficiency indicators, so they should be used complementary to each other. Second, while the energy efficiency improved little by little over time, the energy intensity efficiency decreased slightly though. Lastly, energy efficiency by region according to the capital stock estimation method was not robust. Care must be taken in estimating capital stock, which is important in economic analysis.

초등교사의 자기수업컨설팅 사례연구: 학습동기유발전략에 대한 성찰 중심으로

본 연구는 초등교사인 연구자가 학습동기유발전략(ARCS)을 중심으로 자기수업컨설팅을 진행하는 과정을 통해 학습동기유발전략에 어떤 변화를 경험하고 이러한 자기수업컨설팅이 교사에게 어떤 의미가 있는지 살펴보는 것에 목적이 있었다. 본 연구는 2017년 8월-2018년 2월 초까지 6개월간 G광역시 J초등학교 학생 24명에게 진행된 사회과 수업을 대상으로 진행되었다. 자기수업컨설팅은 총 3차례로 이루어졌으며, 학습동기유발전략 분석도구를 활용한 수업분석은 총 6회의 사회 수업 동영상 촬영을 가지고 진행하였다. 동기유발 전략 분석 도구를 활용한 수업분석과 더불어 교사의 수업성찰일지와 학생 인터뷰를 활용한 내용을 토대로 수업 문제의 원인을 분석한 후 개선안을 작성하여 이를 적용해보는 과정을 반복하였다. 이와 같은 연구를 통해 교사는 2가지 경험을 할 수 있었다. 첫째, 학생의 배움을 촉진하기 위해 교사의 기존 학습동기유발전략을 돌아보고 그 전략 범위 및 요소들을 실제로 개선할 수 있었다. 둘째, 자기수업컨설팅을 통해 교사는 수업에서 학생을 대하는 태도에 변화도 가져올 수 있었다. 더불어 수업을 바라보는 관점이 교사의 시선에서 학생의 시선으로 보는 위치 변화를 경험할 수 있었다. 총체적으로 이러한 자기수업컨설팅 과정의 본인 수업성찰 경험이 교사인 연구자에게 스스로 ‘수업 전문성’ 역량을 기를 수 있는 중요한 계기가 되었다. The purpose of this study was to examine what the primary teacher did through the process of self instructional consulting using learning motivation strategy (ARCS) analysis tools and what this experience meant to teacher. The research was conducted on 24 students of J Elementary school in G city for six months from the end of August 2017 to the beginning of February 2018. Self instructional consulting consisted of three sessions, and class analysis using synchronous strategy analysis tools was conducted with a total of six video clips of social classes. Based on class analysis using synchronous strategy analysis tools, the teacher's review log and student interviews were used to analyze the causes of class problems and repeat the process of preparing and applying improvement plans. Through these studies, the teacher was able to have two experiences: First, in order to promote students' learning, the teacher was able to look back on the teacher's existing learning motivation strategies and actually improve the scope and elements of those strategies. Second, self instructional consulting enabled the teacher to change the way she treat students in class. In addition, the teacher's experience was able to change her perspective from teacher to student in class. Overall, the experience of self instructional consulting process was an important opportunity for the researcher who was a teacher to develop their own ‘Professionality in class’.

문재인 대통령의 SNS 정치 담화에 대한 텍스트언어학적 분석

This study analyzed the political discourse of social network service through the Twitter of President Moon Jae-in from a textlinguistic perspective. The analysis process is to discover the linguistic characteristics of the text using an analytical framework that divides the text of President Moon’s tweets into three dimensions: comprehensive identity, verbal strategy, visual element based on the New literacies. The results of comprehensive identity analysis are ‘presupposing the legitimacy of government by the people, emphasizing national and government identity, suggesting solutions and giving the government responsibility.’ The results of verbal strategy analysis are ‘introducing public emotion by introducing individual stories, transformating and directing specific objects, presenting the problem in contrast.’ The results of the visual image analysis are ‘visualizations focused on facial expressions or postures’, ‘it is characteristic of visualization that presents real life’. President Moon’s Twitter is a digital environment in which communication with the people takes place. Through the media, various strategies for communication with the people can be seen.

Structure-Activity Relationship of the N-terminal Helix Analog of Papiliocin, PapN

Papiliocin, from the swallowtail butterfly, Papilio xuthus, shows high bacterial cell selectivity against Gram-negative bacteria. Recently, we designed a 22mer analog with N-terminal helix from $Lys^3$ to $Ala^{22}$, PapN. It shows outstanding antimicrobial activity against Gram-negative bacteria with low toxicity against mammalian cells. In this study, we determined the 3-D structure of PapN in 300 mM DPC micelle using NMR spectroscopy and investigated the interactions between PapN and DPC micelles. The results showed that PapN has an amphipathic ${\alpha}$-helical structure from $Lys^3$ to $Lys^{21}$. STD-NMR and DOSY experiment showed that this helix is important in binding to the bacterial cell membrane. Furthermore, we tested antibacterial activities of PapN in the presence of salt for therapeutic application. PapN was calcium- and magnesium-resistant in a physiological condition, especially against Gram-negative bacteria, implying that it can be a potent candidate as peptide antibiotics.

Dehydroepiandrosterone Sulfate Level Varies Nonlinearly with Symptom Severity in Major Depressive Disorder

Objective: The pathophysiology of major depressive disorder (MDD) is still not well understood. Conflicting results for surrogate biomarkers in MDD have been reported, which might be a consequence of the heterogeneity of MDD patients. Therefore, we aim to investigate how the severity of depression and various symptom domains are related to the levels of dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate (DHEA-s) in MDD patients. Methods: We recruited 117 subjects from a general practice. Depressive symptoms were assessed using the Beck Depression Inventory (BDI). Depressive symptoms were divided into three subdomains according to BDI items; somatic symptoms, guilt and failure, and mood and inhibition. Results: In subjects with very-mild-to-moderate depression, the DHEA-s level increased as BDI score did. However, the DHEA-s levels in the subjects with severe depression were significantly lower than in subjects with moderate depression (p=0.003). DHEA-s level was correlated with the BDI subscore for guilt and failure in very-mild-to-moderate depression (r=0.365, p=0.006). Conclusion: The DHEA-s level appears to be indicative of MDD severity with respect to depressive symptoms, especially regarding guilt and failure. Our findings suggest that the upregulation of DHEA-s may be a part of a compensatory process in very-mild-to-moderate depression, and the failure of this compensation mechanism may underlie the development of severe depression.

An HPLC-UV-based quantitative analytical method for Chrysanthemum morifolium: development, validation, and application

A simple and reliable analytical method based on high-performance liquid chromatography-ultraviolet detection was established for the analysis of the flowers of Chrysanthemum morifolium (CM). Luteolin-7-Oglucoside (LU7G) was chosen as a target analyte considering its content, availability, and ease of analysis. Chromatographic separation of LU7G was achieved using a Phenomenex Gemini C18 column (250 × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) run with a mobile phase consisting of 0.5 % acetic acid in water and 0.5 % acetic acid in acetonitrile at a flow rate of 1.0 mL min−1. The detection wavelength and column temperature were set at 350 nm and 40 oC, respectively. Method validation was performed according to the AOAC guidelines and the method was specific, linear (R2 = 0.9991 for 50–300 μg mL−1), precise (≤ 3.91 % RSD), and accurate (100.1–105.7 %). The limits of detection and quantification were 3.62 and 10.96 μg mL−1, respectively. The established method was successfully applied to determine the contents of LU7G in various batches of bulk CM extracts and labscale CM extract. The developed method is a readily applicable method for the quality assessment of CM and its related products.
