애기뿔소똥구리 유래 CopA3합성 펩타이드의 항염증 효능에 관한 연구

CopA3를 이용하여 피부 염증에 대하여 연구를 하였다. 산화질소와 cytokine의 생산은 면역세포의 대표적인 염증인자이다. 세포는 LPS 처리 후 한 시간 뒤에 CopA3를 처리하였다. 세포 독성이 나타나지 않는 농도인 5, 25, 50, 100 ㎍/㎖를 사용하였다. CopA3는 NO, TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6, iNOS, COX-2의 생성을 저해 시켰다. iNOS와 COX-2 역시 100 ㎍/㎖의 농도에서 각각 54%, 65%가 저해가 되었다. 게다가 CopA3는 염증성 사이토 카인인 TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6의 생성을 감소 시켰다. 이러한 결과로 CopA3는 염증 예방과 치료에 효과적임을 확인 할 수 있었다. The objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of the synthetic CopA3 peptide of Copris tripartituson skin inflammation. Regulatory mechanisms of cytokines and nitric oxide (NO) are involved in the immunological activity of RAW 264.7 cells. Tested cells were treated with different concentrations of CopA3 and further cultured for an appropriate time after lipopolyssacharide (LPS) addition. During the entire experimental period, 5, 25, 50, and 100 ㎍/㎖ of CopA3 had no cytotoxicity. At these concentrations, CopA3 inhibited tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin-1β (IL-1β), and interleukin-6 (IL-6). CopA3 also inhibited the expression of inducible NO synthase (iNOS) and cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2). CopA3 inhibited the activity of iNOS and COX-2 by 41% and 59%, respectively, at 100 ㎍/㎖. In addition, CopA3 reduced the release of inflammatory cytokines including TNF-α, IL-1β, and IL-6. These results suggest that CopA3 may have significant effects on inflammatory factors and that it may be a potential anti-inflammatory therapeutic agent.

Objectives : The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between stress type and Ryodoraku score (RS) in patients with functional dyspepsia. Methods : 92 (30 male, 62 female) patients with functional dyspepsia were included in this study. Degree of stress was evaluated by GARS and BEPSI scale which can assess acute and chronic stress, respectively. RS of the patients was measured, and mean, sum of gaps and standard deviation (SD) in their RS were taken. First, patients were divided into two groups by sex, and by mean RS $40{\mu}A$ (above and below). GARS and BEPSI scale of each group was compared. Second, correlation between stress scales (GARS and BEPSI) and variation indexes of RS (sum of gaps and SD) was examined. Result : 1. The mean RS is higher in male patients than in female ones. 2. No significant difference was noted in GARS and BEPSI scale associated with above end below the mean $40{\mu}A$ RS. 3. The sum of gaps and SD of RS has significant correlation with GARS scale but not with BEPSI scale. Conclusions : These results suggest that the sum of gaps and SD of RS are associated with acute stress in patients with functional dyspepsia. Thus, it is thought that RS can be useful in assessing acute stress in patients with functional dyspepsia.

<▼1><B>Abstract</B><P/></▼1><▼2><P>Copper-zinc alloy (Cu/Zn) powders with different Zn to Cu molar ratios were prepared by the combustion synthesis technique using a CuO + 0.15(C2H4)<I>n</I> + <I>k</I>Zn (0.2 ≤ <I>k</I> ≤ 1.6 mol) reactive mixture. Depending on the Zn concentration, the combustion wave developed a temperature between 950 and 1040 °C and passed through the sample with a speed of 0.04-0.08 cm/s, resulting in almost single-stage temperature distributions. Cu/Zn alloy powders with Zn concentrations ranging from 0.5 to 45 wt% were obtained. It was shown that alloy particles become spherical and well dispersed with increasing Zn concentration. Inert dilution test with KCl salt was also performed to determine the influence of temperature degradation in the combustion wave on the morphology and composition of alloy powders.</P></▼2>

The photophysical properties and the singlet oxygen generation efficiency of tetrathiarubyrin have been investigated to elucidate the possibility of its use as a photodynamic therapy (PDT) photosensitizer by steady-state and time-resolved spectroscopic methods. The observed photophysical properties were affected by various molecular aspects, such as extended ${\pi}conjugation$, structural distortion, and internal heavy atom. The steady-state electronic absorption spectrum was red-shifted due to the extended $\pi-conjugation$, and the spin orbital coupling was enhanced by the structural distortion and the internal heavy atom effect. As a result of the enhanced spin orbital coupling, the triplet quantum yield increased to 0.90 $\pm$ 0.10 and the triplet state lifetime was shortened to 7.0 $\pm$ 1.2 ${\mu}s$. Since the triplet state decays at a relatively faster rate, the efficiency of the oxygen quenching of the triplet state decreases. The singlet oxygen quantum yield was estimated to be 0.52 $\pm$ 0.02, which is somewhat lower than expected. On the other hand, the efficiency of singlet oxygen generation during the oxygen quenching of triplet state, $f{\Delta}^T$, is near unity. Such high efficiency of singlet oxygen generation can be explained by the following two possible factors: The hydrogen bonding of ethanol which impedes the deactivation pathway of the charge transfer complex with oxygen to the ground state, the less probability of the aggregation formation.

증강현실 서비스를 제공하기 위해 현실세계와 가상세계의 연결고리인 위치 지시자가 필요하다. 위치 지시자는 RF칩이나 적외선 표시기 등의 능동형 위치 지시자와 특정 코드, 또는 이미지와 같은 수동형 위치 지시자가 있다. 그 중 수동형 위치 지시자가 갖는 한계점을 극복하고자 본 논문에서는 현실세계 컨텐츠 테두리에 코드를 삽입하는 1차원 코드 체계인 Border Code를 제안한다. 현실세계 컨텐츠의 테두리에 코드를 삽입함으로 인해 현실세계 컨텐츠와 독립적이지 않고, 현실세계 컨텐츠와 어울어져 증강현실 서비스 제공에 용이 하다. 이런 Border Code 체계의 구성, 인식 과정, 서비스 제공 방안과 실험내용을 보인다.
