        Sheng Cao,Yaling Zhang,Shengping Yan,Xiaoxuan Qi,Yuling Li 한국정보처리학회 2023 Journal of information processing systems Vol.19 No.2

Aiming at the problems of poor customer satisfaction and poor accuracy of customer classification, this paperproposes a customer classification model based on speech recognition. First, this paper analyzes the temporaldata characteristics of customer demand data, identifies the influencing factors of customer demand behavior, and determines the process of feature extraction of customer voice signals. Then, the emotional associationrules of customer demands are designed, and the classification model of customer demands is constructedthrough cluster analysis. Next, the Euclidean distance method is used to preprocess customer behavior data. The fuzzy clustering characteristics of customer demands are obtained by the fuzzy clustering method. Finally,on the basis of naive Bayesian algorithm, a customer demand classification model based on speech recognitionis completed. Experimental results show that the proposed method improves the accuracy of the customerdemand classification to more than 80%, and improves customer satisfaction to more than 90%. It solves theproblems of poor customer satisfaction and low customer classification accuracy of the existing classificationmethods, which have practical application value.

Lipid-coated ZnO nanoparticles synthesis, characterization and cytotoxicity studies in cancer cell

        Cao Dingding,Shu Xugang,Zhu Dandan,Liang Shengli,Hasan Murtaza,Gong Sheng 나노기술연구협의회 2020 Nano Convergence Vol.7 No.14

ZnO nanoparticles are widely used in biological, chemical, and medical fields, but their toxicity impedes their wide application. In this study, pristine ZnO NPs (~ 7 nm; ~ 18 nm; ~ 49 nm) and lipid-coated ZnO NPs (~ 13 nm; ~ 22 nm; ~ 52 nm) with different morphologies were prepared by chemical method and characterized by TEM, XRD, HRTEM, FTIR, and DLS. Our results showed that the lipid-coated ZnO NPs (~ 13 nm; ~ 22 nm; ~ 52 nm) groups improved the colloidal stability, prevented the aggregation and dissolution of nanocrystal particles in the solution, inhibited the dissolution of ZnO NPs into Zn 2+ cations, and reduced cytotoxicity more efficiently than the pristine ZnO NPs (~ 7 nm; ~ 18 nm; ~ 49 nm). Compared to the lipid-coated ZnO NPs, pristine ZnO NPs (~ 7 nm; ~ 18 nm; ~ 49 nm) could dose-dependently destroy the cells at low concentrations. At the same concentration, ZnO NPs (~ 7 nm) exhibited the highest cytotoxicity. These results could provide a basis for the toxicological study of the nanoparticles and direct future investigations for preventing strong aggregation, reducing the toxic effects of lipid-bilayer and promoting the uptake of nanoparticles by HeLa cells efficiently.

      • Damage identification for high-speed railway truss arch bridge using fuzzy clustering analysis

        Cao, Bao-Ya,Ding, You-Liang,Zhao, Han-Wei,Song, Yong-Sheng Techno-Press 2016 Structural monitoring and maintenance Vol.3 No.4

This study aims to perform damage identification for Da-Sheng-Guan (DSG) high-speed railway truss arch bridge using fuzzy clustering analysis. Firstly, structural health monitoring (SHM) system is established for the DSG Bridge. Long-term field monitoring strain data in 8 different cases caused by high-speed trains are taken as classification reference for other unknown cases. And finite element model (FEM) of DSG Bridge is established to simulate damage cases of the bridge. Then, effectiveness of one fuzzy clustering analysis method named transitive closure method and FEM results are verified using the monitoring strain data. Three standardization methods at the first step of fuzzy clustering transitive closure method are compared: extreme difference method, maximum method and non-standard method. At last, the fuzzy clustering method is taken to identify damage with different degrees and different locations. The results show that: non-standard method is the best for the data with the same dimension at the first step of fuzzy clustering analysis. Clustering result is the best when 8 carriage and 16 carriage train in the same line are in a category. For DSG Bridge, the damage is identified when the strain mode change caused by damage is more significant than it caused by different carriages. The corresponding critical damage degree called damage threshold varies with damage location and reduces with the increase of damage locations.

        GUANG SHENG CAO,RUILIN WANG,PEILONG WANG,XIN LI,YUE WANG,JUNPING LI,GUILONG WANG 성균관대학교(자연과학캠퍼스) 성균나노과학기술원 2014 NANO Vol.9 No.4

The nanoporous Co 3 O 4 thin ¯lms were prepared on indium tin oxide (ITO) glasses by anelectrodeposition method. The surface morphology and composition of the nanoporous Co 3 O 4¯lms were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy-dispersive X-rayanalysis (EDS) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The results show that the as-deposited nanoporous Co 3 O 4 ¯lm is constructed by many interconnected nano°akes withthickness of about 40 nm. The cyclic voltammetry (CV) measurement indicates that thenanoporous Co 3 O 4 ¯lms exhibit remarkable electrocatalytic activities for the hydrogen peroxide(H 2 O 2 ) reduction which shows that it is a good candidate to be employed as electrode materialsfor electrochemical sensing of H 2 O 2 . Further analysis indicated that the detection sensitivityof the sensor was 1.357 mA mM? 1 cm? 2 and the detection limit was estimated to be about0.2 mM.

