Representation method of interactive ride game contents can be characterized as a synchronize process between the X, Y, Z coordinate value - camera path data of stereophonic imaginary world of which spreading through digital screen, and physical movement of motion chair. This paper introduced a motion frame editor tool and method of interactive ride game contents which allows modifying motion frame, and shows appropriate adaptability on multimedia content developing program. While data being modified by motion frame editing tool inside of UNITY 3D Game Engine. Data can be directly identified as the coordinate changes of X, Y, Z follow by the movement of camera, it is possible to shorten the production period and cut spending. In addition, comparing with using input operation of mouse drawing method during the editing period of a whole project, we hope to present a more convenient editing operation that can help improving interactive ride game contents service.
Production of Fuel Bioethanol Using 2-Step Pressure Swing Absorption Process

Recently, comsumption of fossil fuel is causing many problems(oilflation, global warming, environmental pollution). For this reason Renewable energy is now becoming the center of interest as a solution to these problems. Bioethanol, especially, is able to substitute petroleum as fuel; making it a viable and promising renewable energy. In order to production of fuel bioethanol, Dehydration process is essential. Azeotropic distillation, extractive and pressure swing absorption(PSA) process are some of possible dehydration process, out of which, PSA process is attractive since it required less energy and lower setup cost. In this study, we produced fuel bioethanol using 2-step PSA(3 bed + 2 bed) process for more efficient and economical process. Through this study, we produced fuel bioethanol using 2-step PSA process and concentration of fuel bioethanol was 99.54wt%(feed ethanol: 92.4wt%). We expected that because of efficient use of absorbents(zeolite), 2 step PSA process contribute to economical operation.

A number of automobiles are increasing and emission regulation is has been stringent recently. Although a lot of studies have been carried out to improve fuel consumption for CO₂and cost reduction, they are still required urgently. When diesel or gasoline supplies from a fuel tank to a fuel delivery pipe, some excessive amount fuel can cause to an imperfect combustion due to an unstable fuel pressure occurred by fuel pumping. In this research, in order to prevent varying pressures inside a fuel tank due to amount of fuel inside the tank, ambient temperatures, other environmental effects and driving conditions, a flow simulation techniques have been applied to an engine capsule invented by 3EN Tech CO.,LTD using CFO technique and provides some theoretical bases and design considerations for an effective fuel supplying system. Furthermore, this study emphasizes on the parameter study such as the number of nozzle holes, hole size, height of plates and the number of plates because they are considerations to decide an optimal design configuration for a stable fuel supplying system.

Because beverage waste contains a lot of sugar, it can be used as a valuable resource for energy. But beverage waste is discharged through the water treatment. To prevent the waste of the energy resource, we produced bioethanol by using beverage waste in this study. In order to produce bioethanol, we added distillers stillage and NaOH for fermentation condition (nutrients and pH adjustment). As a results, ethanol concentration was 5.92 vol%. In contrast, ethanol concentration of blank (not added nutrients) was low and fermentation rate was very slow. Because components of the distillers stillage help the yeast growth, fermentation yield and rate was improved. Finally, we operated distillation and dehydration process by using fermented mash and produced fuel bioethanol (more than 99.5 wt%). We think that this results may provide useful information with application of commercial ethanol production using beverage waste.

