Background MIKC type MADS-box transcription factors are one of the largest gene families and play a pivotal role in flowering time and flower development. Chimonanthus salicifolius belongs to the family Calycanthaceae and has a unique flowering time and flowering morphology compared to other Chimonanthus species, but the research on MIKC type MADS-box gene family of C. salicifolius has not been reported. Objective Identification, comprehensive bioinformatic analysis, the expression pattern of MIKC-type MADS-box gene family from different tissues of C. salicifolius. Methods Genome-wide investigation and expression pattern under different tissues of the MIKC-type MADS-box gene family in C. salicifolius, and their phylogenetic relationships, evolutionary characteristics, gene structure, motif distribution, promoter cis-acting element were performed. Results A total of 29 MIKC-type MADS-box genes were identified from the whole genome sequencing. Interspecies synteny analysis revealed more significant collinearity between C. salicifolius and the magnoliids species compared to eudicots and monocots. MIKC-type MADS-box genes from the same subfamily share similar distribution patterns, gene structure, and expression patterns. Compared with Arabidopsis thaliana, Nymphaea colorata, and Chimonanthus praecox, the FLC genes were absent in C. salicifolius, while the AGL6 subfamily was expanded in C. salicifolius. The selectively expanded promoter (AGL6) and lack of repressor (FLC) genes may explain the earlier flowering in C. salicifolius. The loss of the AP3 homologous gene in C. salicifolius is probably the primary cause of the morphological distinction between C. salicifolius and C. praecox. The csAGL6a gene is specifically expressed in the flowering process and indicates the potential function of promoting flowering. Conclusion This study offers a genome-wide identification and expression profiling of the MIKC-types MADS-box genes in the C. salicifolius, and establishes the foundation for screening flowering development genes and understanding the potential function of the MIKC-types MADS-box genes in the C. salicifolius.

The unfair competition behavior of local government is a form of government failure in the process of economic and social transformation in China、which has went through the administrative monopoly the fiscal competition and low human rights competition stages. Administrative monopoly refers to the intervention of local governments and their authorized organizations in the market for local interests, and the use of public power to set obstacles or give preferential treatment to foreign enterprises, so that they can obtain a dominant position in the market competition. Fiscal and tax competition refers to the government behavior that local governments attract foreign capital through low tax rate or other effective ways to reduce tax burden. “Low human rights” competition means that local governments often adopt a “low human rights” competition strategy in attracting investment. By reducing the level of human rights protection of residents in their jurisdiction and reducing the social welfare they should enjoy, they form a low-cost bottomland to attract capital inflows. The unfair competition implemented by local governments has eroded he overall interests of the society, reduced the effectiveness of economic intervention power, and reduced the degree of social members’ recognition of it. The reform of fiscal and tax decentralization has made the local government obtain the motive of carrying out improper competition, and the performance appraisal system has made the local government officials form the motive of carrying out improper competition, which is the external cause of the local government’s unfair competition. The external problem of economic law itself is the internal reason of local government unfair competition. Therefore, we must regulate the local government unfair competition act, and construct the competition order between local governments. Firstly, we should improve some basic legal systems, such as, establishing the judicial review system, to distinguish and rectify the local government unfair competition act、maintaining a unified, free and fair market competition order and protecting citizens’ basic rights. And then, we should reform the fiscal and taxation system, and adjust the structure of the interest of the local government, to eliminate the root of the local government unfair competition act. establishing a local tax system with property tax as the mainstay, reforming the value-added tax and consumption tax systems, introducing an environmental tax, and improve the transfer payment system.
Research on Non-interactive Construction based on Fuzzy Conditional Proxy Re-encryption

