        Convergence rates of spectral distributions of large dimensional quaternion sample covariance matrices

        In this paper, we study the convergence rates of empirical spectral distributions of largedimensional quaternion sample covariance matrices. Assume that the entries of Xn (p×n)are independent quaternion random variables with means zero, variances 1 and uniformlybounded sixth moments. Denote Sn = 1nXnX∗n. Using Bai’s inequality, we prove that theexpected empirical spectral distribution (ESD) converges to the limiting Marčenko–Pasturdistribution with the ratio of dimension to sample size yp = p/n at a rate of O n−1/2a−3/4n  when an > n−2/5 or O n−1/5when an ≤ n−2/5, where an = (1 − √yp)2. Moreover, therates for both the convergence in probability and the almost sure convergence are alsoestablished. The weak convergence rate of the ESD is O n−2/5a−1/2n when an > n−2/5 orO n−1/5when an ≤ n−2/5. The strong convergence rate of the ESD is O n−2/5+ηa−1/2n  when an > κn−2/5 or O n−1/5when an ≤ κn−2/5 for any η > 0 where κ is a positiveconstant.

        Study on Preparation of Core-Spun Yarn Surgical Sutures by Compositing Drug-Loaded Nanofiber Membrane with PLA and Its Controllable Drug Release Performance

        Polylactic acid (PLA) surgical suture is considered to be one of the most ideal materials for tissue closure due to its rich raw materials and excellent biological properties. However, surgical sutures face great challenges due to problems such as wound infection and tissue reaction in practical applications. In order to improve the clinical applicability of surgical sutures, we constructed a new drug-loading system for core-spun surgical sutures. The shell was composed of nanofibrous membranes composed of polyglycolic acid (PGA) and polycaprolactone (PCL) and ciprofloxacin (CIP) antibacterial drugs, and the core layer adopts PLA filament. By adjusting the composition ratio of PGA and PCL in the shell, a new mode of regulating the release rate and release cycle of the suture was constructed. According to different wound healing time, different drug release cycles of surgical suture were selected. In the study, the structure of the core-spun yarn can be clearly observed by scanning electron microscope, the higher the shell PGA content and drug loading, the faster the drug release rate. When the carrier ratio PGA/PCL was 80/20 and the drug loading was 3%, the drug release rate was the fastest and the drug release was high; finally, antibacterial experiments showed that the suture had excellent antibacterial effect and could effectively kill Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli. The successful preparation of core-spun yarn surgical suture provides a new idea for the study of new antibacterial surgical suture.

        Complete genome sequence of Acinetobacter indicus and identification of the hydrolases provides direct insights into phthalate ester degradation

        A strain designated Acinetobacter indicus WMB-7 with the ability to hydrolyze phthalate esters (PAEs) was isolated from the fermented grains of Baijiu. The genome of the strain was sequenced with a length of 3,256,420 bp and annotated with 3183 genes, of which 36 hydrolases encoding genes were identified. The hydrolases were analyzed by protein structure modeling and molecular docking, and 14 enzymes were docked to the ligand di-butyl phthalate with the catalytic active regions, and showed binding affinity. The 14 enzymes were expressed in E. coli and 5 of them showed the ability for PAEs hydrolysis. Enzyme GK020_RS15665 showed high efficiency for PAEs hydrolysis and could efficiently hydrolyze di-butyl phthalate under an initial concentration of 1000 mg/L with a half-life of 4.24 h. This work combined a series of methods for identifying PAEs hydrolases and offered a molecular basis for PAEs degradation of A. indicus strains from Baijiu.

