There has been a sizable growth in the use of rich media over the World Wide Web(WWW) as more individuals and institutions realize rich-media's potential in a broad range of applications, including electronic commerce, education and training, news, etc. Internet and WWW technologies provide the information of the web. Libraries are systems that carry out interactions among information and knowledge seekers. Library become more and more important for the provision of data. Total information system for books management exist in many forms. We present total information system for books management which is applied to several different sources, e.g., administrator security login, statistics about the present state of lending, printing management, and convenient GUI(Graphic User Interface) environment.

<P>Mononuclear nonheme iron(III) complexes of tetradentate ligands containing two deprotonated amide moieties, [Fe(Me2bpb)Cl(H2O)] (3 a) and [Fe(bpc)Cl(H2O)] (4 a), were prepared by substitution reactions involving the previously synthesized iron(III) complexes [Et3NH][Fe(Me2bpb)Cl2] (3) and [Et3NH][Fe(bpc)Cl2] (4). Complexes 3 a and 4 a were characterized by IR and elemental analysis, and complex 3 a also by X-ray crystallography. Nonheme iron(III) complexes 3, 3 a, 4, and 4 a catalyze olefin epoxidation and alcohol oxidation on treatment with m-chloroperbenzoic acid. Pairwise comparisons of the reactivity of these complexes revealed that the nature of the axial ligand (Cl− versus H2O) influences the yield of oxidation products, whereas an electronic change in the supporting chelate ligand has little effect. Hydrocarbon oxidation by these catalysts was proposed to involve an iron(V) oxo species which is formed on heterolytic O&n.bond;O bond cleavage of an iron acylperoxo intermediate (FeOOC(O)R). Evidence for this iron(V) oxo species was derived from KIE (kH/kD) values, H218O exchange experiments, and the use of peroxyphenylacetic acid (PPAA) as the peracid. Our results suggest that an FeV&n.dbond;O moiety can form in a system wherein the supporting chelate ligand comprises a mixture of neutral and anionic nitrogen donors. This work is relevant to the chemistry of mononuclear nonheme iron enzymes that are proposed to oxidize organic substrates via reaction pathways involving high-valent iron oxo species.</P> <B>Graphic Abstract</B> <P>High-valent iron–oxo species FeV&n.dbond;O, generated by reaction of mononuclear nonheme iron(III) complexes with peracids, are capable of performing olefin epoxidation and alcohol oxidation (see scheme, Sub=olefin or alcohol substrate). The nature of the high-valent species was evidenced by means of mechanistic probes. These results suggest that FeV&n.dbond;O species could be generated in many mononuclear nonheme iron enzymes. <img src='wiley_img/09476539-2007-13-33-CHEM200700513-content.gif' alt='wiley_img/09476539-2007-13-33-CHEM200700513-content'> </P>
The Prevalence of Brownfields Redevelopment
Jea Sun Lee,Hong Sok Kim,Sun Wook Moon 대한건축학회 2006 Architectural research Vol.8 No.1
Brownfield redevelopment is relatively a new area of interest for federal and local government in the U.S. In the past years, there are continuing interests by urban planners, policy makers and scholars in the effects of neighborhood amenities on brownfield. This paper intends to introduce brownfield redevelopment efforts and assess the approaches to implement such efforts by reviewing current federal legislation in the U.S. for brownfield, especially in the case of the Seattle Region. This paper provides an understanding of the brownfield phenomenon, statutory dilemmas, barriers and strategies of brownfield redevelopment. This paper also addresses the need of more policy adoption and implementation for successful brownfield redevelopment.

The Implication of the American Experience in Urban Renewal
Jea Sun Lee 대한건축학회 2004 Architectural research Vol.6 No.1
The history of urban renewal in America reveals many struggles to discover or theorize an appropriate approach for managing urban changes,<br/> and re-imagine the structure and function of downtowns. Although the context of downtown changes and the history of urban renewal policy<br/> between America and Korea are different, it is not unreasonable to place the attentions on urban renewal in the U.S. and draw the findings.<br/> This paper is to observe urban renewal focusing on downtown redevelopment along with the evolution of downtowns in the U.S. This paper<br/> concludes with calling for discovering theories pertaining to the structure and function of downtowns and adequate policy frameworks for<br/> managing urban changes and reorganizing the economic/social/environmental context in downtown areas. And simultaneously the logic and<br/> assumptions of downtown redevelopment policy should be based on the balance or equilibrium of the economic, social, and environmental<br/> dimensions.

Purpose: This study conducted to identify the relationship of recovery room nurses knowledge, attitude and nursing performance about postoperative pain management for effective pain management. Methods: Data were collected from 113 recovery room nurses in D. Metropolitan City, using self-administered questionnaires. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson s correlation coefficient with SPSS/WIN version 18.0. Results: The average scores of nurses knowledge on pain management, analgesics, classification of analgesics were 10.53/15, 7.10/10, 7.33/9, respectively. The average scores of nurses attitudes and performance were 11.23/12 and 2.92/4, respectively. Nurses knowledge on pain management was significantly correlated with nurses attitude and nurses’ knowledge on analgesics, but not with nursing performance on pain management. There was no correlation between nurses attitude and nursing performance on pain management. Conclusion: Therefore, it is necessary to develop educational programs to improve knowledge and nursing performance on pain management for recovery room nurses. Further research should be done to identify key factors that improve nursing performance.
