본 논문은 서사 분석방법을 이용하여 <효리네 민박>의 내용을 중심사건과 보충사건으로 구분하여 내재화된 ‘힐링’ 요소를 찾고, 해당 프로그램에서 이를 어떻게 표현하였는지를 분석하였다. <효리네 민박>의 이야기는 ‘소통형’ 민박 운영을 위주로 내용을 이어간다. 일반인 출연자와 스타 출연진의 소통을 통해 현재 사회 문제들을 반영하여 출연자의 생각을 보여주고 시청자들의 공감을 불러일으켜 마치 시청자들이 화면 안에서 직접 소통하는 듯힐링 효과를 창출해낸다. 보충적인 플롯으로써 동물, 음식, 자연에서 보내는 여유가 실제적으로 이효리 부부의 생활 방식이 지닌 힐링이다. 현대인들이 추구하는 이상적인 생활을 보여 줌으로써 킨포크를 삶에 반영시킨 여유있는 생활 가치를 시청자들이 자발적으로 찾아가는 과정을 보여주고, 이를 통해 힐링을 느끼도록 하는 것이다. 힐링은 심리적, 육체적으로 치유하는 의미를 지니고 사람의 정서를 긍정적인 방향으로 유도한다. 텔레비전 텍스트로써 사람들의 일상생활에 밀착되어 있고 사회 문화적 영향력이 크기 때문에 어느 정도 대중들의 삶에 대한 사상과 욕구에 영향이 미치게 된다. Using narrative analysis method, this paper divides the contents of “Hyori’s Homestay” into central events and supplementary events. The purpose is to discover the “healing” element and find out how this element is presented in this TV show. "Hyori’s Homestay" uses an “interacting” homestay as a central event. One the one hand, the communication between layperson performers and celebrities enables the portrayal of society tribulations and the presentation of the performers’ thoughts, thus allowing the audience to relate to the show as if they were in the scene. On the other hand, supplementary events such as animals, food, and the ease in nature, these are all act as the “healing” elements of Hyori and her husband. By presenting the ideal lifestyle that nowadays modern people desire most and portraying “kinfolk” culture as an ideal lifestyle, it enables the audience to seek out the value of life by attaining the “healing” element. “Healing” is a replenishment of the body, mind, and soul, therefore, pushing oneself into a positive status. As a TV show, it relates to the people’s daily life so it has an impact on the social culture. In a degree, it also influences on the public’s thoughts and desires about the life.

Ultrasonic vibration-assisted Electrolytic in-process dressing (ELID) grinding is a highly efficient and highly precise machining method. The surface quality prediction model in ultrasonic vibration-assisted ELID mirror grinding was studied. First, the interaction between grits and workpiece surface was analyzed according to kinematic mechanics, and the surface roughness model was developed. The variations in surface roughness under different parameters was subsequently calculated and analyzed by MATLAB. Results indicate that compared with the ordinary ELID grinding, ultrasonic vibration-assisted ELID grinding is superior, because it has more stable and better surface quality and has an improved range of ductile machining.

The conventional nonlinear control methods for induction motors have the problem of difficult observation of rotor current, and load disturbances make the dynamic performance of the system speed control unsatisfactory. A novel disturbance rejection control scheme with variable damping model based on port controlled Hamiltonian with dissipation is proposed. The induction drive is regarded as energy conversion device including mechanical and electrical ports. The Euler Lagrange equation of the closed-loop system is obtained by the output feedback to establish the energy shaping control method. The variable damping injection is introduced to improve the dynamic performance of the conventional control methods. The L2disturbance rejection controller is designed to enhance the load disturbance resistance performance of induction motors. The experimental results show that the proposed method can optimize the dynamic and steady-state performance of the induction drive control system and effectively meet the control requirements of the speed and torque under load disturbances.

