평생학습도시, 배움공간의 아이콘

본 연구는 배움의 공간으로서 평생학습도시를 위한 배움학적 제언을 하는 것을 그 목적으로 상정하였다. 평생학습도시를 건설하는데 있어서 평생학습에만 관심을 가질 뿐, 도시라는 공간에 대한 관심이 적음이 현재까지 진행 중인 평생학습도시건설의 문제였다. 본 연구에서는 평생학습도시의 이상적인 철학적 모델로서 고대 그리스의 배움 공간이었던 아고라(Agora)로 정하고, 현재의 평생학습도시를 고대 그리스의 아고라와 같은 공간으로 완성하기 위한 배움학적 전략으로서 향상(Improvement), 통합 및 조화(Coordination), 개방성(Openness), 그리고 학습망 구축(Network)을 제안하였다. 이들 네 가지 전략은 평생학습도시가 미래지향적으로 발전하기 위한 아이콘(ICON)으로 활용되리라는 기대감도 설명하였다. 마지막으로 미래지향적 ICON으로서의 평생학습도시를 위한 제언으로서 평생학습의 개념적 재설정, 외국 사례의 재고찰, 그리고 주민 중심의 평생학습도시건설을 강조하였다. The purpose of this study was to give recommendations for constructing the lifelong learning city as the space of erudition. Until now, most researches in terms of lifelong learning city have been focused on the "lifelong learning", not "space". In this study, the researcher suggested the agora of the ancient Greece time as the idea model of the erudite community to construct the lifelong learning city. To develop the lifelong learning city like the agora, the researcher proposed the four strategies as ICON for the future. The first was 'Improvement' for the quality of residents who wanted to make their lives better than before. The second was 'Coordination' for harmonizing the residents' lives among the lifelong, lifewide, and lifedeep erudition. The third was "openness" to develop programs for being satisfied with the needs and demands of the residents. the final was "network" to expand the learning space in use of edgecation system. the researcher concluded that those four strategies will be the ICON to develop the lifelong learning city for the future. In addition, the researcher called for the resetting of philosophy of lifelong learning, reflecting the case studies of foreign nations, and constructing the city based on the residents' lives in terms of the erudition.

교사에 관한 배움학적 단상(斷想)

본 연구에서는 배움학에 근거한 새로운 교사상의 속성을 드러내고자 하였다. 교사의 목표는 학습자의 지배가 아니다. 학습자들이 사물에 대한 가치감각을 기를 수 있게 도와주는 것이며 성숙시키고 창조적 개조가 이루어지도록 이끌어 주는 사람이다. 교사는 사람의 본성과 능력을 다루는 사람이다. 그러므로 교사들은 학생들과 더불어 배우는 일에 자기 삶을 거는 사람들이다. 그러나 교사가 우리 교육의 문젯거리로 간주되고 있다. 그 이면에는 학교학이라는 교육의 패러다임이 우리 교육계를 지배하고 있기 때문이다. 교사들을 위하여 현재의 학교학적 교육의 패러다임이 아닌 새로운 대안적 패러다임이 필요하다. 바로 그 새로운 패러다임이 "자유인으로서의 교사", "나그네로서의 교사", 그리고 "호모 에루디티오(Homo Eruditio)로서의 교사"상이다. 배움학에서의 교사는 진리를 가르치기 이전에 학생들과 더불어 함께 배우는 사람이어야 한다. 또한 가르치기 이전에 생각하는 교사이어야 한다. 즉 교실에서 매일 고민하고, 행복해하며, 결단하는 나그네가 되어야 한다. 이러한 교사상이 제대로 서게 될 때에 어이없는 교사폭행이나 교직 불만족 등의 사건들은 생기지 않을 것이다. 교사는 학생들 앞에서 당당히 자신들의 목소리를 낼 수 있어야 한다. The purpose of this study was to suggest to teachers the recommendation conclusively based on the science of erudition. Based on the literature review, this study found that most problems, for example teacher attacks from the students, parents of the students, and supervisors, dissatisfaction of the teaching professions as teachers by themselves, and the process problem of teacher education system, were basically caused by the pedagogical paradigm. To solve these problems, it has to be suggested the new paradigm for teachers. As the new paradigm, the author proposed teachers as "Anarchist", "Homo Eruditio", and "Stranger". Teachers as Anarchist, Homo Eruditio, and stranger can be "interexperience of learning" with their students, because they can learn from each others. It means both students and teachers can be the learner. Therefore, when teachers can be anarchist, stranger, and Homo Eruditio, they retrieve their former position, at the same time, they can upgrade their lives for the self-actualization personally.

