커피관련전공의 교육서비스품질이 학생만족도와 추천의도에 미치는 영향

커피산업의 분야가 확대 발전되면서 체계적이고 실용성 있는 지식을 갖춘 인력에 대한 필요성을 인식한 커피교육기관의 증가는 그 외형적 성장에 비해 내실화는 다소 미흡하다고 여겨진다. 따라서 전문직업인의 양성을 목적으로 하는 직업전문학교의 커피관련전공 학생들을 대상으로 교육서비스 품질의 구성요소와 그에 대한 만족도 그리고 학생만족도가 추천의도에 미치는 영향에 대하여 연구하여 커피교육의 적정성과 개선방향을 제시해보고자 한다. 실증연구를 통한 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 교육서비스 품질의 5개 차원(유형성, 신뢰성, 반응성, 내용성, 확신성)은 학습만족도와 추천의도에 각각 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구의 결과는 커피교육의 발전을 위해서는 무엇보다도 커피교육관련 실습시설과 장비의 구비가 우선적 고려요소였으며 지도력과 전문성 있는 교, 강사의 중요성도 제시되었다. 또한, 커피전공을 선택함에 있어서 소신성을 보이고 있지만 직업으로의 연계에 불만족하고 있으므로 이에 대한 장기적 대책을 수립해야 할 것으로 보인다. The reason I propose the work to suggest the appropriate education for coffee and improvement on the service quality of education coffee related majors at vocational school that affects the students’ satisfaction and recommend intention, achieved the training for professional man. For the study, I did a research in October, 2011, targeting 263 students who complete regular course majoring in coffee at vocational school. The main study results as follows. First, the result from the service quality of education that affects students’ satisfaction, the tangibles is the highest portion followed by assurance, contents, responsiveness and reliability. Second, the result shown satisfaction has influence on loyalty represents the positive effect which corresponds to the previous study. Through the study, the facilities and equipment are the most considerable elements for improving coffee education and the professional teachers and instructors with leadership are also necessary condition in order to develop coffee education system though, the students are not satisfied with all connection towards their future careers, hence I deliberate the long term measures to improve all matters for coffee industry.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Non-climacteric blueberry (<I>Vaccinium</I> spp.) fruits accumulate high levels of anthocyanins during ripening, which are a good source of dietary antioxidants. This study examined the effects of exogenous abscisic acid (ABA) application on fruit characteristics and anthocyanin accumulation in a northern highbush blueberry (<I>V. corymbosum</I> ‘Jersey’) during development. Fruits on shrubs were treated with 1gL<SUP>−1</SUP> ABA before the initiation of fruit colouration. Application of ABA temporarily increased the level of ABA in the fruits during development. Exogenous ABA had no obvious effect on fruit growth, but stimulated fruit colouration by accelerating the accumulation of individual anthocyanins, mainly malvidin, delphinidin and petunidin glycosides. This is the first report to show that ABA promotes the accumulation of anthocyanins in blueberry fruits. Analysis of Brain Waves Before and After Plant Cutting Procedure

The purpose of this study was to analyze brain waves before and after the plant cutting procedure in 34 adult subjects. After plant cutting procedure, RT(Relative power of theta) decreased and RB(Relative power of beta), RMB(Relative power of mid beta), RHB(Relative power of high beta), RST(Ratio of SMR to theta spectrum), RMT(Ratio of mid beta to theta), and RSMT(Ratio of SMR~mid beta to theta) increased, while RA(Relative power of alpha), RLB(Relative power of low beta), and RG(Relative power of gamma) did not change significantly. The decrease in the RT indicator means that the cutting did not cause anxiety as a stable work rather than a high level task. Therefore, it is considered that the cutting activity can be applied to the subjects with low cognitive level such as children, dementia, and intellectual disabilities and those who should avoid the psychological burden due to the performance of the work. The increases in RB, RMB, and RHB indicators mean a state of mental awakening, inducing concentration similar to meditation. Therefore, the activity of cutting can be applied to people who use psychological energy in daily life, psychological confusion, excessive unnecessary thought, troublesome problems. The increases in the RST, RMT, and RSMT indicators mean an increase in concentration. Therefore, it is possible to apply the cutting activity for the purpose of strengthening the attention and intensifying induction. The results of this study are meaningful that it was confirmed that the cutting activity could induce the brain to be awakened by inducing concentration through conscious activities without giving an intellectual anxiety or psychological burden.
