        체코 겟 업 운동이 사무직 여성의 기능적 움직임 및 동적 균형 능력에 미치는 영향

        이 연구는 30~40대 사무직 여성들을 대상으로 아동 운동 발달학 원리를 바탕으로 한 체코 겟업 운동이 기능적 움직임 및 동적 균형 능력에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석하고자 실시하였다. 무작위 배정을 통해 체코 겟 업 운동 집단(CGUG, n=15)과 통제 집단(CG, n=14)을 구성하여 12주, 주 3회, 일 60분씩 운동을 적용하였으며, 통제 집단은 동일 기간 일상생활을 유지하도록 하였다. 이 연구 결과 체코 겟 업 운동 후 딥 스쿼트(p<.001), 허들 스텝(p<.001), 인라인 런지(p<.001), 푸쉬업(p<.001), 회전 안정성(p<.01) 및 총 점수(p<.001), 상체 동적균형능력(p<.001)과 우측 하체 동적균형능력(p<.001)에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 종합해 보면 아동 운동 발달학을 원리로 한 체코 겟 업 운동이 사무직 성인 여성들의 기능적 움직임 및 동적 균형 능력에 긍정적인 효과를 주어 건강한 삶뿐만 아니라 근로 효율 또한 높일 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. The purpose of this study is to analyze how it affects functional movement and dynamic balance applying Czech get up exercise based on the principle of motor development of child for office worker women in 30s and 40s. Through random allocation, an Czech get up exercise group(n=15) and a control group(n=14) were formed to apply exercise for 12 weeks, 3 times a week, and 60 minutes a day, and the control group maintained daily life at the same period. As a result of the study, showed that Deep squat(p<.05), Hurdle step(p<.01), In-line lunge(p<.05), Trunk stability push-up(p<.001), Rotary stability (p<.01), Total score(p<.001), were significantly in the Czech get up Group, and Dynamic Balance of Lower Extremity(p<.001), Right Dynamic Balance of Lower Extremity(p<.001) were also significantly in the Czech get up Group. In conclusion, it is thought that Czech get up exercise based on the principle of motor development of child will have a positive effect on the functional movement and dynamic balance in office women, thereby increasing work efficiency as well as healthy life.

        동적 신경근 안정화 운동 적용에 따른 기계적 목 통증 사무직 여성의 통증, 목뼈 위치각 및 근력의 차이

        The purpose of the current study is to assess the effectiveness of a dynamic neuromuscular stabilization training intervention for sedentary female worker with mechanical neck pain after analyzing neck pain, cervical position angle, and muscle strength. Thirty sedentary female workers were assigned to two experimental groups (dynamic neuromuscular training group, n=16, control group, n=14). The subjects in the dynamic neuromuscular training group were participated for 60 minutes/day and three times/wk for 12 weeks. Whereas subjects in control group were asked to maintain normal lifestyle during the same intervention period. The neck pain, cervical position angle, and muscle strength were measured before and after the twelve-weeks intervention. Study results showed that NRS(p<.001), NDI(p<.001), and CRA(p<.001) were significantly decreased in the dynamic neuromuscular stabilization training group, and CVA(p<.01) and neck flexor(p<.001) were also significantly increased in the dynamic neuromuscular stabilization training group. These findings suggest that dynamic neuromuscular stabilization training may have a positive effect on the neck pain, cervical position angle, and neck flexor in mechanical neck pain.

        청각 장애인 운전자를 위한 보조등을 개발하고자 한다. 청각 장애인들은 운전할 때 다른 차의 경적이나 구급차, 소방차와 같은 긴급 자동차의 사이렌 소리를 듣지 못한다. LED 기술과 아두이노를 활용하여 소리의 발생 위치와 종류를 시각적으로 표시하며, 진동으로 알림을 제공해 주고자 한다. 이를 통해 다른 운전자와의 오해를 줄이고 운전 중의 시각 집중도를 높일 수 있을 것이다. 이로써, 청각 장애인들이 운전 시 마주치는 애로사항을 완화할 수 있을 것이다. 이 제품은 다양한 차종에 적용할 수 있을 것이며, 청각 장애 운전자에게 자유로운 운전과 도로 안전을 제공할 것으로 기대된다.

