This paper aims at exploring the relationship between the ego development and online behavior in virtual world and the interaction effect of progress of virtual ego state and anonymity. A measurement instrument was developed on the bases of ego state theory and Ego Development Scale by ETS. A survey was conducted from MMORPG users and analyzed using PLS algorithm. As results, it was found that the developmental level of virtual ego had negative relationship with hostile interactive behavior and griefing behavior and positive relationship with collaborative behavior. In order to see the interaction effects, users were divided into two groups by the progress of virtual ego state. As results, it was found that the explanation power of the causal paths from users’ developmental level of virtual ego to online behaviors was significantly enhanced where the progress of virtual ego state was comparably high. Also, it was shown that anonymity had positive interaction effect on the relationship between the progress of virtual ego state and users’ collaborative behavior. These imply that users with more progressed virtual ego state show higher level of collaborative behavior when their development level of virtual ego is high and this is positively moderated by anonymity. These findings might be able to explain the discrepancies raised from opposing studies of anonymity and online behavior.
Timing of the local last glacial maximum in Terra Nova Bay, Antarctica defined by cosmogenic dating

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>The Jangbogo Hills are erratic-covered landforms consisting of a series of benches that are parallel to the length of Campbell Glacier, northern Victoria Land, Antarctica. We sampled 41 erratic cobbles from six benches to reveal the exposure times of glacier erratics using in situ <SUP>10</SUP>Be and <SUP>26</SUP>Al. The erratics from the upper three benches yield exposure ages older than Marine Isotope Stage (MIS) 4, with most exposed since MIS 5. However, the lower three benches exhibit tight clusters of exposure ages that range from MIS 3 to the Holocene. Campbell Glacier underwent rapid downwasting during MIS 5, centered at 98.3 ka from its maximum position at the penultimate glacial maximum (PGM). This downwasting continued throughout the last glacial period, with a potential minor stagnation around a bench (∼90 m asl) between 35.4 and 17.0 ka. Our cosmogenic nuclides surface exposure dating results highlight three important points concerning the glacial history of Terra Nova Bay since the penultimate glacial maximum (PGM) in northern Victoria Land, Antarctica: 1) Campbell Glacier was thicker at the PGM than at the global last glacial maximum (LGM); 2) the local LGM occurred during MIS 4; and 3) the extent of Campbell Glacier during the global LGM (90 m) was much smaller than previously assumed (300–400 m). Hence, the previous view that the local LGM (MIS 4) in Victoria Land, Antarctica was synchronous with the global LGM (MIS 2) should be treated with caution.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> >500 m lower ice surface in Terra Nova Bay at the last glacial maximum compared with the penultimate glacial maximum. </LI> <LI> Local LGM occurred at MIS 4 or 3, before 37 ka. </LI> <LI> Campbell Glacier has undergone downwasting since MIS 3, with a possible minor MIS 2 stagnation. </LI> <LI> Glacier expansion was stagnated during the global last glacial maximum which is consistent with other areas in Victoria Land. </LI> <LI> Campbell Glacier has thinned by > 300 m since MIS 5. </LI> </UL> </P>

본 논문은 fuzzy C 원형 윤곽선(fuzzy C spherical shells 이하 FCSS) 알고리즘을 확장한 interval 제2종 fuzzy C 원형 윤곽선 알고리즘에 관한 연구이다. 본 논문에서는 FCSS의 클러스터 윤곽선과의 관계에 의해 패턴이 할당 받은 퍼지 소속도(fuzzy 소속도) 값 결정에 존재하는 불확실성(uncertainty)은 표현하고, 관리하여 클러스터링 성능을 향상하고자 한다. 이러한 과정을 통하여 확장된 interval 제2종 FCSS는 패턴 집합에 존재할 수 있는 노이즈(noise)의 존재에 대해 기존의 FCSS보다 좀더 안정적이고, 바람직한 클러스터 윤곽선을 검출해낼 수 있도록 할 수 있을 것이다.

For the effective utilization of wild Korean Nammunjae (Suaeda glauca Bge), the chemical characteristics, amino acid composition, vitamin content and minerals were analyzed. Crude fiber and crude ash contents were determined as specific component compared with other vegetables. Of amino acid composition in the Namunjae leaf Arginine content was largest followed by Threonine, Methionine, Lysine and Histidine. Carotene as vitamin A, Riboflavin were rich in the leaf of wild Namunjae. The content of Na (36,700 ppm) in the Namunjae leaf was the highest, followed Ca(6,750 ppm) and K (3,300 ppm).
