Staphylococcal cassette chromosome mec (SCCmec) type and coagulase serotype are important epidemiologic factors in methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA). To investigate correlation between SCCmec type and coagulase serotype of MRSA, we analyzed SCCmec types of MRSA strains isolated from clinical sources and compared the results to coagulase serotypes and antimicrobial susceptibility patterns. A total of 108 MRSA isolates were classified into four SCCmec types: II (55.6%), IV (21.3%) III (13.0%) and IIIA (8.3%), and five coagulase serotypes: II (54.6%), IV (21.3%), V (18.5%) and VII (2.8%). All of coagulase type II, IV and V strains belonged to SCCmec type II, III/IIIA and IV, respectively. SCCmec types II, III and IIIA were multidrug resistant, whereas SCCmec type IV strains were non-multidrug resistant except beta-lactams and erythromycin. The data provide that there is a significant correlation between SCCmec types and phenotypic characteristic of coagulase serotypes.

In this study, we discuss on the elements necessary for the successful introduction of "Advanced Surveillance System". The ROK.Army leads countless changes with「Defense Reform 2.0」. And introduction of scientific system is core discourse for the「Defense Reform 2.0」. The background of this change is the necessity of responding to the demands of the Revolution 4.0 and strengthening of the troops. So, the 「Defense Reform 2.0」 will transform the current personnel-based system to a high-tech based one. It is same for surveillance system. The paradigm of surveillance system is changed by introduction of "Scientific Surveillance System" and "Coastal Complex Surveillance System". However, the development of the operating system seems to be lagging behind that of the equipment. The introduction of "Scientific Surveillance System" and "Coastal Complex Surveillance System" change the surveillance operation from standing guard duty for one sector by two sentry to monitoring multiple sector by one CCTV control agent. But it is organized without considering the capacity of the agent that the number of screens monitored by one CCTV control agent. In this study, it was confirmed that the cause of the failure of surveillance operation is this problem in the last 5 years. Therefore, we can confirm that the development of the operating system-that is constructed by "Human resource", "Security regulations", "Security verification system"- is as important as the development of the equipment. so, we confirm the development direction of the operating system to efficiently operate the "Advanced Surveillance System".

The purpose of this paper is to analyse the aspects of the change in 17-20th century Korean culinary manuscripts from a text linguistics point of view. To achieve this aim, we undertake a diachronic research of the diachronic corpora which is composed of 27 culinary manuscripts. In addition we analyse some modern Korean cuisine recipes to reveal the text linguistical differences between historical culinary manuscripts and recipes on these days. In section 3, we investigate the characteristics of macro structure of culinary manuscripts and figure out hierarchical structure of theme. In section 4, we look into the characteristics of micro structure of them regarding the notion of reacceptance. The reacceptance is one of the most importance mechanisms for textual cohesion, especially in the expository theme-development text such as cuisine recipes, read-me and so on. For this we undertake quantitative analysis of reference items and reveal the change of the mechanism. In section 4, we demonstrate empirical evidence of variation between the recipe texts of the early periods and those on these days, and demonstrate the process of dramatic changes within and acorss texts over time.
MSO Coil을 적용한 130㎾급 EV Traction Motor의 과도상태 운전 조건을 반영한 모터 특성 분석

본 논문에서는 한국생산기술연구원에서 저속 고효율 모터를 타깃으로 개발한 MSO Coil 권선구조를 적용한 130㎾W급 IPMSM EV Traction 모터의 전자계 해석 결과를 소개한다. 특히, 대상 모터의 동작속도와, 부하조건에 따른 모터의 파라미터들을 종합적으로 반영할 수 있는 Transient(과도상태) 해석에서 모터가 제안된 사양을 만족 하는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. 대상 모터는 차량 시스템의 요구 조건에 따라 2,000 rpm 미만에서 최대 효율이 나오도록 설계 되었으며, 각 손실 성분들의 속도에 따른 손실 경향 차이에 따라 모터 특성 변화 경향의 비선형성이 존재하는 특징이 있다. 각 손실 성분들의 정확한 분리를 위해 영구자석 와전류손, 도체의 교류저항, 철손, 로터의 위치(회전) 및 전류 위상각 등의 영향을 반영 할 수 있는 해석조건으로 전자계 FEA를 진행 하였다. 최종적으로, 130㎾ 급 MSO Coil 적용 전동기의 전 속도와 부하 영역 내에서 모터의 3차원 효율맵을 산정하였다.