        웨어러블 디바이스를 활용한 걷기 활동 모니터링 및 피드백이 중년 여성의 체성분 및 대사증후군 지표 변화에 미치는 영향

        이 연구의 목적은 웨어러블 디바이스를 활용한 걷기 활동에 대한 모니터링과 피드백이 중년 여성의 체성분 및 대사증후군 지표 변화에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 실시하였다. 연구 대상자는 6개월간 모바일 연동 웨어러블 디바이스를 사용하였으며, 지원하는 모바일 앱을 통해 자동 전송된 보행 수 및 활동량 정보를 모니터링을 통해 피드백을 제공하였다. 연구 결과 체중, 골격근량, 그리고 체지방률에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다(p<.001). 대사증후군 지표 변화는 수축기 혈압(p<.05), 공복 혈당(p<.01), 복부둘레(p<.001)에서 유의한 차이가 나타났고, TC(p<.001)와 LDL-C(p<.05)에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 따라서 쉽고 편리하게 적용 가능한 웨어러블 디바이스는 좌업적인 생활습관을 가진자들의 신체활동량 증가와 대사증후군 예방을 위한 효과적인 도구로 볼 수 있다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of monitoring and feedback on walking activity using wearable devices on changes in body composition and metabolic syndrome factors in middle-aged woman. The subjects use a mobile interlocking wearable device for 6 month, feedback is provided through mobile app automatically transmitted step counter and walking activity. As a results, significantly difference shows on body weight, skeletal muscle mass, and body fat in statistically(p<.001). In changes of metabolic syndrome factor, systolic(p<.05), fasting flucose(p<.01), abdominal circumference(p<.001), TC(p<.001), and LDL-C(p<.05) are significantly difference. In conclusion, wearable devices that can be conveniently applied is an effective tool to increase walking activity and prevent metabolic syndrome of people with a sedentary lifestyle.

      • Hypopharynx Cancer의 VMAT 치료 시 Neck 3D Bolus 적용에 대한 유용성 평가

        목 적: Hypopharynx Cancer의 VMAT 치료 시 Neck 부분에 Commercial Bolus(이하 CB)와 3D Printing 기술로 제작한 3D Bolus를 각각 적용한 두 치료 계획을 비교함으로써 3D Bolus 적용의 선량학적 유용성, setup 재현성 및 효율성을 알아보고 임상적 적용 가능성을 평가하고자 한다. 대상 및 방법: CB를 적용한 RANDO phantom의 CT image를 바탕으로 3D Bolus를 동일한 형태로 제작하였다. 3D Bolus는 OMG SLA 660 Printer, MaterialiseMagics software를 이용하여 SLA기법을 통해 밀도 1.2 g/㎤의 폴리우레탄 아크릴레이트 수지로 출력하였다. CB와 3D Bolus를 적용한 두 CT image를 바탕으로 Hypopharynx Cancer의 VMAT 치료를 가정하여 치료 계획을 수립하였다. 수립한 두 치료 계획을 각각 18회에 걸쳐 CBCT image를 획득하였고, 매 회 setup time을 측정하여 치료 효율성을 평가하였다. 획득한 CBCT image를 바탕으로 전산화 치료계획 시스템 Pinnacle을 통해 Adaptive Plan을 진행함으로써 Target, 정상 장기 선량 평가와 Bolus Volume의 변화를 평가하였다. 결 과: 각 치료 계획에 대한 setup time은 CB 적용 치료 계획에 비해 3D Bolus 적용 치료 계획에서 평균 28 sec 감소하였다. 치료 전 기간 내 Bolus Volume 변화는 CB Initial Plan 83.9㎤에서 86.1±2.70㎤, 3D Bolus Initial Plan 92.2㎤에서 99.8±0.46㎤로 나타났다. CTV Min Value의 변화는 CB Initial Plan 191.6cGy에서 167.4±19.38cGy, 3D Bolus Initial Plan 167.3cGy에서 149.5±18.27cGy로 나타났다. CTV Mean Value의 변화는 CB Initial Plan 227.1cGy에서 228.3±0.38cGy, 3D Bolus Initial Plan 225.9cGy에서 227.7±0.30cGy로 나타났다. PTV Min Value의 변화는 CB Initial Plan 128.5cGy에서 74.9±19.47cGy, 3D Bolus Initial Plan 139.9cGy에서 83.2±12.92cGy로 나타났다. PTV Mean Value의 변화는 CB Initial Plan 225.4cGy에서 226.2±0.83cGy, 3D Bolus Initial Plan 224.1cGy에서 225.8±0.33cGy로 나타났다. 정상 장기 Spinal Cord에 대한 Max Value는 매 회 평균 135.6cGy로 동일하게 나타났다. 결 론: 본 논문의 실험 결과를 통해 불균등한 체표면에 대한 3D Bolus의 적용이 Commercial Bolus 적용에 비해 선량학적으로 유용하고 setup 재현성 및 효율성 또한 우수함을 알 수 있었다. 추후 3D Printing 재료의 다양성에 대한 연구와 함께 추가적인 사례 연구가 진행된다면 방사선 치료 분야에서 3D Bolus의 적용이 더욱 활발하게 진행될 것으로 사료된다. Purpose: To find out the dosimetric usefulness, setup reproducibility and efficiency of applying 3D Bolus by comparing two treatment plans in which Commercial Bolus and 3D Bolus produced by 3D Printing Technology were applied to the neck during VMAT treatment of Hypopahrynx Cancer to evaluate the clinical applicability. Materials and Methods: Based on the CT image of the RANDO phantom to which CB was applied, 3D Bolus were fabricated in the same form. 3D Bolus was printed with a polyurethane acrylate resin with a density of 1.2g/㎤ through the SLA technique using OMG SLA 660 Printer and MaterializeMagics software. Based on two CT images using CB and 3D Bolus, a treatment plan was established assuming VMAT treatment of Hypopharynx Cancer. CBCT images were obtained for each of the two established treatment plans 18 times, and the treatment efficiency was evaluated by measuring the setup time each time. Based on the obtained CBCT image, the adaptive plan was performed through Pinnacle, a computerized treatment planning system, to evaluate target, normal organ dose evaluation, and changes in bolus volume. Results: The setup time for each treatment plan was reduced by an average of 28 sec in the 3D Bolus treatment plan compared to the CB treatment plan. The Bolus Volume change during the pretreatment period was 86.1±2.70㎤ in 83.9㎤ of CB Initial Plan and 99.8±0.46㎤ in 92.2㎤ of 3D Bolus Initial Plan. The change in CTV Min Value was 167.4±19.38cGy in CB Initial Plan 191.6cGy and 149.5±18.27cGy in 3D Bolus Initial Plan 167.3cGy. The change in CTV Mean Value was 228.3±0.38cGy in CB Initial Plan 227.1cGy and 227.7±0.30cGy in 3D Bolus Initial Plan 225.9cGy. The change in PTV Min Value was 74.9±19.47cGy in CB Initial Plan 128.5cGy and 83.2±12.92cGy in 3D Bolus Initial Plan 139.9cGy. The change in PTV Mean Value was 226.2±0.83cGy in CB Initial Plan 225.4cGy and 225.8±0.33cGy in 3D Bolus Initial Plan 224.1cGy. The maximum value for the normal organ spinal cord was the same as 135.6cGy on average each time. Conclusion: From the experimental results of this paper, it was found that the application of 3D Bolus to the irregular body surface is more dosimetrically useful than the application of Commercial Bolus, and the setup reproducibility and efficiency are excellent. If further case studies along with research on the diversity of 3D printing materials are conducted in the future, the application of 3D Bolus in the field of radiation therapy is expected to proceed more actively.