In a conditional proxy re-encryption (C-PRE) scheme, a semi-trusted proxy can transform Alice’s ciphertext into Bob’s ciphertext without learning the underlying plaintext, if the ciphertext satisfies a certain condition. To achieve more fine- grained delegation on conditions, Fang, Wang and Ge introduced the notion of fuzzy conditional proxy re-encryption (FC-PRE), whereby the conditions is viewed a set of descriptive keywords. The proxy with a re-encryption key for a condition word set W can convert a ciphertext encrypted with a condition word set W1, if and only if W and W1 are close to each other as measured by the "set overlap" distance metric. Nonetheless, they left an open problem on how to construct a non-interactive FC-PRE scheme. Furthermore, their scheme is only proved secure in the random oracle model. In this paper, we answer the above problems affirmatively by presenting a non-interactive fuzzy conditional proxy reencryption scheme. Moreover, our scheme is proved secure without random oracles.
Carotenoid Intake and Esophageal Cancer Risk: a Meta-analysis

This meta-analysis was conducted to evaluate the association between intake of carotenoids and risk of esophageal cancer. A systematic search using PubMed, Cochrane Library, Web of Science, Scopus, CNKI, and CBM (updated to 6 May 2012) identified ten articles meeting the inclusion criteria with 1,958 cases of esophageal cancer and 4,529 controls. Higher intake of beta-carotene, alpha-carotene, lycopene, beta-cryptoxanthin, lutein, and zeaxanthin reduced esophageal cancer risk with pooled ORs of 0.58 (95% CI 0.44, 0.77), 0.81 (95% CI 0.70, 0.94), 0.75 (95% CI 0.64, 0.86), 0.80 (95% CI 0.66, 0.97), and 0.71 (95% CI 0.59, 0.87), respectively. In subgroup analyses, beta-carotene showed protective effects against esophageal adenocarcinoma in studies located in Europe and North America. Alpha-carotene, lycopene, and beta-cryptoxanthin showed protection against esophageal squamous cell cancer. This meta-analysis suggested that higher intake of carotenoids (beta-carotene, alpha-carotene, lycopene, beta-cryptoxanthin, lutein, and zeaxanthin) is associated with lower risk of esophageal cancer. Further research with large-sample studies need to be conducted to better clarify the potentially protective mechanisms of carotenoid associations risk of different types of esophageal cancer.
MFSK Signal Individual Identification Algorithm Based on Bi-spectrum and Wavelet Analyses

Signal individual reconnaissance and identification is an extremely important research topic in non-cooperative domains such as electronic countermeasures and intelligence reconnaissance. Facing the characteristics of the complexity and changeability of current communication environment, how to realize radiation source signal individual identification under the low SNR conditions is an emphasis of research. A novel emitter individual identification method combined bi-spectrum analysis with wavelet feature is presented in this paper. It makes a feature fusion of bi-spectrum slice characteristics and energy variance characteristics of the secondary wavelet transform coefficient to identify MFSK signals under the low SNR (signal-to-noise ratios) environment. Theoretical analyses and computer simulation results show that the proposed algorithm has good recognition performance with the ability to suppress noise and interference, and reaches the recognition rate of more than 90% when the SNR is -6dB.

With their simple structure, good characteristics, small size, low weight, high starting torque, and high power density, permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM) are widely used in industry and national projects. However, accurate PMSM d–q-axis inductance values cannot be obtained after dynamic decoupling of the d–q-axis voltages of a PMSM under vector control. To tackle this challenge, this paper proposes a two-line-same-phase AC standstill measurement (TLSP-ACSM) method. To verify the effectiveness of the proposed method, both the motor synthetic magnetomotive force and theoretical error of inductance measurement based on the TLSP-ACSM method are analyzed, followed by experiments to demonstrate the effectiveness of TLSP-ACSM. By comparing the proposed method with another measurement method, it is demonstrated that the relative error of the d-axis and q-axis inductance measurements is reduced by about 23% and 21%, respectively. When considering magnetic flux leakage, TLSP-ACSM shows better measurement precision and tracking performance.
Damage detection on two-dimensional structure based on active Lamb waves

