      • 무선마이크의 기술기준 개정 검토

        무선마이크는 기존의 유선마이크에 비해 설치, 휴대 및 사용상의 간편성으로 그 수요가 급격히 증가하고 있으며, 무선통신 관련 기술의 발전으로 그 용도 및 제품의 다양화 면에서도 확대일로에 있다. 그러나, 국내의 무선마이크 관련 법제도 및 기술수준은 이러한 세계적 추세를 수용하는데 문제점을 안고 있다고 지적되고 있다. 본고는 국내외의 무선마이크 관련 법제도 및 기술기준을 조사, 비교분석을 통하여 국내의 관련 법규 및 업계의 문제점을 지적하고 그 개선방안을 검토하였다. The demand for wireless microphones is increasing rapidly because of their facilities, and their application area and a great variety of products are extended too. But, the current radio regulations have many problems to admit the rapid variations of macket and technologies. In this paper, the problems are discussed through the comparative study of foreign radio regulations, and improvement in the regulations and technical requirements are considered.

      • 土地區劃整理事業의 施行上 改善方案에 관한 硏究 : on the cases developed by land owner's association 組合施行을 中心으로

        1. Land Subdivision Project [LSP] was retreated in Korea, because of various special laws, that is, land Development Promotion Law, Housing Development Promotion Law, and so on. Even though these special laws make urban development project disarrange, Land Subdivision Project should be executed with priority. 2. Minister of Construction & Transportation would rather submit LSP to local government, by doing so the execution and the procedure of project is not complicated. 3. The special law for local land development must be amended for these reasons : ① the special charge on farm land developed by LSP, which amount to 20% of the officially evaluated land value is burdened. ② in this ISP, the special charge on farm land is not subtracted. ③ the provision of cheap housing land is impossible. 4. For more effective contribution to land development by LSP many related regulations in the law which enable LSP to exist must be also amended soon.

      • 마이크로파 라디오미터의 고 감도화를 위한 시스템 구조 연구

        Airborne or spaceborne microwave radiometer provides important information on the Earth's environment by through cloud cover on day and night. The sensitivity is a significant factor in determining the performance of a microwave radiometer. It is defined as the smallest change in antenna temperature that can be detected by the radiometer measurements. High sensitivity promises the higher accuracy in measurement data. But the conventional type, that is Dicke type, is required complex system architecture to enhance the sensitivity. Correlation type radiometers are proposed as the alternative to the Dicke type in this paper. The system architectures of two types of correlation microwave radiometer are introduced and the sensitivities are analyzed theoretically.

      • Pseudomonas sp. HJ에 의한 Poly(Hydroxybutyric-Co-Hydroxyvaleric) Acid의 생산

        하수처리장의 활성오니를 분리원으로 하여 수십종의 PHA 생산균을 분리하였다. 일반적으로 hydroxyvalerate monomer unit의 전구물질로 알려져 있지않은 glucose로부터 비교적 많은 PHA를 생산하는 균주를 공시균으로 선정하여 형태학적, 배양적, 생리학적 제 특성을 검토한 결과 Pseudomonas 속으로 동정되었다. 균체 생육을 위한 최적 배양온도 및 배양 pH는 각각 37℃와 7.0이었으며, 최적 탄소원으로서 glucose 1%, 최적 질소원으로서 (NH_4)_2SO_4 0.2%, K_2HPO_4 0.3%, KH_2PO_4 0.45%였다. 최적 PHA 생산조건을 조사하기 위하여 2단계 배양법을 이용하였다. PHA 생산은 배지성분중 NH_4, SO_4, Mg가 결핍되었을 때 향상되었고, 그중 NH_4의 결핍시 PHA 축적률과 HV monomer의 함량이 가장 높았다. C/N molar ratio 95.2에서 PHA 축적률이 가장 높았다. 공시균주 Pseucomonas sp. HJ는 alkane, alkanoic acid, alcohol을 탄소원으로 하여 PHB/HV를 생산하였다. PHA의 생산량과 HV monomer의 함량은 이용된 기질에 따라 다양하였으며, 특히 hexadecane와 propionate를 탄소원으로 하였을 때 PHA중의 HV monomer의 함량이 49∼74mol%로 매우 높았다. ^1H-NMR로서 공시균으로부터 분리정제된 PHA의 조성을 분석한 결과 PHB/HV copolymer임을 알 수 있었다. To produce PHA(polyhydroxyalkanoic acid) from microbe, dozens of microorganism have been screened from sewage sludge. Selected a strain HJ out of 50 strains of PHA producing bacteria has a capability of accumulating large amounts of PHB/HV copolymer when grown in batch culture with a single carbon source(glucose) that was not generally considered as precusor of hydroxyvalerate monomer unit. The strain HJ was identified as the genus Pseudomonas with respect to morphological, cultural, and biochemical characteristics. The optimal temperature and pH for cell growth were 37℃ and 7.0. The optimal medium compositions for cell growth were glucose 1% as a carbon source, (NH_4)_2SO_4 0.2%, as a nitrogen source, K_2HPO_4 0.3%, and KH_2PO_4 0.45%. To investigate the optimal condition for PHA production two-step cultivation method was employed. PHA production was induced by deficiency of NH^+_4, SO^2_4, Mg^+2. Besides carbon source, deficiency of all nutrients stimulated PHA productivity but deficiency of NH^+_4 stimulated the most HV monomer content. The highest PHA production was C/N molar ratio 95.2. Pseudomonas sp. HJ was also able to produc PHB/HV copolymer when cultivated on alkane, alkanoate, alcohol as carbon sources. Especially Pseudomonas sp. HJ was able to incorporate hydroxyvalerate into PHB/HV to level as high as from 49 to 74 mol% when grown in a medium containing hexadecane and propionate. The purified PHA was identified PHB/HV copolymer by ^1H-NMR analysis.