Expression profiles of circular RNAs in sheep skeletal muscle

        Cao, Yang,You, Shuang,Yao, Yang,Liu, Zhi-Jin,Hazi, Wureli,Li, Cun-Yuan,Zhang, Xiang-Yu,Hou, Xiao-Xu,Wei, Jun-Chang,Li, Xiao-Yue,Wang, Da-Wei,Chen, Chuang-Fu,Zhang, Yun-Feng,Ni, Wei,Hu, Sheng-Wei Asian Australasian Association of Animal Productio 2018 Animal Bioscience Vol.31 No.10

Objective: Circular RNAs (circRNAs) are a newfound class of non-coding RNA in animals and plants. Recent studies have revealed that circRNAs play important roles in cell proliferation, differentiation, autophagy and apoptosis during development. However, there are few reports about muscle development-related circRNAs in livestock. Methods: RNA sequencing analysis was employed to identify and annotate circRNAs from longissimus dorsi of sheep. Reverse transcription followed by real-time quantitative (q) polymerase chain reaction (PCR) analysis verified the presence of these circRNAs. Targetscan7.0 and miRanda were used to analyse the interaction of circRNA-microRNA (miRNA). To investigate the function of circRNAs, an experiment was conducted to perform enrichment analysis hosting genes of circRNAs using gene ontology (GO) and Kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genomes (KEGG) pathways. Results: About 75.5 million sequences were obtained from RNA libraries of sheep skeletal muscle. These sequences were mapped to 729 genes in the sheep reference genome. We identified 886 circRNAs, including numerous circular intronic RNAs and exonic circRNAs. Reverse transcription PCR (RT-PCR) and DNA sequencing analysis confirmed the presence of several circRNAs. Real-Time RT-PCR analysis exhibited resistance of sheep circRNAs to RNase R digestion. We found that many circRNAs interacted with muscle-specific miRNAs involved in growth and development of muscle, especially circ776. The GO and KEGG enrichment analysis showed that hosting genes of circRNAs was involved in muscle cell development and signaling pathway. Conclusion: The study provides comprehensive expression profiles of circRNAs in sheep skeletal muscle. Our study offers a large number of circRNAs to facilitate a better understanding of their roles in muscle growth. Meanwhile, we suggested that circ776 could be analyzed in future study.

Efficiency Optimization of the Active Auxiliary Network in the Phase-Shifted Full-Bridge DC/DC Converter

        Cao Mei-He,Nie Zi-Ling,Ai Sheng,Xu Jie 대한전기학회 2024 Journal of Electrical Engineering & Technology Vol.19 No.3

Phase-shifted full-bridge DC/DC converter is widely used in the medium and high power DC/DC conversion, and its efciency is an important index to evaluate the performance of the converter. Phase-shifted full-bridge circuit can easily realize the zero voltage switching (ZVS) of the power devices, but there are also problems such as duty-cycle loss and lagging bridge arms that make it difcult to achieve a wide range of ZVS. The application of active auxiliary network can efectively solve the above problems, but it introduces additional loss. This paper analyzes the phase-shifted full-bridge DC/DC converter with active auxiliary network, the duty cycle-loss suppression and the additional circuit loss, optimizes the circuit parameters to reduce the loss and improve the overall efciency of the converter, verifes the theoretical analysis through experiments. Finally, the efciency advantages of the study for high current output applications are clarifed.

      • MEKK3 and Survivin Expression in Cervical Cancer: Association with Clinicopathological Factors and Prognosis

Cao, Xue-Quan,Lu, Hong-Sheng,Zhang, Ling,Chen, Li-Li,Gan, Mei-Fu Asian Pacific Journal of Cancer Prevention 2014 Asian Pacific journal of cancer prevention Vol.15 No.13

Mitogen-activated protein kinase/extracellular signal-regulated kinase kinase kinase 3 (MEKK3) is an important protein kinase and a member of the MAPK family, which regulates cellular responses to environmental stress and serves as key integration points along the signal transduction cascade that not only link diverse extracellular stimuli to subsequent signaling molecules but also amplify the initiating signals to ultimately activate effector molecules and induce cell proliferation, differentiation and survival. To explore the relationship between MEKK3 and cell apoptosis, clinicopathology and prognosis, we characterize the expression of MEKK3 and survivin in cervical cancer. MEKK3 and survivin expression was measured by RT-PCR and Western blotting of fresh surgical resections from 30 cases of cervical cancer and 25 cases of chronic cervicitis. Protein expression was detected by tissue microarray and immunochemistry (En Vision) in 107 cases of cervical cancer, 86 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN), and 35 cases of chronic cervicitis. Expression patterns were analyzed for their association with clinicopathological factors and prognosis in cervical cancer. Expression of MEKK3 and survivin mRNA was significantly higher in cervical cancer than in the controls (p<0.05). MEKK3 and survivin expression differed significantly between cervical carcinoma, CIN, and cervicitis (p<0.05) and correlated with clinical stage, infiltration depth, and lymph node metastasis (p<0.05). MEKK3 expression was positively correlated with survivin (p<0.05). Kaplan-Meier survival analysis showed that MEKK3 and survivin expression, lymph node metastasis, depth of invasion, and FIGO stage reduce cumulative survival. Cox multivariate regression analysis showed that MEKK3, survivin, and clinical staging are independent prognostic factors in cervical cancer (p<0.05). Expression of MEKK3 and survivin are significantly increased in cervical cancer, their overexpression participating in the occurrence and development of cervical cancer, with protein expression and clinical staging acting as independent prognostic factors for patients with cervical cancer.