This paper deals with damage detection using active Lamb waves. The wavelet transform and empirical mode decomposition methods are discussed for measuring the Lamb wave? arrival time of the group velocity. An experimental system to diagnose the damage in the composite plate is developed. A method to optimize this system is also given for practical applications of active Lamb waves, which involve optimal arrangement of the piezoelectric elements to produce single mode Lamb waves. In the paper, the single mode Lamb wave means that there exists no overlapping among different Lamb wave modes and the original Lamb wave signal with the boundary reflection signals. Based on this optimized PZT arrangement method, five damage localizations on different plates are completed and the results using wavelet transform and empirical mode decomposition methods are compared.
여성주의 시각으로부터 본 연변부련회 활동 및 한계 : 연변주부련회 자료를 중심으로

본 글에서는 1952~1994년까지의 연변주부련회 당안자료를 중심으로 연변주부련회의 활동양상에 대해 고찰했으며, 고찰을 통해 여성사업이 지니는 한계에 대해 살펴보았다. 연변주부련회는 생산노동, 문맹퇴치, 간부배양, 권익보장, 탁아복리 등을 여성사업의 중점으로 삼고 활동을 전개하였으며 여성들로 하여금 사회진출의 첫걸음을 내디디도록 했다. 하지만 국가가 주도하는 젠더 동질화 속에서 여성들은 가사노동과 사회노동 의무를 동시에 짊어지게 되었으며 과잉노동으로 신체를 혹사시켰고 이중속박 속에서 심리적 부담이 가중되었다. 여성해방은 마르크스 여성해방에 대한 왜곡된 인식, 매체 선전, 여성들의 심리적 구조 등에 의해 복잡한 양상으로 흘러갔다. 결론적으로 매 시대마다 "여성해방"은 국가행위와 분리시켜 논할 수 없으며 국가 장치가 다양한 제도들과 상호작용하는 과정에서 "여성해방"이라는 구성물이 어떻게 배치되는지를 잘 파악해야 함과 동시에 "여성해방"이라는 구성물을 해체하여 분석해야 한다고 본다. 그리고 무엇보다도 그 과정에서 여성들은 국가의 여성해방정책에 대응함과 동시에 수많은 모순들을 자체의 의지로서 해결해나가면서 기존의 질서에서 벗어나 새로운 정체성을 형성해나가는 주체들로서, 향후 조선족 여성 연구에 있어 그러한 밝혀내는 작업이 중요하다고 본다. Based on the party case data of Yanbian vice Federation from 1949 to 1994, this paper investigates the limitations of women"s cause through the investigation of the activities of Yanbian vice Federation. The Deputy Federation of Yanbian Prefecture focuses its activities on productive labor, literacy, cadre training, rights and interests protection and childcare welfare, so as to make women take the first step into society. However, in the state led gender homogenization, women undertake the obligations of housework and social work at the same time. Excessive work leads to physical death and psychological burden in the double constraints. Women"s liberation has become a complex situation due to the distorted understanding of Marx"s women"s liberation, media publicity and women"s psychological structure. In every era, "women"s Liberation" can not be discussed separately from state behavior. The state device "women"s Liberation" in the process of interaction with various systems We should master the configuration of this component, grasp the newly generated sense of identity of women"s behavior, and dissolve the component of "women"s Liberation" in the place of complex relations. Moreover, in this process, while coping with the National Women"s Liberation policy, women have solved many contradictions with their own will. As the main body to get rid of the existing order and form a new sense of identity, it is very important to find out these problems in the future.
Quantitative Indirect ELISA for Determination of Walnut Proteins in Foods

An indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) capable of detecting walnut proteins in commercial products was developed. Polyclonal antibodies against soluble walnut protein were used. Specific epitopes of walnut protein were analyzed for cross activity with peanut, soybean, sesame, rice, wheat, jujube, and defatted milk protein. Epitopes of walnut proteins had no cross activity. The indirect ELISA was highly specific for soluble walnut proteins. Recovery values from walnut protein solutions ranged from 88.47 to 115%, and low coefficients of variation (<10%) indicated good repeatability. Intra and inter-assay precisions were <6 and <7 %, respectively. The limit of detection was 10 ng/mL of soluble walnut protein. The method was applied to detect some commercial food products in China and the results showed that indirect ELISA could be promisingly used to quantify adulteration of walnut processed foods.
