축제 방문객의 참여동기가 참여몰입 및 참여만족에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 축제 방문객의 참여동기가 참여몰입 및 참여만족에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 실증조사를 실시한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 일상탈출, 신기성 요인이 높을수록 참여몰입도 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 이벤트매력성, 사교성, 가족친화성이 높을수록 참여몰입도는 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 참여만족에는 참여동기 중외적 동기보다 내적 동기가 더 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 참여몰입이 높아질수록 참여만족도가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 축제 관계자에게 중요한 전략적 시사점을 제공해 줄 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of visitors' motivation for attending festivals on their participation flow and satisfaction. Empirical researches have been done in order to accomplish the purpose. The results are as follows: First, the more a festival provides its visitors with escape from daily life and its uniqueness, the more their participation flow increases. Second, the attractiveness of the events of a festival and the promotion of intimacy among family members and visitors also lead to the increase of participation flow. Third, intrinsic motivation has more influence over the participation satisfaction of a festival than extrinsic one. Fourth, the degree of participation satisfaction is in direct proportion to that of participation flow. Such results could provide useful strategic findings for persons in charge of planning and arranging festivals.

This study aims to comprehend the influence of festival experiential elements on festival visitors` satisfaction and customer loyalty. Also, this study tries to suggest implications for festival planning, operating, and marketing through the findings. In order to examine its influence, the survey was performed in Danyang-gun, Chungcheongbuk-do, the 15th Ondal Cultural Festival visitors in the festival period, 7-9 of July, 2011 and only 320 positive samples out of 350 were used, The main study results as follows, First, deviance, playfulness, immersion and placeness of festival experiential elements were statistically significant in affective festival visitors`` satisfaction, Second, festival visitors`` satisfaction was significant in customer loyalty Finally, this study suggests festival marketers should plan and execute to intensify playfulness and placeness of festival experiential elements.
국외관광객의 스트레스가 만족 및 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향

This study aims to examine effects of stress on the relationship beween satisfaction and buying intention. A method of this study was survey research,. The subjects were 150 outbound traveler. According to the result of this study. There were significant relationships between expected stress and perceived stress. There were significant relationships between stress and satisfaction. There were significant relationships between expected stress and rebuying intention. The result of this study will be helpful for the tourism industries which gave needs to establish the marketing strategies.
호텔종사원의 감정노동에 따른 감정부조화가 소진 및 이직의도에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 호텔기업의 고객접점 부서인 영업 종사원들을 대상으로 호텔상품을 제공하면서 갖게 되는 개인적 성향에 따른 감정노동에 의한 감정부조화의 원인을 파악하고, 감정부조화에 의한 종사원의 소진 및 이직의도간의 관계를 규명하여 살펴보고, 서비스 마케팅차원 및 호텔관리자에게 이에 따른 전략적 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 서울지역 특급호텔 종사원들을 대상으로 현장 설문조사를 실시하여 400매를 배부하여 351매를 실증분석에 사용하였다. 그 결과를 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 감정노동에서 표면행위(surface acting), 심층행위(deep acting), 감정일탈(emotional deviance)이 높으면 높을수록 감정부조화가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 자발적 행위(expression of naturally felt emotions)가 높으면 높을수록 감정부조화가 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 감정부조화가 높으면 높을수록 소진(burnout)이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 감정부조화가 높으면 높을수록 이직의도(turnover intention)가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. This paper is 1) to find out what make cause in the emotional labor and emotional dissonance on hotel employee, 2) to investigate relationship between burnout and turnover intention on the personal character, 3) finally to suggest strategical implications for hotel management decision-maker. The questionnaires are distributed 400 on hotel employees, then used for data analysis 351. The results are as followed. First, the higher surface acting, deep acting, and emotional deviance in the emotional labor, the higher emotional dissonance. But the higher expression of natural emotions, it was showed lowly in the emotional dissonance. Second, the higher emotional dissonance, it was revealed highly burnout and turnover intention.
호텔종사원의 교육훈련과 경력개발이 직무만족 및 조직몰입에 미치는 영향

This study intends to examine impact of educational training and career development on the job satisfaction and organizational commitment as a method of human resource development for hotel employee. There are main results in this research for the case of deluxe hotel in Seoul given below; First, educational training and career development influenced job satisfaction. Second, career development did not significantly influence organizational commitment. Third, job satisfaction significantly influenced organizational commitment. The results of this study would give suggestions and implications for managerial strategy set-up for the hotel management.
