An efficient inductive switching noise suppression technique for mixed-signal integrated circuits (ICs) using standard CMOS digital technology is proposed. The proposed design technique uses a parallel RC circuit, which provides a damping path for the switching noise. The proposed design technique is used for designing a mixed-signal circuit composed of a ring oscillator, a digital output buffer, and an analog noise sensor node for $0.13-{\mu}m$ CMOS digital IC technology. Simulation results show a 47% reduction in the on-chip inductive switching noise coupling from the noisy digital to the analog blocks in the same substrate without an additional propagation delay. The increased power consumption due to the damping resistor is only 67% of that of the conventional source damping technique. This design can be widely used for any kind of analog and high frequency digital mixed-signal circuits in CMOS technology
Certificateless based Public Key Infrastructure using a DNSSEC

With the continuous development of the internet, there has been increasing research on reliability of data shared through the network. In particular, the focus on the public key infrastructure (PKI) that performs functions including verifying the sender’s identity and preventing forgery based on digital certificates has been intensifying rapidly. However, existing certificate-based PKI gives rise to various problems in terms of the Certificate Authority (CA), user, and domain name system (DNS). Moreover, certificate-PKI involves cost, an authentication environment, and security, and the existing PKI system uses CA, a hierarchical structure, to process certificates. This paper aims to devise a reliable address using the DNS security extension (DNSSEC) that applies security to the existing DNS, and proposes a certificate less-based PKI that uses DNSSEC. The proposed PKI can reduce the cost of the existing certificate and address existing vulnerabilities.

최근 사물인터넷에 대한 발전이 빠르게 이루어짐에 따라서 인터넷 상의 보안 이슈 또한 중가하고 있다. 이에 따라 데이터를 안전하고 은밀하게 통신하기 위한 공개키 기반 구조 (Public-Key Infrastructure: PKI) 기술이 발전하고 있다. PKI는 신뢰할 수 있는 기관에서 개인이나 기관을 식별할 수 있는 인증서를 저장하고 있으며 이를 활용할 수 있도록 돕는 디렉토리 서비스를 제공한다. 특히 기존의 PKI 구조에는 사용자의 경험이 담겨있는 패스워드 기반으로 개인키를 암호화 하고 있다. 이는 사용자 인증과 데이터 암호화와 같은 강력한 보안 서비스를 제공하고 있지만 이 또한 취약점을 내포하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 공개키 기반 구조의 핵심 요소에 대해 논의하며 보안 취약점을 분석한다. 이를 통해 안전한 사물인터넷 환경을 위한 연구 방향을 제시한다.

인터넷을 통한 악성코드의 확산이 나날이 증가하고 있는 가운데 특정 대상을 목표로 하여 지능적이고 지속적으로 공격하는 Advanced Persistent threat(APT) 공격이 이슈가 되고 있다. APT 공격은 특정 시스템을 목표로 하여 공격하기 때문에, 실제 공격이 성공 했을 시에는 그 피해가 더 치명적일 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 APT공격의 정의를 살펴보며, 최근에 발생하는 일반적인 APT 공격의 형태와 그 대응 방안에 대해 논의한다.

<P>We fabricated and characterized the performance and stability of metal indium oxide (XIO, X = Zn, Ga, and Al) thin film transistors (TFTs) by an aqueous route with 350°C annealing. The optimized XIO TFTs exhibited good electrical performance. The bias stability of the optimized oxide TFTs was evaluated and we concluded that the instability of the oxide TFT is due to a charge trapping phenomenon. The combinational study of bias stability and chemical composition, which was characterized using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analysis, indicates that the hole and electron trapping are due to the metal hydroxide and oxygen vacancy species, respectively. In addition, it was found that the stability of the TFT is strongly related to the oxygen vacancy and hydroxide group.</P>

The tire is considered as one of the important noise sources having an influence on vehicle’s performance. The Pattern noise of a tire is the transmission sound of airborne noise. On smooth asphalt road, Pattern noise is amplified with the velocity. In recent, the study on the reduction of Pattern noise is energetically processed. Pattern noise is strongly related with tread groove depth. And air-pumping mechanism is influenced by groove depth. So noise modeling is simulated by monopole source.
