Enhanced performance in inverted organic solar cells with surface modified electron extraction layer

ZnO is commonly used as buffer layer material in inverted organic solar cells (IOSCs) for electron extraction, because of its environmental stability, high electron mobility and optical transparency. However, the surface of ZnO has high surface energy, and that makes poor interfacial contact with the hydrophobic organic photoactive layer, resulting in charge trapping in an interface. For improving electron extraction in IOSCs, modification of the interface between the electrode and the organic photoactive layer is regarded as important issue. In this study, we modified ZnO electron extraction layer (EEL) with conjugated polymer electrolyte (CPE) for lowering surface energy.By introducing CPE material, the surface of CPE-ZnO layer showed lower surface energy than that of ZnO layer. We fabricated IOSCs using the CPE-ZnO as a cathode modifier. As a result, the PCE of devices with CPE-ZnO was as high as 9.2%, and the long-term stability was improved compared with a ZnO-based device.

In order to improve performance of organic optoelectronic devices, such as polymer light emitting diodes (OLEDs) and polymer solar cells (OSCs), modification of the interface between the electrode and the organic active layer is regarded as important issue. A hole transport layer (HTL) is required to reduce energy barrier between the anode and the organic active layer to improve transportation of holes. In this study, we synthesized three conjugated polyelectrolytes (CPEs) with different conjugation length and they were introduced as HTL of PLEDs and PSCs. The change of energy level and device performances with different dipole moment of CPEs was investigated.
1인 가구를 위한 스마트 홈서비스 방안 연구 - 20ㆍ30세대를 중심으로 -

본 연구는 사물인터넷 시대를 맞이하여, 기존 스마트 홈서비스의 국내외 사례를 분석하고, 향후 스마트 홈 필요 서비스를 파악하였다. 모든 스마트 홈이 그렇듯, 사용자의 사용성 및 목적 패턴에 따라 필요와 임의의 서비스를 대조해 보았 을 때 향후 이용에 관한 실효성이 중요하다. 신뢰성 향상과 발전 방향 제시를 위해 주요 사용자인 20~30대를 대상으로 총 110명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 조사를 통해서 현재 스마트 홈의 서비스의 신뢰가 낮은 것을 알 수 있었으며, 신뢰가 낮은 요소로는 사용성에 부족한 접근방식, 기기 인식 부족 능력 그리고 특성화 서비스 부족을 알 수 있었다. 스마트 홈서비스가 아직 초기 단계인 만큼 사용자의 필요에 따라서 다양한 스마트 홈서비스와 생태계가 구축되어야 할 것이다. This study analyzed the domestic and foreign cases of the existing smart home service and grasped the needs of the future smart home service in the future of the Internet of Things. As with all smart homes, the effectiveness of future use is important when comparing needs and random services according to user usability and destination patterns. In order to improve the reliability and to promote the development direction, we conducted a questionnaire survey of 110 people in 20 ~ 30 age group. The survey shows that the reliability of the smart home service is low. The low trust factors include: 1. lack of usability; 2. lack of device recognition; 3. lack of specialization services. Since the smart home service is still in the early stage, various smart home services and ecosystem should be constructed according to user's needs.