        Recently, the rapid progress toward an information-oriented society results in the regional disparity · in information services. Especially, the subscribe lines in islands are not advanced due to the geographical factors and a small number of subscribe. The underdeveloped subscribe lines in islands deepens inequalities in the development between land and island region. The presents of network structure and operation of the island communication in Korea are analyzed, and the methods to advance subscribe lines for islands are proposed in this paper.

      • 미국의 비허가 무선기기 기술기준 분석

        비허가 무선기기는 저 출력의 전파를 발사하는 소형 무선기기로서 전파사용에 따른 정부 및 관련기관의 허가나 신고없이도 사용할 수가 있다. 이러한, 법규상 및 전파사용에 따른 편리함으로 인해 최근 그 수요 및 이용범위가 확산일로에 있다. 특히, 무선 멀티미디어의 본격적인 도입과 더불어 21세기에는 세계적으로 거대한 시장이 형성될 것이다. 본 논문는 비허가 무선기기를 우리의 새로운 전략적 수출품목으로 육성시키는 관점에서 주요 수출국이자 세계시장에 막대한 영향력을 행사하는 미국의 관련법 제도 및 기술기준을 분석하였다. 따라서, 본 논문의 내용이 수출상품 및 투자기술의 품목개발에 고심하는 관련 중소기업에 많은 참고가 될 것으로 기대된다. Nowdays, the demand for wireless equipments is increasing rapidly due to the advance of radio communication technologies and the growth of economics life. Especially, unlicensed radio devices that radiate a relatively low emission power are used widely in voice or data transmission, radio remote control for the operation of various equipments within short range. Because it do not need license to operate these radio devices, the advantage of no requirement license extends their application and market. The unlicensed radio devices regulations and technical criteria of the U.S.A. were investigated and analyzed in this paper. It is expected that the results of this paper are helpful in developing new expert articles and technologies at small and medium enterprises.

      • IMT-2000(FPLMTS)의 특징 및 무선핵심기술에 관한 고찰

        본고는 21세기 초에 서비스 개시를 목표로 현재 ITU 에서 국제표준화가 진행중인 차세대 이동통신 시스템인 IMT-2000의 주요 특징에 대해 알아보았다. 이들 특징으로부터 IMT-2000의 시스템 구축에 필요한 핵심 무선기술을 도출하고 그 기술들의 연구개발의 주안점 및 방향을 제시 하였다. IMT-2000/FPLMTS are the third-genenation mobile communication systems, that are now standardized by the ITU-R for world wide use around year 2000. In this paper, the concepts and the key features of IMT-2000 are described first. The radio key technologies in IMT-2000 systems are then presented. Finally the methods for developing these technologies are discussed.

        各種 建築物의 中水道施設의 現況 및 運轉實態에 관한 分析 硏究

        "The next great world crisis will be water supply" This prediction is increasingly frequent as countries downstream threaten war over water rights with countries upstream. State against state, county against county, water rights continue to cause problems with a finite planetary water supply pitted against an increasing population and, worse yet, n increasing per capita consumption of water, we see again the problem of limited resources versus growing demand. So we have to reduce consumption of water and saving. Here, one of methods of saving water demand is applying a wastewater reclamation and reusing system which make used water reuse by purification of water. In Korea, the annual usage of water amounts to thirty thousand one hundred million ton, the annual usage of industrial water that has an effect on water pollution amounts to two thousand six hundred million ton. The purpose of this study is about the actual state and evaluation of wastewater reclamation and reusing system as this research is a basic study for wastewater reclamation and reusing system, in the future the data of the research will attribute to the application of wastewater reclamation and reusing system for wastewater reuse.

      • ITS용 밀리미터파 차량 레이더의 무선설비 규격에 관한 연구

        This paper describes a millimeter wave automotive radar for ITS. The service and performance requirements of the radar are introduced first. And also the principles, functions and architecture of the radar system are presented. Radio equipment specifications for accomplishing performances required are then derived theoretically. The results of developing the specifications propose the available frequency band, its width and transmission power for the radar. To match worldwide standards and promote technology advance, it is recommended that the radar type and modulation method are not limited especially. Finally, the plans to extract desired information exactly under various transport conditions is discussed as further studies.

      • 원격탐사용 상관형 마이크로파 방사계의 감도 특성

        The purpose of this paper is to develope expressions for the sensitivity of correlation type microwave radiometers. The sensitivities of conventional and correlation type are compared both theoretically and experimentally in this paper. These results show that the correlation type can lead to a reduction in sensitivity approximately 30 percent.
