초등생을 위한 포크댄스 ‘Oslo Waltz’ 수업 모델

포크댄스는 여러 나라 민속의 관습과 문화, 역사 등에 뿌리를 둔 민속춤으로 지리적 조건과 기후 등 자연 요인들까지 그 형성에 많은 영향을 미친다. 또한, 포크댄스에 사용하는 음악은 민속 교유의 것으로 리듬과 악기는 포크댄스의 성격에 많은 영향을 미치고, 의상은 생활 방식을 그대로 반영하여 민속적 자부심을 고취시킨다. 이러한 포크댄스는 개인적인 춤추는 즐거움에서부터 사회적인 문화, 역사 이해와 더불어 학교에서 교육의 한 영역으로 초등학교부터 고등학교까지 매우 필요하다. 포크댄스를 통한 문화의 공유는 다른 국가, 민족, 문화를 이해하는데 많은 도움을 주고, 다양성과 유사성 등을 경험할 수 있는 기회를 제공한다. 따라서, 본 연구의 목적은 포크댄스의 원리, Oslo Waltz의 동작, 자세, 대형, 스텝, 용어, 방향 등과 수업 진행 시 유의점 등을 연구하여 초등학교에서 누구나 쉽게 배우고, 즐겁게 춤을 출 수 있는 Oslo Waltz 수업 모델을 제시하고자 한다.

放射線이 抗生劑의 生物學的 活性에 미치는 影響

As a serial experiments with fifteen kinds of antibiotics, amoxycillin, ampicillin, cepharolidin, hetacillin, penicillin, dicloxacillin, cephalothin, cloxacillin, erythromycin, cephalexin, tetracycline, choloramphenicol, gentamicin, kanamycin and neomycin, were investigated for radition effects on the antibiotics after 60Co irradiatied with various dose in aqueous and dried states in media. The results were as follows: 1) In aqueous states, amoxycilin, ampicillin, cepharolidin, and hetacillin were minimum inhibitory concentration 90 at radiation doses of 50 Krad, and penicillin, dicloxacillin, cephalothin, cloxacillin, erythromycin and cephalexin were at radiation does of 500 Krad, however, the tetracyclin, chloramphenicol, gentamicin and kanamycin were at radition doses of 2.5 Mrad, respectively. 2) In dry states, all antibiotics were stable at radiation does of 5 Mard. 3) On the other hand, neomycin in aqueus state was rather increased 118% and 800% of the antibiotic activity when the E. coli ATCC 113-3 and B. subtilis ATCC 6633 were used as a standard microorganisms, respectively. 4) In physico-chemical properities and biological activities, of the tetracycline HCI in dried state remained radio-resistant up to exposure of 10 Mrad, from the results of this study, author suggest that radiosterilizationb of antibiotics is more recommendable in the dried state than in aqueous solution.

Salmonella 균 증식에 있어서 Ox-bile 의영향

This study was performed to investigate the effect of bile on the growth of Salmonella spp., and to find out the reason for the seasonal changes of epidemics and the carrier of gallbladder in the infection of Salmonella typhi and the results were follows. 1. Salmonella typhi and Salmonella choleraesuis can remain alive in distilled water for more than 90 days, the other hand Salmonella enteritidis can survive for about 70days. 2. Salmonella spp. can persist for long periods in the stock media contained with 5% ox-bile. 3. This results suggest that the growth of Salmonella was not inhibited with ox-bile in broth and agar plate media. 4. We could not find out any relation between becoming a gallbladder carrier in Salmonella typhi infection and ox-bile. But Salmonella typhi survive longer than Salmonella choleraesuits and Salmonella enteritidis in the distilled water containing 20% oxbile.