본 논문은 multimodal human-robot interactions를 위해 개발된 지능형 소셜 로봇들의 성능평가를 위한 테스트 벤치 개발에 대하여 기술한다. 로봇과의 자연스러운 physical and emotional interactions에 대한 소비자들의 성능 기대치가 점차 높아지고 있기 때문에, 지능형 로봇은 그 세대가 거듭될수록 요소 인지 및 판단 기능들이 고도화뿐만 아니라 서로 복잡하게 통합되고 있다. 하지만 우리는 이러한 지능형 로봇들의 인지 및 판단을 위한 인공지능기술에 쏟는 노력 대비 지능형 로봇의 성능들을 종합적으로 평가하기 위한 방법 및 기술 분야에는 상대적으로 많은 성과가 없었던 것에 주목할 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 소셜 로봇의 HRI 성능평가를 위한 테스트 벤치 개념을 제안하고, 그 핵심 구성 요소로서 평가지표 및 평가시나리오의 개발에 주목하고자 한다. 테스트 벤치는 최대 2인의 피험자와 통합 HRI 기능을 탑재한 로봇 원형 Cube의 위치 및 자세를 실시간으로 측정할 수 있는 모션 캡쳐 시스템 및 운영/결과 분석을 위한 운영 콘솔로 구성된다. 피험자 인식/재인식, 피험자 및 소리 종류와 위치 추정과 관련된 5가지 성능지표를 제시하고 최종적으로 Cube의 인식 및 판단 견실성을 가늠할 수 있다. 결론 부분에서 시나리오별 성능의 종합적 평가 결과 및 소셜 로봇의 성능 개선 방향을 제시한다. This study describes the development of a test bench for the performance evaluation of intelligent social robots developed for multimodal human-robot interactions (HRI). As consumers" performance expectations for natural physical and emotional interactions with robots are gradually increasing, the generation of intelligent robots continues. Currently, the cognitive and judgment functions are not only advanced, but also complexly integrated with each other. However, there has been relatively little achievement in the field of methods and technologies for comprehensively evaluating the performance of intelligent robots compared to the efforts devoted to artificial intelligence technology for cognition and judgment of these intelligent robots. Therefore, the concept of a test bench for evaluating the HRI performance of social robots is proposed in this study with a focus on the development of evaluation indicators and evaluation scenarios as the key components. The test bench consists of a motion capture system that can measure the position and posture of a robot Cube equipped with integrated HRI functions with up to two subjects in real time, and an operating console for operation/result analysis. Five performance indicators related to subject recognition/re-recognition, subject and sound type and position estimation are presented, and finally the reliability of the Cube recognition and judgment can be evaluated. In conclusion, the comprehensive evaluation results of the performance for each scenario and the direction of improvement of social robot performance are presented.

The expression of estrogen receptor alpha (ERα, encoded by ESR1 ) has been shown to be associated with the prognostic outcomes of patients in various cancers; however, its prognostic and mechanistic significance in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) remain unclear. Here, we evaluated the expression of ERα and its association with clinicopathological features in 339 HCC patients. ERα was expressed in 9.4% (32/339) of HCCs and was related to better overall survival (OS; hazard ratio [HR] = 0.11, p = 0.009, 95% C.I. = 0.016–0.82) and disease-free survival (DFS, HR = 0.4, p = 0.013, 95% C.I. = 0.18–0.85). ERα expression was also associated with features related to more favorable prognosis, such as older age, lower serum alpha-fetoprotein level, and less microvascular invasion ( p < 0.05). In addition, to obtain mechanistic insights into the role of ERα in HCC progression, we performed integrative transcriptome data analyses, which revealed that yes-associated protein (YAP) pathway was significantly suppressed in ESR1 -expressing HCCs. By performing cell culture experiments, we validated that ERα expression enhanced YAP phosphorylation, attenuating its nuclear translocation, which in turn suppressed the downstream signaling pathways and cancer cell growth. In conclusion, we suggest that ERα expression is an indicator of more favorable prognosis in HCC and that this effect is mediated by inactivation of YAP signaling. Our results provide new clinical and pathobiological insights into ERα and YAP signaling in HCC.

We compared the arterial contrast enhancement and image noise reduction between the conventional bolus-tracking and voice-region-of-interest (ROI) bolus-tracking techniques in cardiac computed tomography (CCT) on a 320-row scanner. This study enrolled 110 patients who underwent CCT for pre-catheter ablation of paroxysmal or persistent atrial fbrillation (AF) in our center between October 2021 and December 2021. Fifty-fve patients underwent scanning with the voice-ROI bolus-tracking technique, while another 55 patients underwent scanning without (conventional ROI bolus-tracking technique). The contrast enhancement in the left atrium (LA), left atrial appendage (LAA) and four pulmonary veins (left superior, left inferior, right superior and right inferior) was slightly higher in the voice-ROI group, but the diferences were not signifcant (p>0.05). The noise in the CCT images of the LA, LAA, and three pulmonary veins (left superior, left inferior, and right superior pulmonary veins) was signifcantly lower in the voice-ROI group than in the group without ROI (p<0.05). The using of the bolus-tracking protocol with voice-ROI can provide comparable arterial contrast enhancement and image noise reduction for pre-procedural (catheter ablation) CCT on a 320-row scanner for AF patients.