        Fabrication of Ag/In2O3/TiO2/HNTs hybrid-structured and plasma effect photocatalysts for enhanced charges transfer and photocatalytic activity

        The purpose of this work designed hybrid-structured and plasma effect photocatalyst of Ag/In2O3/TiO2/HNTs via sol–gel and photo-reduction methods. The structures, morphologies, optical and photoelectric performances of as-prepared photocatalysts were characterized via XRD, TEM, XPS, BET, UV–vis DRS, PL and photocurrents. The photocatalytic activity was evaluated by degradation of TC. The results showed that the hybrid-structure and plasma effect can effectively cause the multi-transfer of electrons and increase the separation rate of electron and hole pairs which obtained high photocatalytic activity. The photocatalytic degradation processes reveal that O2− and h+ are major active species.

        Preparation and characterization of Ag2O/SWNTs photocatalysts and its photodegradation on tetracycline

        The Ag2O/SWNTs photocatalysts were prepared by precipitated method, the photocatalysts werecharacterized by XRD, SEM, TEM, EDS, BET, UV–vis DRS, XPS, PL and Raman. The photocatalytic activitieswere evaluated by degradation of tetracycline. The results showed that the composited photocatalystswere successfully prepared, the responded light was enhanced with increasing the supported dosage ofAg2O, and the photocatalytic activity was also improved. The enhanced photocatalytic activity wasattributed to the synergy effect of SWNTs and Ag2O, the recycled degradation of tetracycline exhibitedstability of Ag2O/SWNTs composited photocatalysts. Finally, the possible mechanism for transferredprocesses of photoelectrons and photoholes were proposed.

        High photocatalytic degradation of tetracycline under visible light with Ag/AgCl/activated carbon composite plasmonic photocatalyst

        Ag/AgCl/activated carbon (AC) plasmonic photocatalysts were prepared by precipitation and photoreduc-tion method. The as-prepared plasmonic photocatalysts were characterized by XRD, SEM, BET, EDS, UV–visDRS, XPS and PL. The results show the composite photocatalysts are successfully obtained and obviouslyexhibit surface plasmon resonance and effectively enhance the separation of h+/e . The photocatalyticdegradation rate of tetracycline (TC) could reach 97.3% in 60 min under visible light irradiation and cycledexperiments show stably photocatalytic activities. The active species analysis displays holes andsuperoxide radicals are the main reactive species. Photocatalytic kinetic indicates that the degradationprocesses obey pseudo first order kinetic equation.

