      • 干拓地 除鹽排水에 관한 硏究 : Mimyun, Ock-ku, Chulla-Buk-Do

        For developing a reclaimed land of Mimyun region, the desalination by drainage was investigated synthetically. The results obtained were as follows. (1) An unit underdrainage level was 4 mm per day, and its level was appropriate for desalting of the reclaimed land as a standard value. (2) The ratio of drainage to irrigation level was 45 to 55 percentage, it was desirable that the basis of irrigation efficiency of the reclaimed land should be set up 0.5 to 0.6. (3) The desalination level per unit area was proportion to the interval of underdrain, namely 7.5 meter plot 5.2 kg/m2, 15 meter plot 3.9 kg/m2, and 30 meter plot was 1.2 kg/m2 respectively. (4) The saline level of surface soil (0∼20cm depth) was proportion to the interval of underdrain, namely 7.5 meter plot 5.6 mm hos/cm, 15 meter plot 11.1 mm hos/cm, 30 meter plot 14.4 mm hos/cm, and submerged desalination plot was 30 mm hos/cm respectively. (5) The growth of paddy rice on underdrain plot was better than non-underdrain plot. (6) In view of the yields of paddy rice, desalination level per unit and desalination rate, the inter of underdrainage was assumed to be 10 meters.

      • 경상도 전통마른오징어 식해의 향기성분 및 생리활성효과

        경상도 전통마른오징어 식해를 제조하여 GC와 GC/MS를 이용하여 향기성분의 원인물질을 분석, 동정하였다. 식해에서 동정된 물질 중에서 $\alpha-zingibirene$이 19.73mg/kg으로 전체 상대농도에서 가장 높았으며 (Z)-Di-2-propenyl disulfide, $\alpha-curcumene$, methyl allyl disulfide, (E, E)-$\alpha-farnesene$, pentanol, z-citral, 3-ethyl-1, 2-dithi-5-ene-$\beta-elemene$, $\beta-Elemene$, acetic acid 및 $\beta-phellandrene$의 함량 순으로 동정되어 이러한 성분들이 식해의 주요성분으로 나타났다. 식해의 향기성분은 hydrocarbone류가 49종, 알데히드류가 15종, 알콜류가 33종, 케톤류 및 에스테류 11종을 포함하여 총 162종을 동정하였다. 식해의 메탄올 추출물을 용매 분획하여 얻은 각 분획물의 전자공여능을 측정한 결과 $200{\mu}M$ DPPH radical을 $50\%$ 환원시키는데 필요한 SC50 값이 헥산과 물층에서는 효과가 나타나지 않았으며, ethylacetate 층은 $310.64\;{\mu}g/mL$, butanol 층은 $1096.49\;{\mu}g/mL$으로 나타났다. 혈압상승 억제효과를 살펴본 결과 헥산과 물 분획물에서는 전혀 효과가 없었으며 ethylacetate 층에서는 IC50이 1.623mg/mL, butanol 층에서는 1.303mg/mL의 저해효과를 나타내었으며, xanthine oxidase에 대한 $IC_{50}$은 ethylacetate 층은 3.591mg/mL, butanol 층은 2.083mg/mL로 나타났다.         樹種, 接種量 및 接種方法이 茯笭 菌絲生長과 結笭에 미치는 영향

        When medicinal mushroom, Poria cocos, is cultured , inoculation method of spawn is cross slice inoculation of which the both sides of pine tree were peeled and spawn of P.cocos was inoculated. However, this method required lots of inoculation amount. This study was carried out to improve the culturing method of P. cocos. A good growth of P.cocos was observed in MCM(mushroom complete medium), showing proper mycelia growth and density. In inoculation amount, conventional method(cross slice inoculation) requires 20 bottles of spawn. In contrast, short log method required 8 bottles of spawn and drilling inoculation method 2~3 bottles, which could save by 60% and 85-90% respectively. In the selectrion of tree species, pine and larch had better condition for spawn culture and sclerotia formation condition.In terms of yield , pine was 33.7kg/3.3$m^2$. In the yield of pine, conventional method was 23.4kg/3.3$m^2$, drilling inoculation 29.4kg/3.3$m^2$, short log inoculation 31.7kg/3.3$m^2$, therefore drilling inoculation could increase by 25% and short log inoculation 35%, In addition, management cost was also saved.