This study was performed to develop a culture medium which fovors the growth of Vibrio vulnificus of the extract with a short-necked clam(Cyclina sinesis). The new plating medium made of the extract of a short-necked clam was tested for the growth of Vibrio vulnificus and a members of Enterobacteriaceae as well as Staphylococcus aureus and their abilities to form colonies in the media were compared with these to form colonies in the medium. The following results were obtained 1. The Vibrio vulnificus grew well and formed large colonies on the Cyclina sinensis agar plate and yeast-extract peptone agar plate. The Cyclina sinensis agar medium was better than the thiosulfate-citrate0bile salt-sucrose(TCBS) agar for the isolation of Vibrio vulnifificus. 2. All the bacteriae of Enterobacteriaceae family grew well on the Cyclina sinensis agar and the Brain Heart Infusion agar plate but the growth was inhibited on the MacConkey agar. 3. The growth of Staphylococcus aureus was much inhibited on the Cyclina sinensis agar media.

초대배양 간세포에서 사염화탄소에 의해 유도된 간독성의 생화학적 변화

Carbon tetrachloride(CCl₄) is a well-studied hepatotoxin. CCl₄ toxicity is characterized by fatty infiltration, lipid peroxidation, inhibition of protein synthesis, enzyme release, and necrosis. In the present study, we examined the changes in transaminase activity in the culture medium during 60-min incubation of control hepatocytes and isolated hepatocytes exposed to 1, 5, 10, and 20 mM of CCl₄. Rats were sacrificed 4 hours after the interperitoneal administration of 50% CCl₄(2ml/kg). CCl₄ caused a releases of transaminases into the culture medium and the blood stream. These findings suggest that the isolated hepatocytes preparation is a suitable model for dose-dependent toxic effects. We regard 10 mM of CCl58 as the optimal dose of CCl₄ for isolated hepatocytes.

This research is about Isadora Duncan's free movements for children which can help children to create their own movements and to express their own feelings. Duncan is a pioneer of modern dance who concerned about children to express their feelings and thoughts using her natural and free movements. In these days, creative movements for children are concerned by many dance teachers and educators, so for better creative dance classes for children, the investigator researches how Duncan taught children and what kinds of method she used. There are many principal movements for children, however the investigator presents how to do basic movements which are low movements, walking, and running using her method. Slow movements are the essentials of Duncan's approach which start from the center of the body. Releasing arms and the body, rotating the head, body swings, and rotating the trunk are preparatory exercieses which make the body to move freely and naturally. Also, basic arm movements and reclining and rising the body make to feel earth, self, and universe. While walking, it is important to be aware that the body weight is kept centered, and the running steps introduce the basic playful quality. ChapterⅠ is an introduction of Duncan's free movements, and chapterⅡ is an explanation of Duncan and her movements which are slow movements, walking, and running. And, chapterⅢ contains a conclusion of this research which deals to help creative dance classes for children.

긴 맛조개 배지에서의 세균 증식

A new plating medium from the extract of Solen gouldi has been developed as alternative to MacConkey agar for the isolation of Shigella. The new medium was tested for the growth of Shigella, Salmonella E. coli, Proteus, Vibrio, Pseudomonas, Staphylococcus and their ability form colonies, and that was compared with MacConkey and Brain Heart Infusion agar media. The following results were obtained. 1. Shigella dysenteriae and Escherichia coli grow best as large colonies on Solen agar medium. 2. Salmonella and Proteus grow well on Solen agar and Brain Heart Infusion agar but MacConkey agar was inhibited. 3. Vibrio parahaemolyticus and Vibric vulnificus was inhibited on Solen agar than thiosulfate-citrate-bilesalt-sucrose agar. 4. The growth of Staphylococcus aureus was highly inhibited on Solen agar media.

대합조개 배지에서의 세균증식

This study was performed to develop for korean products of culture medium which favors the growth of Vibrio vulnificus from the extract of a large clam(Meretrix lasoria). The new plating medium was tested for the growth of Vibrio vulnificus and their ability to form colonies compared with thiosulfate-citrate-bile salt-sucrose(TCBS) agar medium. The new medium was also tested for the growth of the members of the Enterobacteriaceae as well as Staphylococcus compare with MacConkey agar medium. 1. The growth of Vibrio vulnificus was excellent on clam agar as large colonies. 2. Most bacteria of the Enterobacteriaceae grow well on clam agar medium, on the other hand their were moderately inhibited on MacConkey agar medium. 3. The growth of Staphylococcus was highly inhibited on clam agar medium.
