In this paper, the algorithm is proposed by using a homotopy. The iterative method for finding the solution of nonlinear equations is an important one occurring frequently in diverse study. It is well known that the iterative method may not converge to the solution if the initial point is not converge to the solution if the initial point is not assumed to be close in a small neighborhood of the solution. The formulated problem has existence condition of continuous solution by the parameter. It is shown that the algorithm converges.

In the domestic food service market, consumers' behavior is becoming higher, diversified, and individualized due to the increase in income due to economic development, and the proportion of the food service industry is gradually increasing as the change in diet is accelerated. The fast-food industry, one of the fastest growing segments of the food service industry, has been rapidly supplied to busy urban people and students who are being chased in time, at an affordable price, and their demand is soaring. Among them, pizzeria is steadily loved, and as the scale is large, the competition among the companies is not endless. In this situation, customers are also subdivided and diversified, making choices based on the various attributes of the pizza restaurant. With such multi-attribute criteria and differentiation, customers should be aware of unique and symbolic images that distinguish them from other brands. Therefore, it is necessary to provide a logical basis for predicting and preparing consumers' preference through AHP, which is a research and analysis according to attributes (reliability, comfort, brand, service). We suggest pizza marketing plan because it is deemed necessary, and we plan to cope with consumer's needs.

Decision analysis has becomes an important technique for decision making in the face of uncertainty. It is characterized by enumerating all the available courses of action, identifying the payoffs for all possible outcomes, and quantifying the subjective probabilities for the all possible random events. When the data are available, decision analysis becomes a powerful tool for determining an optimal course of action. In this paper, we use the analytic hierarchy process in weights calculating. For the purpose of making optimal decision, the data of three different smart phones models are used.

Dynamic programming (DP) determines the optimum solution th n-variable problem by decomposing it into n stages with each stage comprising a single-variable, instead of n-variable, subproblems. The main contribution of DP is the principle of optimality, a framework for decomposing the problem into stages. In this paper, we study about purchase and exchange in a special machine for production in some domestic company. In intersest rate 10% per year, we study about planning exchange machine which minimizes present value of total cost for 4 years.

In this paper, we study on the mathematical backgrounds of AHP. It is research that extend of eigenvector methods by [1]. For tools that measure judgment of inconsistency eigenvector methods, we research consistency that introduced consistency ratio by Saaty. In general, the higher consistence of compare matrix, the bigger error within matrix. At this case, to achieve satisfactory level consistency, require more numbers of iterated calculate process.

Background : To assess the current level of development of emergency medicine (EM) systems in Asia. Method : Survey of EM professionals from 12 Asian countries during a 90-day period from August to November 1998. 12 EM professionals from 12 Asian countries completed the survey. All participants were physicians. 7 participants (58%) gave presentations at an international EM conference during the study period. Respondents completed a 103 question questionnaire about the status of EM specialty, academic, patient care, information and management systems and the factors influencing the future of EM in their countries. Results : 92% of respondents stated that their countries have hospital-based emergency departments (ED). More than 80% of respondents reported that their countries have EMS systems and ED systems for trauma care and patient transfer. More than 70% stated that their countries have national EM organizations, EM research, national EMS activation phone numbers, ED systems for pediatric emergency care, emergency physician (EP) training in ACLS and ATLS and peer review. More than 60% reported official recognition of EM as an independent specialty status, ED triage systems and systems for customer service. More than 50% reported EM residency training programs, EM journals and EP ability to perform rapid sequence intubation (RSI). 50% reported EP ability to perform thrombolysis for acute MI and 33% reported EP ultrasonography. 92% felt that a lack of funding posed a moderate or great obstacle to the future development of EM in their countries. Conclusions : Many essential systems of EM now exist throughout Asia. In the systems of administration and emergency medical information in many countries, there are some parts to be developed further.

When the data are available, decision analysis becomes a powerful tool for determining an optimal couse of action. We study the multi-attribute decision making in a compensatory models. In this paper, we use the eigenvector methods in weights calculating. For the purpose of making optimal decision, the data of five different car models are used. For computing, we used Visual Numerica Version 1.0 software package.
