A study was presented of the masurement of protein in fermented milk with the Folin reagent and with coomassie brilliant blue G 250. Inoculated skim milk was estimated in pH and protein concentration each 3hrs. Protein concentrations by lowry method were shownd various change and by braford method lower gradually. It seems that the protein concentration in fremented milk are influenced strongly by protease activity. The adventage of braford method is the simplicity and rapidity, but coomassie blue do not react with free amino acid and very small peptide.
사출성형한 M3/2계 고속도공구강 분말의 탄소함량 및 소결밀도 변화

An investigation was performed to apply the M3/2 grade high speed steel for metal injection molding using both prealloyed and elementally blended powders. The injected samples were subjected to a debinding step in $H_2/N_2$ gas atmosphere at a ratio that affected the carbon content of the material. The carbon content ranged from 1.4wt.% to 1.43wt%. with increasing $H_2$ content up to 80% $H_2$ in $H_2/N_2$ atmosphere for the prealloyed powders. The carbon contents of the elementally blended powders exhibited 1.44wt.% and 1.62wt.% at 10% $H_2/N_2$ and 20% $H_2/N_2$ gas, respectively. This level decreased to 0.17wt.% upon increasing the $H_2$ content. The sintered density of both powders increased rapidly as the temperature reached the liquid phase forming temperature. After forming the liquid phase, the density rapidly increased to the optimum sintering temperature for the prealloyed powders, whereas the density of mixed elemental powders goes up slowly to the optimum sintering temperature. The optimum sintering temperature and density are 126$0^{\circ}C$ and 97.3% for the prealloyed powders and 128$0^{\circ}C$ and 96.9% for the elementally blended powders, respectively. The microstructure of the specimen at the optimum sintering temperature consisted of fine grains with primary carbides of MC and $M_6C$ type for the prealloyed powders. The elementally blended powders exhibited coarse grains with eutectic carbides of MC, $M_2C$ and $M_6C$ type.
오스템퍼링 처리한 구상흑연주철의 기계적 성질 및 감쇠능에 미치는 Cu의 영향

This study was investigated to know the effect of Cu addition on austempered ductile cast iron atvarious temperatures and times. Test results showed that the volume fraction of retained austenite and the carbon contents of retained austenite showed the greatest value at 400℃. Also, in case of specimens having more Cu contents, the volume fraction of retained austenite and the carbon contents of retained austenite showed the lower value. After austempering treatment, tensile strength and impact value increased, but elongation decreased. With increasing austempering treatment temperature, tensile strength, elongation, and impact value decreased. In case of specimen having more Cu tensile strength showed the higher value, but elongation showed the lower value. Damping capacity was decreased by austempering treatment and was not affected on austempering temperature and time. In case of specimen having more Cu contents, damping showed the higher value.

This study investigates whether job satisfaction is differently related to justice perceptions; distributive justice, interactional procedural justice, formal procedural justice. Hierarchical regression analyses revealed that all three types of organizational justice perception significantly predicted job satisfaction. In addition, each of three justice perceptions accounted for significant unique variance in employee job satisfaction. However, interactional procedural justice and distributive justice were more strongly related to job satisfaction with distributive justice having the strongest relationship of the three justice perceptions. More studies are needed to understand the role of three organizational justice perceptions in explaining of employee job satisfaction. The limitation of this study was discussed.

The purpose of this paper is to review theoretical human resource planning through concept, processes, and interrelations. Another purpose of this thesis is to give information related human resource planning processes when managers practice them In order to get the latter this paper discusses manpower supply forecasting model using Markov Chain. This paper is an attempting of reviewing theoretical framework and actual availability of human resource planning. This efforts is valuable in trend of emphasizing significance of human resource planning.