        특허권 사칭행위의 범죄화 필요성과 보완에 관한 연구

        중국경제가 끊임없이 급속한 발전을 해가는 중요한 이 시기에, 중국 관련부서 및 법률상으로 지적재산권을 보호해야 하는 과제 또한 갈수록 가중되고 있다. 2008년 6월, 중국 국무원에서 발표한 <국가지식재산권 전략 강요>에서 중국은 혁신적 국가로 나아가는 전략 목표를 세웠다고 밝힌바 있다. 특히, 특허제도에 대한 효율적인 보호는 혁신적인 국가건설의 추진과 중국 과학기술교육을 통한 국가 부흥전략에 대해 막대한 작용을 하고 있으므로, 이에 따른 제도는 필수 불가결한 중요한 제도라고 할 수 있다. 하지만 중국 특허신청수와 대폭 증가한 권한 부여 수에 따라, 그리고 경제에 대한 급속한 발전에 의하여 특허권 침해행위도 다양화되고 복잡한 추세로 양상을 띄우기 시작한다. 이 가운데 일부 특허권 침해행위는 민사, 행정수단만으로 효율적인 보호를 하기는 어렵다. 따라서 특허권의 보호를 강화한 형사처벌이 시급하다. 가짜 특허와 특허권 침해행위는 엄연히 다른 두 가지 개념으로, 전자는 범죄 구성요건에 해당되지만, 후자의 경우는 행정 법규를 위반할 뿐 형법에는 저촉되지는 않는다. 그러나 특허권 침해행위가 사회에 가하는 위해성은 가짜 특허 행위와 별 다를 바 없다. 중국 입법기관에서는 2008년 <특허법>을 개정하면서 특허권 침해행위에 대한 법적 책임을 새롭게 규정하였다. 즉, 특허권 침해행위가 심각하게 적용되는 자에게는 형사책임을 물을 수 있도록 명확하게 규정하게 되었다. 그러나 이후 형법 개정안은 해당 조항에 대해 이 법에 상응하는 수정을 하지 않은 관계로 특허법의 입법 취지를 관철시키지 못하였다. 이로 하여금 중국 형법에서는 단지 타인의 특허권을 침해하는 행위에 대해서 형사처벌을 규정만 했을 뿐, 특허권 침해 행위에는 실질적으로 아무런 관련 규정을 가하지 않았다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 특허권 침해 행위에 대한 현황 및 해외 입법을 통해 연구를 진행할 것이며, 특허권 사칭행위에 대한 범죄화의 필요성과 보완의 필요성을 제시하고자 한다. In the critical period of China’s rapid economic development, China’s relevant departments and legal protection of intellectual property rights are becoming more and more important. In June 2008, the State Council issued the outline of national intellectual property strategy, which established the strategic goal of building China into an innovative country. The effective protection of patent system plays an important role in promoting the construction of an innovative country and the strategy of rejuvenating China through science and education. However, with the rapid development of China’s economy, the number of patent applications and authorizations has increased significantly. With the rapid development of economy, patent infringement has also begun to show a trend of diversification and complexity. Some of these patent infringement behaviors can not be effectively protected only by civil and administrative means. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the criminal protection of patent rights. There are two kinds of counterfeiting patents and counterfeiting patents The former can constitute a crime, while the latter violates administrative regulations and does not violate criminal law. However, the social harmfulness of counterfeiting patent is equivalent to that of counterfeiting patent. When amending the patent law in 2008, China’s legislature redefined the legal liability of patent counterfeiting, clearly stipulating that those who are serious enough to be prosecuted for criminal responsibility. However, the subsequent amendment to the criminal law did not make corresponding amendments to the relevant provisions, resulting in the failure to implement the original legislative intent of the patent law. Therefore, China’s criminal law only provides criminal punishment for the act of counterfeiting other people’s patent, but does not make relevant provisions on the act of counterfeiting patent. Therefore, this paper analyzes the status quo of the act of counterfeiting patent and foreign legislation, and puts forward the necessity and improvement suggestions of criminalizing the act of passing off patent.