Design Consideration of LLC resonant converter

This paper presents design consideration for LLC resonant converter utilizing the leakage inductance and magnetizing inductance of transformer as resonant components. The leakage inductance in the transformer secondary side is also considered in the gain equation. The design procedure is verified through experimental results.

다문화교육에 관한 배움학적 접근

본 연구는 다문화교육의 새로운 실천적 논고를 위한 배움학 관점에서의 교육 자본화에 관한 연구이다. 21세기 포스트모던의 지식기반사회에서 다문화교육은 한국교육의 성패를 좌우할 수 있는 중요한 열쇠이다. 그럼에도 불구하고, 현재까지 이루어진 다문화교육에 관한 연구들은 현상적 관점에만 치우쳐져 제대로 된 미래지향적인 실천적 연구는 결핍된 것이 사실이다. 배우는 것은 인간의 본능이다. 그러기에 배운다는 것은 개인의 삶과 공동체를 개조하는 힘이다. 이것이 배움학의 관점이다. 인간의 배움이 제대로 실현되기 위해서는 인간자본과 사회자본, 그리고 교육자본이 상호관여적으로 연계된 교육자본화의 노력이 필요하다. 다문화교육을 교육자본화하기 위해서는 이 나라에 머물고 있는 다문화인들을 이 사회의 중요한 인력자원으로 간주하는 관점부터 필요하다. 그래서 그들을 위한 공간, 관계 활동의 교육자본화가 필요하다. 이러한 노력은 이 사회의 발전을 약속하는 기대의 힘으로 작용한다. 배움학의 관점에서 다문화교육을 위한 교육자본화는 이미 시작된 미래이다. The purpose of this study was to propose the invigoration of the educational capital for developing practical theories of multicultural education to actualize in terms of the Erudition. In the 21st century, multicultural education will be the key to achieve the successful Edutopia. But until now, the researches of multicultural education was not enough to analysis of the practical researches for the future. The erudition was the instinct of human-being. Therefore, the erudition was the power of reformatting personal and social lives. To achieve the erudition, it is necessary to establish the invigoration of educational capital that inter-related among the human capital, social capital, and educational capital. To invigorate the educational capital, we must focus on the multicultural person as one of the most important human capitals. In addition to this, we need to integrate among spaces, political relationships, and program development for the invigoration of educational capital. These should be the 'Expect' to promise the future development of Korean society.

Effect of Synthetic MSW Leachate on Chemical Compatibility of PVC Geomembrane

복합 라이너 시스템에서 차수막으로서 PVC 지오멤브레인을 사용하기 위해서는 PVC 지오멤브레인의 침출수내의 화학성분에 대한 화학적 적합성이 중요한 요소이다. 본 논문에서는 0.76㎜ 두께의 PVC 지오멤브레인이 갖는 합성 일반도시 폐기물 침출수와의 적합성을 실내실험을 통해 살펴보았다. 23℃와 50℃ 두 가지 경우에 대해 각각 30일, 60일, 90일, 120일 동안 합성 침출수에 PVC 지오멤브레인을 노출시켜 외적형태와 물리적, 역학적 성질의 변화를 측정하였다. 비록 약간의 실험오차와 멤브레인 자체의 불균일성이 존재하지만, 합성된 침출수는 실험에 사용된 PVC 지오멤브레인의 물리적, 역학적 성질을 크게 변화시키지 않았다. The resistance of flexible PVC geomembranes to leachate chemicals is an important factor when PVC geomembranes are being considered as a barrier layer in a composite liner system. This paper describes laboratory test results that evaluate the chemical compatibility of a 0.76 ㎜ (30 mil) thick flexible PVC geomembrane exposed to a synthetic municipal solid waste (MSW) leachate. Changes in dimensional, physical, and mechanical properties were measured after exposure to the synthetic MSW leachate at 23℃ and 50℃ for 30, 60, 90, and 120 days. Although some variability of the test results is observed due to experimental factors and product variability, the synthetic MSW leachate did not significantly degrade the physical or mechanical properties of the flexible PVC geomembrane. As a result, this paper will conclude the PVC geomembranes are not adversely affected by the synthetic MSW leachate.