        구약감자 수집종의 생리생태적 특성

        구약감자 5개 수집종에 대한 생리 생태적 특성을 요약하면 경장, 경태는 일본 수집종이 가장 컸고 분지수는 국내수집종인 제천종이 각각 3.1개 3.6개로 가장 많았다. 출하일수는 일본수집종 및 중국수집종이 60일로 제천수집종에 비해 3-5일 빨랐다. 출하율은 일본종이 90%로 금산, 제천종보다 5-10% 높았다. 엽면적은 일본수집종이 가장 넓었으며, 광합성 능력도 엽면적이 넓은 일본수집종이 전기간에 걸쳐 가장 높았다. 엽록소 함량은 관행(자연광) 대비보다 차광율이 높을수록 엽록소 함량이 높았다. This research was performed to understand physiological and ecological characterisities and to de stable production by the way of the establishment of cultivation in elephant food. The results of the investigation of developmental characterisitics, leaf area, photosynthetic ability, chloroplast content for collective varieties are as follows. In the ecological characterisrics for five varieties of elephant food collected from domestic and foreign countries, appearance days for Japanese collective varieties was 60 days, which was two days earlier than domestic collective variety, Jechon collective variety. In appearance rate, Japanese collective variety was 90%, which was higher than Kumsan collective variety, 85%. In the development and yield of the ground portion, Japanese variety was the highest during all developmental period follwed by Chinese and Jechon collective varieties. The larger leaf area, the higher photosynthesis was found. In the amount of chlorophyll content, the higher intercepting light rate, the higher chlorophyll amount was found, which was 30, 50, 70% higher amount than non intercepting light rate.

        왕겨배지를 이용한 느타리, 버들송이, 영지 병재배 효과

        왕겨는 매년 120만톤을 생산하여 농산부산물 활용으로 훈탄, 가축분뇨 수분흡수제로 사용하여 왔으나, 금번 왕겨의 효율적인 사용을 구명하기 위하여 버섯 종류별, 왕겨 첨가별 사용에 따른 버섯 생육특성과 수량이 양호할 뿐만 아니라 생육기간 단축과 톱밥대체용 저비용 왕겨 배지개발로 버섯재배 농가에 경영비절감에 한몫을 기여하게 되어 결과를 요약하면 1. 애느타리 병재배시 관행 대비 왕겨 80% 첨가구에서 재배기간 11일 단축과 수량 7% (68g/병)증수하였다. 2. 느타리 병재배시 관행대비 왕겨 30, 50, 80%첨가구에서 균사배양기간이 2∼3일 단축되는 경향과 수량성이 대등하였으나 농가재배에서는 관행 수량 115g/850cc 대비 왕겨30, 50, 80% 첨가구에서는 150g/850cc, 161g/850cc, 120g/850cc로 32%, 40%, 4%, 각각 증수 하였다. 3. 버들송이 병재배시 관행재배에서 균배양 기간이 31일 소요되나 왕겨 30∼40%첨가구에서 균배양 6일 단축과 수량 6% (115g/병)가 증수 하였다. 4. 영지 병재배시 관행 균사배양일수 45일, 수량 38g/병 대비 왕겨 30∼40% 첨가구에서 균사배양, 수량성 대등하였고, 농가에서는 관행수량 30g/병 대비 왕겨 30%, 50% 첨가시 34g/병, 32g/병으로 13%, 7%각각 증수하였다. Rice hull was used as an additive in order to determine the its effect on increse of mushroom growth and yield in Chungnam Provincial techinical institution. In the treatment of 80% rice hull in small Neutaribeosut, mycelial growth duration was shown to be shorter about 11 days and yield increased about 7oie than those of conventional culture. In the case of Chongpung Neutaribeosut bottle culture, mycelial growth duration was shorter about 2 to 3 days in additive of 30 to 80% rice hull compared to conventional, but yield was similar to that of conventional. In the treatment of 30% rice hull in Agrocybe aegerita bottle culture, mycelial growth and yield increased 6 days and 6% than those of convrntional, respectively. In the treatment of 30% to 40% rice hull in Ganoderma lucidum bottle culture, mycelial grow durations were similar 45 days and 38 g/bottle.