Dual Mode Dual-Band Circularly Polarized Modified Square Ring Antenna

        Cao Rong,Liu Ming-Sheng 대한전기학회 2021 Journal of Electrical Engineering & Technology Vol.16 No.2

This paper proposes a dual-band circularly polarized (CP) modifi ed square ring antenna. The resonate structure of this antenna consists of a modifi ed square ring patch and a ground plane, and the antenna is fed by a modifi ed L probe with two unequal branches. A low order CP mode (TM 11 Mode) and a high order CP mode (TM 12 Mode) are both excited in this simple structure for the dual band operation. The truncated corners of the ring and the embedded corners of the slot are used to obtain the dual band CP operation. The overall size of the antenna is 150 × 150 × 11.7 mm 3 . The measured 10-dB return loss bandwidths are 13.0% for the lower 2.45 GHz band and 37.4% for the upper 5.8 GHz band. The measured 3-dB axial ratio bandwidths are 2.1% and 5.8% for the lower band and upper band respectively. The measured peak gains of the lower band and upper band are 8.19 dBic and 9.44 dBic respectively.

      • Efficacy of First-line Chemotherapy Affects the Second-Line Setting Response in Patients with Advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

        Cao, Wa,Li, Ai-Wu,Ren, Sheng-Xiang,Chen, Xiao-Xia,Li, Wei,Gao, Guang-Hui,He, Ya-Yi,Zhou, Cai-Cun Asian Pacific Journal of Cancer Prevention 2014 Asian Pacific journal of cancer prevention Vol.15 No.16

Background: Chemotherapy is the mainstay of treatment for the majority of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) without driver mutations and many receive therapies beyond first-line. Second-line chemotherapy has been disappointing both in terms of response rate and survival and we know relatively little about the prognostic factors. Materials and Methods: One thousand and eight patients with advanced NSCLC who received second-line chemotherapy after progression were reviewed in Shanghai Pulmonary Hospital, China, from September 2005 to July 2010. We analyzed the effects of potential prognostic factors on the outcomes of second-line chemotherapy (overall response rate, ORR; progression free survival, PFS; overall survival, OS). Results: The response and progression free survival of first-line chemotherapy affects the ORR, PFS and OS of second-line chemotherapy (ORR: CR/PR 15.4%, SD 10.1%, PD2.3%, p<0.001; PFS: CR/PR 3.80 months, SD 2.77 months, PD 2.03 months, p<0.001; OS: CR/PR 11.60 months, SD 10.33 months, PD 6.57 months, p=0.578, p<0.001, p<0.001, respectively). On multivariate analysis, better response to first-line therapy (CR/PR: HR=0.751, p=0.002; SD: HR=0.781, p=0.021) and progression within 3-6 months (HR=0.626, p<0.001), together with adenocarcinoma (HR=0.815, p=0.017), without liver metastasis (HR=0.541, p=0.001), never-smoker (HR=0.772, p=0.001), and ECOG PS 0-1 (HR=0.745, p=0.021) were predictors for good OS following second-line chemotherapy. Conclusions: Patients who responded to first-line chemotherapy had a better outcome after second-line therapy for advanced NSCLC, and the efficacy of first-line chemotherapy, period of progression, histology, liver metastasis, smoking status and ECOG PS were independent prognostic factors for OS.

Stabilization Control Strategy for Shore Power System with Surge Loads Based on Virtual Synchronous Generator

        Wu Cao,Kangli Liu,Sheng Xu,Haotian Kang,Jianfeng Zhao 대한전기학회 2019 Journal of Electrical Engineering & Technology Vol.14 No.3

The frequent starting of large capacity lifting machines and other surge ship electrical loads will result in severe impacts on a shipboard power network, such as voltage and frequency fl uctuations. Therefore, a novel stabilization control strategy for shore power systems based on virtual synchronous generator is proposed in this paper, so as to improve the power quality and enhance the stability and reliability of shipboard power networks. In this strategy, a reactive power inertia component is embedded into the virtual synchronous generator aiming at shipboard surge reactive powers. On this basis, a voltage and frequency stability control method is presented to improve the static performances of shore power systems. In addition, a d-q decoupling control scheme in synchronous reference frame for the voltage and current double closed-loop control system is designed, and moreover, the infl uence of diff erent feedback voltages on the output characteristics of shore power supplies is studied. The theoretical analysis, simulation and experiment results show that, the proposed control strategy can eff ectively attenuate the frequency and voltage fl uctuations, eliminate the frequency and voltage steady-state errors, as well as realize the power distribution evenly for modular shore power supplies.