        网络著作权的刑法保护研究

        저작권 보호는 줄곧 중요한 이슈 중의 하나이다. 중국 저작권 관련법체계의 발전이 늦었지만 꾸준히 발전해왔다. 인터넷 시대를 들어서면서 저작권의 문제는 새로운 변화를 맞고 있다. 인터넷 기술이 발전되고 인터넷환경이 개선됨에 따라 사람들이 인터넷 상에서 다양한 창작활동을 이루어지고 있다. 그리고 더욱 많은 사람들이 인터넷 플랫폼을 통해 창작활동을 하고 있으며, 자신의 재능을 드러내고 더욱 다채로운 문화생활을 하고 있다. 저작권 문제가 현실세계에서 온라인 세계로까지 확대되면서 법적인 문제는 현실의 발전보다 지체되어 있는 것이 현실이다. 이로 인해 인터넷 상에서의 저작권 보호를 어떻게 효과적으로 할 것인가가 더 문제로 다가오고 있다. 이는 저작권 소유자의 이익문제 뿐만 아니라 인터넷환경의 안정과 경제문화시장 질서와 관련되어 있기 때문이다. 인터넷 환경에서 저작권의 형법보호 문제도 학자들 사이에 이슈가 되고 있다. 이러한 배경 하에서 본 연구는 문헌연구, 사례분석 등을 통해 인터넷 환경에서 저작권 보호의 문제점을 분석하고 주로 인터넷 저작권 형법 보호에 대해 논의하고자 한다. 본 연구는 세 부분으로 구성되어 있다. 서론에 이어, 제2장에서는 인터넷 저작권 현황, 제3장에서는 인터넷 저작권의 개념, 발전과정, 형법 보호 현황을 설명하였다. 제4장에서는 인터넷 환경 하에 저작권 형법 보호의 문제에 대해 구체적으로 인터넷 환경, 법적 환경, 개인적 요인 등 측면에서 논의하였으며, 인터넷 환경에서의 저작권 침해에 대한 대책, 법적 환경에서 인터넷 저작권자의 주체 신분의 인정, 개인 주관적 측면에서 저작권보호에 대한 침해 의식을 제고하는 등의 보완책을 제시했다. The protection of copyright has always been an important issue. Although the development of copyright legal system in China started late, it has been continuously developing and perfecting. In the new era, the issue of copyright is also facing new changes. With the development of network technology and the improvement of network environment, people's activities in the network are more diversified. More people choose to create on the network platform, so that their talents can be displayed, and people have a more colorful cultural life. At the same time, however, copyright extends from reality to virtual network. Facing the lag of legal development compared with practical development, how to effectively protect this kind of network copyright has increasingly become a difficult problem, which is not only related to the interests of copyright owners, but also related to the construction of network environment and the stability of economic and cultural market order. There are more and more online copyright infringement crimes. In order to combat crimes, the criminal law protection of copyright under the network environment has become a hot topic that scholars especially discuss. Under this background, this paper analyzes the existing problems of copyright protection under the current network environment through the methods of real document analysis, case analysis and text close reading, and mainly puts forward some suggestions on the criminal law protection of network copyrightThis paper consists of three parts. The first part is the overview of network copyright. It mainly introduces the concept, development and current situa tion of criminal law protection of network copyright, and puts forward the thinking of the problem through the discussion of the meaning extension of network copyright protection, which lays a theoretical foundation for the following discussion of the problems of copyright in the network environment. The second part discusses the problems of criminal law protection ofcopyright in the network environment, analyzes the objective factors of network environment, legal environment and people's subjective factors, and paves the way for the next discussion.The third part, corresponding to the second part, puts forward the corresponding improvement suggestions: first, put forward the countermeasures to the copyright infringement under the network environment; second, identify the network copyright in the legal environment and improve the relevant laws; finally, raise the awareness of the subjective protection of the network copyright infringement.

        Redeposition mechanism on silicon oxide layers during selective etching process in 3D NAND manufacture

        3D NAND flash memory with vertically stacked cells has been developed to break through the limits oftechnology nodes. However, during the selective etching process, it is difficult to ensure the byproductsdiffuse away from the trenches in the multistacked layers. Once saturated, the byproduct causes abnormalredeposition on the SiO2 layers. This problem has restricted the development of high-density 3DNAND memory. To solve this problem, the composition and formation mechanism of the redepositedlayer must be clarified. In this study, a ternary-wafer system comprising a Si3N4/SiO2/Si3N4 stack was fabricatedto study the redeposition mechanism, and the morphology, elastic properties, and chemical compositionof the redeposited layer were clarified. The redeposited layer consists of spherical particles withelastic surfaces (average Young’s modulus of 24.17 GPa). The particles were confirmed to comprise colloidalsilica gel covered by silanols. By considering the chemistry of silica, the redeposition mechanismwas proposed as follows: colloidal silica gel is formed by the aggregation of silicic acids from Si3N4 etching,which adsorb onto the SiO2 layer through oxide bridges and hydrogen bonding. Our work will contributeto the development of high-density 3D NAND memory.

      • Banknote Image Defect Recognition Method Based on Convolution Neural Network

        There are shortcomings in the currently used traditional CCD imaging system which can automatically recognize banknote image defect, such as the need to manually extract the defect characteristics and low accuracy rate of detection results. This paper briefly introduced the advantage of convolution Neural Network (CNN) in image classification and designed a image defect identification method based on convolutional neural network (CNN). The experimental results on data sets show that the identification accuracy rate of this method is 95.6%, which is significantly better than traditional identification method.
