도시지역의 토지이용 적지분석을 위한 지리정보시스템의 이용 - 구미시를 중심으로 -

This study addresses the topic of suitability analysis for helping with land use planning, which is one of important decision-making in urban planning, utilizing geographic information system. Covering the Kumi City before integrating with neighbor county, the site suitabilities for land uses, which are categorized into residential, commercial, industrial and green, were analyzed using the overlay method based upon the database constructed for this study. In the process, assessment criteria which include environmental factors and relative weights were determined and also the land use/cover map and NDVI map which were generated through satellite image processing were included in the database. The suitability maps by four function spaces were derived according to the grade and compared with the present land use state and the land use concept map of urban master plan. For more accurate analysis, practical developing plan, land price data, soil data should be included. Also if the demand estimation data by each land use had been added, the reliability of location allocation could have been raised.
그래브 준설선에 의한 해상준설측량 및 시공관리시스템의 개발

준설성과의 과학적 평가를 위해서는 준설공정을 실시간으로 모니터링하면서 작업을 관리하고 평가할 수 있는 시스템의 구축이 필요하다. 비콘DGPS를 이용하여 그래브 해상준설선의 유도와 준설측량 및 시공을 위한 실시간 준설시공관리시스템을 구축하였다. GPS에 의한 선박위치 측정, GPS/자이로스코프 통합장비에 의한 선박방향 측정, 그래브 위치측정, 준설심도측정 및 보정 등의 기능을 구현하였으며, 또한 구축된 준설공정관리시스템을 제어·운용하기 위한 프로그램을 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 구축된 시스템은 준설선을 정확한 위치로 유도하여 계획대로 준설을 수행할 수 있었으며 항만준설공사에의 적용성과를 통하여 그 효용성을 평가할 수 있었다. In order to evaluate dredging results scientifically the system which can manage and estimate working process by monitoring dredging process in real-time needs to be constructed. We constructed real-time dredging management system for guidance of a dredging vessel and for survey of dredging construction. This system was designed to have functions of dredger location by GPS, ship direction measurement by GPS/Gyroscope combination, Grab position measurement, dredging depth measurement and correction. In addition, we developed the programs for controlling and operating the constructed system. The system could induce the vessel to accurate position and conduct dredging according to plan and the effectiveness of the system was evaluated through the results of application to actual dredging construction site.
GPS 상사관측 데이터를 이용한 금오공대 GPS 기준점 설치에 관한 연구

The objective of this study is to analyze the temporal pattern characteristics of rainfall in Korean national geographic information institute notified to select as a ellipsoid for new the GRS80 geodetic reference and to introduce 3D geocentric coordinate system which employs ITRF200 system as coordinate axes from Jan 1, 2007. In this study, the electronic control data of GPS ordinary observation stations were used to establish a few KIT GPS control points for the active utilization of GPS surveying. Accuracies of location determination were analyzed according to GPS data processing methods. The characteristics of the results according to baseline distance were compared in different processing methods. As a result, we derived the coordinates of KIT GPS control points in new geodetic reference system(GRS80, ITRF2000).
非地形 寫眞測量에서 多重露出地點의 Network에 관한 硏究

In the design of a multi-station close-range photogrammetric network, a number of important problems, such as multiple exposure-network geometries and complex imaging geometries must be involved. This paper illustrates three dimensional coordinate standard errors of object points resulted from bundle adjustments derived from multi-station convergent photographs, which were taken on the circular exposure-network. In convergent case, the characteristics of standard errors according to the angle of convergence and the number of photos were suggested and also, some ideas for improving accuracy in muti-station photogrammetry were suggested through standard error comparisons between convergent case and normal case.
CCD 카메라 기반 산업사진측량 시스템의 기하학적 수행성 평가

For the purpose of industrial precise measurement, interior orientation parameters and lens distortion coefficients of a CCD camera should be derived since the camera was originally made as non-metric. Digital images were acquired on multi-station convergent configuration and then the geometric calibration of the CCD camera(Panasonic WV_BP310) was conducted by the self-calibration technique and also the accuracies of 3D measurements were evaluated. In the case of the CCD camera based system, the average residual of automatic image measurements was estimated as about 1/25 pixel spacing respectively in x and y and the accuracies of object space coordinates ranged from 1/20,000 to 1/25,000 which corresponds to about 60% of the case of the still-video camera based system.