        골대사에서의 마이오카인 아이리신 역할

        Several studies have recently demonstrated that skeletal muscle is an endocrine organ releasing and expressing myokines acting in an endocrine or paracrine manner. Irisin is a hormene-like myokine induced after physical exercise by muscle fibers. It was primarily recognized as a molecule able to advance the “browning response” in white adipose tissue, however, it has been recetly identified that irisin also has a fundamental role in the control of bone mass. We study evidence for its possible skeletal effects, including the fundamental role that irisin is involved in the control of bone mass, with beneficial effects on geometry and cortical mineral density. As loss of muscle mass and bone density occurs with immobility, metabolic disease and aging, future studies researching the efficacy of irisin in reversing muscle wasting and restoring bone would be important to proving irisin as a molecule that combines helpful effects for treating muscular atrophy and osteoporosis in elderly people.

        고교야구선수의 동적균형능력에 따른 하체 관절별 등속성 근력 및 Long- toss의 상관관계 분석

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between each Isokinetic muscle strength, pitching velocity and long-toss according to the dynamic balance ability level of high school baseball players. Method: The subjects of this study were 54 high school baseball players in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do Province, chosen as high dynamic balance ability group (27 people) and low dynamic balance ability group (27 people) using Independent t-tests and The Pearson Rank Correlation Coefficient to identify them. The Level of significance was set to α = 0.05. Results: The results of this study are as follows. All of the left and right muscle strengths except for the lumbar joint strength were similarly higher in the HB group than in the LB group. Pitching velocity and long-toss were also similarly faster and farther in the HB group. Also, the correlation between left and right dynamic balance ability and Isokinetic muscle strength for each lower body joint was significant in all joints except right extensor muscle & left flexor muscle. Long-toss also showed significant correlations in all variables except right pitching velocity. Conclusion: In summary, Dynamic balance ability is an essential element for effective energy transfer, and high muscle strength strengthening of lower body is considered to increase dynamic balance ability. Thus, if the Proprioception and balance training are applied to increase the muscle strength of the lower body, the pitching velocity will be improved.

        아쿠아로빅 운동이 비만노인여성의 신체조성, 오스테오칼신, 아디포넥틴, 인슐린 및 혈중지질에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to propose effective exercise program for obese elderly women after analyzing the effect of Aquarobic exercise on osteocalcin, adiponectin, insulin and body composition. The subjects in this study were 26 obese elderly women who have no mediacal problems. The subjects were randomly assigned to two groups such as Aquarobic exercise group(n=12), control group(n=14). The subjects in the Aquarobic exercise group were participated for 60 minutes/day and three times/wk for 12 weeks. Data processing method were analyzed before and after exercise differences by two-way repeated measures ANOVA using the SPSS 22.0 program, A paired sample t-test was conducted to analyze the difference between before and after groups in each dependent variable. Study results showed that skeletal muscle mass(p<.01), serum osteocalcin(p<.001), adiponectin (p<.001) were significantly increased in the Aquarobic exercise group, and insulin(p<.001), TG(p<.05), and LDL(p<.05) were also significantly decreased in the Aquarobie exercise group. These results suggest that Aquarobic exercise may have a positive effect on the serum osteocalcin, adiponectin in obese elderly women and It is believed to be an exercise that can prevent chronic diseases.