A scheme to probabilistic teleportating an unknown three-particle entangled GHZ state by using two partial three-particle entangled GHZ states as the quantum channel is proposed. An unknown three-particle entangled GHZ state can be well teleported probabilistically by performing two Bell measurements on the sender's side and two Hadamard operations, one on the sender's side and other on the receiver's side, and then introducing an appropriate unitary transformation in each receiver's laboratory conditioned on the simple measurement outcome of the other.
NVST Data Archiving System Based On FastBit NoSQL Database

The New Vacuum Solar Telescope (NVST) is a 1-meter vacuum solar telescope that aims to observe the fine structures of active regions on the Sun. The main tasks of the NVST are high resolution imaging and spectral observations, including the measurements of the solar magnetic field. The NVST has been collecting more than 20 million FITS files since it began routine observations in 2012 and produces a maximum observational records of 120 thousand files in a day. Given the large amount of files, the effective archiving and retrieval of files becomes a critical and urgent problem. In this study, we implement a new data archiving system for the NVST based on the Fastbit Not Only Structured Query Language (NoSQL) database. Comparing to the relational database (i.e., MySQL; My Structured Query Language), the Fastbit database manifests distinctive advantages on indexing and querying performance. In a large scale database of 40 million records, the multi-field combined query response time of Fastbit database is about 15 times faster and fully meets the requirements of the NVST. Our study brings a new idea for massive astronomical data archiving and would contribute to the design of data management systems for other astronomical telescopes.

We investigate superdense coding in the case of non-symmetric Hilbert spaces of the sender’s and the receiver’s particles sharing the multipartite maximally quantum channel. We also consider that a symmetric quantum channel is transformed into a non-symmetric one. As a result, the efficiency of information transmission is successfully increased.
Vitexicarpin Induces Apoptosis in Human Prostate Carcinoma PC-3 Cells through G2/M Phase Arrest

Vitexicarpin (3', 5-dihydroxy-3, 4', 6, 7-tetramethoxyflavone), a polymethoxyflavone isolated from Viticis Fructus (Vitex rotundifolia Linne fil.), has long been used as an anti-inflammatory herb in traditional Chinese medicine. It has also been reported that vitexicarpin can inhibit the growth of various cancer cells. However, there is no report elucidating its effect on human prostate carcinoma cells. The aim of the present study was to examine the apoptotic induction activity of vitexicarpin on PC-3 cells and molecular mechanisms involved. MTT studies showed that vitexicarpin dose-dependently inhibited growth of PC-3 cells with an $IC_{50}{\sim}28.8{\mu}M$. Hoechst 33258 staining further revealed that vitexicarpin induced apoptotic cell death. The effect of vitexicarpin on PC-3 cells apoptosis was tested using prodium iodide (PI)/Annexin V-FITC double staining and flow cytometry. The results indicated that vitexicarpin induction of apoptotic cell death in PC-3 cells was accompanied by cell cycle arrest in the G2/M phase. Furthermore, our study demonstrated that vitexicarpin induction of PC-3 cell apoptosis was associated with upregulation of the proapoptotic protein Bax, and downregulation of antiapoptotic protein Bcl-2, release of Cytochrome c from mitochondria and decrease in mitochondrial membrane potential. Our findings suggested that vitexicarpin may become a potential leading drug in the therapy of prostate carcinoma.
Icefex: Protocol Format Extraction from IL-based Concolic Execution

Protocol reverse engineering is useful for many security applications, including intelligent fuzzing, intrusion detection and fingerprint generation. Since manual reverse engineering is a time-consuming and tedious process, a number of automatic techniques have been proposed. However, the accuracy of these techniques is limited due to the complexity of binary instructions, and the derived formats have missed constraints that are critical for security applications. In this paper, we propose a new approach for protocol format extraction. Our approach reasons about only the evaluation behavior of a program on the input message from concolic execution, and enables field identification and constraint inference with high accuracy. Moreover, it performs binary analysis with low complexity by reducing modern instruction sets to BIL, a small, well-specified and architecture-independent language. We have implemented our approach into a system called Icefex and evaluated it over real-world implementations of DNS, eDonkey, FTP, HTTP and McAfee ePO protocols. Experimental results show that our approach is more accurate and effective at extracting protocol formats than other approaches.
