Background: The evidence of Acupuncture combined with speech rehabilitation training for post-stroke dysarthria is insufficient and there is no consensus on its efficacy. Methods: We searched seven Chinese and English medicine databases for randomized controlled trials (RCTs) from their inception to November 2019. The primary outcome measure was the clinical response rate, assessed with the Frenchay Dysarthria Assessment (FDA) tool. We assessed risk of bias using the Cochrane risk-of-bias tool. We used GRADE to assess the certainty of evidence (CoE). Results: Thirty studies were included in this systematic review, 23 of which were pooled in meta-analysis. Acupuncture combined with speech rehabilitation training is likely beneficial for was response rate (n = 1685; RR = 1.37; 95% CI [1.29, 1.46], P < 0.01, I2 = 34%; 17 studies, low CoE) compared to speech rehabilitation treatment alone. Conclusion: The combination of acupuncture and speech rehabilitation training may improve total response rate of stroke patients with dysarthria. However, more RCTs with rigorous study design and validated outcome measures are needed to confirm the evidence.

China is undertaking an energy reform from fossil fuels to clean energy to accomplish CO2 intensity (CI)reduction commitments. After hydropower, nuclear energy is potential based on breadthwise comparisonwith the world and analysis of government energy consumption (EC) plan. This paper establishes aCI energy policy response forecasting model based on national and provincial EC plans. This model isthen applied in Fujian Province to predict its CI from 2016 to 2020. The result shows that CI declines at arange of 43%e53% compared to that in 2005 considering five conditions of economic growth in 2020. Furthermore, Fujian will achieve the national goals in advance because EC is controlled and nuclearenergy ratio increased to 16.4% (the proportion of non-fossil in primary energy is 26.7%). Finally, thedevelopment of nuclear energy in China and the world are analyzed, and several policies for energyoptimization and CI reduction are proposed.
ON CONFORMAL TRANSFORMATIONS BETWEEN TWO ALMOST REGULAR (α, β)-METRICS
Chen, Guangzu,Liu, Lihong Korean Mathematical Society 2018 대한수학회보 Vol.55 No.4
In this paper, we characterize the conformal transformations between two almost regular (${\alpha},{\beta}$)-metrics. Suppose that F is a non-Riemannian (${\alpha},{\beta}$)-metric and is conformally related to ${\widetilde{F}}$, that is, ${\widetilde{F}}=e^{{\kappa}(x)}F$, where ${\kappa}:={\kappa}(x)$ is a scalar function on the manifold. We obtain the necessary and sufficient conditions of the conformal transformation between F and ${\widetilde{F}}$ preserving the mean Landsberg curvature. Further, when both F and ${\widetilde{F}}$ are regular, the conformal transformation between F and ${\widetilde{F}}$ preserving the mean Landsberg curvature must be a homothety.
Process optimization for selective hydrogenation of α-pinene over Ni/AlPO4
Chen Yang,Lihong Jiang,Huaibo Wang,Yane Zheng,Yaming Wang 한국화학공학회 2018 Korean Journal of Chemical Engineering Vol.35 No.2
A new supported Ni/AlPO4 catalyst was synthesized and studied for the selective hydrogenation of α- pinene to prepare cis-pinane. The support was flaky morphology with orthorhombic phase and Ni was well dispersed. The surface area of the catalyst was 37.62m2·g−1 with a pore size of 2.83 nm. For the hydrogenation reaction, the performance of the catalyst was positively correlated with the surface area of support and loading content of Ni. Effects of hydrogenation condition were determined and the process was optimized by response surface methodology. The result suggested that the conversion was positively correlated to hydrogenation temperature, duration and catalyst dosage, while the selectivity showed a negative correlation to temperature and catalyst dosage. After optimization, 95.1% of selectivity was obtained under 94.8% of conversion at 405 K, 81 min and 2.28 wt% of catalyst.
On conformal transformations between two almost regular $(\alpha,\beta)$-metrics
Guangzu Chen,Lihong Liu 대한수학회 2018 대한수학회보 Vol.55 No.4
In this paper, we characterize the conformal transformations between two almost regular $(\alpha,\beta)$-metrics. Suppose that $F$ is a non-Riemannian $(\alpha,\beta)$-metric and is conformally related to $\tF$, that is, $\tilde{F}=e^{\kappa(x)}F$, where $\kappa:=\kappa(x)$ is a scalar function on the manifold. We obtain the necessary and sufficient conditions of the conformal transformation between $F$ and $\tF$ preserving the mean Landsberg curvature. Further, when both $F$ and $\tF$ are regular, the conformal transformation between $F$ and $\tF$ preserving the mean Landsberg curvature must be a homothety.

Tian, Yue,Chen, Baojiu,Hua, Ruinian,Cheng, Lihong,Zhong, Haiyang,Sun, Jiashi,Wang, Bo,Wan, Jing,Lu, Weili,Jang, Kiwan American Scientific Publishers 2010 Journal of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology Vol.10 No.3
<P>Eu3+ single-doped and Bi3+/Eu3+ co-doped nanocrystal Gd2WO6 phosphors were successfully synthesized via a co-precipitation reaction. The structure and morphology of the phosphors were characterized by using X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) and field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM). The influence of Bi(3+)-doping concentration on the excitation and emission spectra was studied. It was found that the introduction of Bi3+ can greatly affect the charge transfer band and the luminescence intensity of Eu3+ but does not cause a change in the profile of emission spectra of Eu3+.</P>
Metabolism Characteristics of Mycoplasma pneumoniae Infection in Asthmatic Children
Luo Jiaying,Chen Huian,Zhang Qiyong,Huang Xinyun,Qin Xu,Li Jing,Chen Siyi,Xiao Yongxin,Sun Lihong,Sun Baoqing 대한천식알레르기학회 2022 Allergy, Asthma & Immunology Research Vol.14 No.6
Purpose: Studies have shown that Mycoplasma pneumoniae (Mp) infection can aggravate symptoms in asthmatics. However, the mechanism by which Mp infection exacerbates asthma remains unclear. Metabolomics can help identify the mechanism of Mp aggravating asthma in children, thereby providing more a potential target for improving clinical treatment programs. In this article, we analyzed the metabolic level of patients to explain how Mp aggravates asthma in children. Methods: We divided the subjects into the asthma, Mp infection, asthma combined with Mp infection and healthy groups. Patients’ peripheral blood was collected for metabolic and interaction analysis. Cytokine levels were measured via serum and exhaled breath condensate (EBC). Results: A total of 150 participating subjects were divided into four groups after exclusion. We found out that there were different metabolic pathways between the healthy and disease groups. The major pathways of both asthma and asthma combined with Mp infection were valine, leucine and isoleucine biosynthesis; malate-aspartate shuttle was the main differential pathway for Mp infection. Moreover, even though three disease groups involved 81 metabolites at the same time, compared with asthma combined with Mp infection, 2 single disease groups still involved different amino acid pathways (phenylalanine, tyrosine and tryptophan biosynthesis; valine, leucine and isoleucine biosynthesis). Interaction analysis showed that Mp infection in asthmatic patients not only activated cytokines, but also activated Toll-like receptors (TLRs) 2 and 6. Finally, the levels of interleukin (IL)-4, IL-8, IL-13 and tumor necrosis factor-α in EBC with asthma combined with Mp infection were significantly higher than the 2 single disease groups. Conclusions: Mp infection in asthmatic children can cause changes in the levels of various amino acids in the body, which were enriched in the pathways such as valine, leucine and isoleucine biosynthesis. Palmitic acid can activate TLR2, and iloprost reduces IL-10 levels, ultimately leading to the increased airway inflammation.
