      • 學齡期 兒童의 過剩活動傾向과 그 關聯變因에 關한 硏究

        The purpose of this study is to offer the basic data for working out a measure on hyperactivity of elementary school children by examining hyperactivity and variables. The subjects are elementary school children(the 5grade and 6grade) living in Taegu. The results of this study are as follows; The percentage of hyperactivity were about 8.2%. The total group of 365 were subdivided into three groups. Normal group was 68.2%, parents-rating group was 23.6%, parents-teacher-rating group was 8.2% and there were more hyperactive boys than girls. As a birth and growth variables, there were more operational birth than natural birth in parents-teachers-rating group, as well as more shock and stress during pregnancy than other groups. There were more special events and accidents in parents-teachers-rating group. Mother in parents-rating group and parents-teacher-rating group feel more difficulties in rearing their children. The method of feeding shows no differences among groups. As a family-environment variables, according to the family-structural environment(birth order, family type, SES), there were no significant differences among groups. As a family-environment variables, according to the psychological-environment variables(marital satisfaction of mother, child rearing style of mother), there were significant differences among groups. First, mothers have in more satisfaction their marital life, less their children has hyperactivity. Second, in their child rearing style, a subfactor to 'love' revealed high score in normal group, while low score in other groups. A subfactor to 'authoritarian control' shows low score in normal group, high score in other groups. Hyperactivity boys and girls show poor 'attention to school activity', 'study trying', 'study efficiency', 'school life adjustment' and their performances were very poor. And in their peer relationship there were 'solitude', 'exclusion', and their number of friends were very few. Accordingly, hyperactivity of elementary school students seem to be affected by the variables of home psychological environment and their birth and growth variables rather than variables of family structural environment variables. And their school life and peer relationships were very poor so parents and teachers must try to help hyperactive children together. We must try to find the medications to explore parent-child relation in hyperactive children. In conclusion, it is interesting to note that the family-structural variables of children has significant relations to the hyperactivity.

      • 애착문제를 갖는 아동의 놀이치료 사례연구 : A case study

        The purpose of this study is to examine the efficacy of playtherapy on the child with attachment problem. At the beginning of the study, the child(39-months old girl) had failed to build attachment relationship with parents and showed anxiety of being afraid to be separated from her mother and that attachment disorder also caused physical symptom This therapy used Virginia Axline’s child-centered playtherapy approach and the sand-play therapy method. Also counselling with the child’s mother was implemented to facilitate the effect of the playtherapy on parent-child relationship. The results of this study are as follows. First, this playtherapy deminished physical symptom of the child. The child showed difficulty in going to a toilet and disliked to eat foods at the start of this study. As this playtherapy went on, she tried to go to a toilet and showed interest in what food she liked. Second, this playtherapy had some positive effect on the parent-child relationship. As the mother observed the process of the playtherapy, she realized what her daughter really wanted. And she report that her daughter’s relationship has improved with her father. Third, this playtherapy also helped to improve the child’s relationship with her friends. As the child made a new relationship with the therapist, she had a positive expectation of a future teacher and showed interest on dance-school. And, she made many new friends not only in play situation but also in real situation.

      • 學童期 以前 子女에 對한 農村아버지의 役割

        The purpose of this study is identify the trend of the father role performance for children and to find out which factor of 7 socio-economic variables(ie., father's age, educational level, occupation, the number of children, the sex composition of children, family structure and monthly income) have significant correlation with the father role-performance. The subjects of this study are 163 fathers who have children under 6th grade of elementary school in rural area. Seven hypotheses are tested concerning the relationship between variables. In order to test the hypotheses, frequency distribution, factor analysis, F-test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, partial correlation, and multiple regression are applied. Major findings are; 1. By factor analysis, father role is divided into two areas of nurturance and control. 2. Father's age and educational level make significant differences in two areas of father role. 3. The number of children and the sex-composition of children make significant differences in father's role performance in the area of nurturance and no difference in the area of control. 4. Family's age is the most influential income make no difference in both areas of father role. 5. Father's age is the most influential independent variable on the rural father's role performance in the area of nurturance.

      • 놀이치료의 발전과정과 전망

        In recent years, incidence of children's emotional and behavioral disorders and social maladjustment are increased because of family disorganization and stressful social environment. The social demand of child psychotherapy through child's play and for play therapist are more and more enlarging. For the purpose of development in play therapy in Korea, this study highlighted the therapeutic power of child's play and reviews the history of play therapy and current states of it. Therefore, future suggestions are proposed for development of play therapy and training of play therapist. Finally, It is maintained that the department of play therapy should be established in university and graduate school for training the qualified play therapist.

      • 청소년의 성문화와 성교육프로그램방향모색

        AbstractThe purpose of this study is to find suggestions for the direction of adolescent sexuality education program development by reviewing the literature and survey data. The viewpoint on human sexuality and sexuality education is that human sexuality should be understood as a value-oriented conduct and sexual activities should be considered as a kind of expression of interpersonal relationship.Sexuality education aims to instruct adolescent to have sexual identity such as self-determination and responsibility. Therefore, a sexuality education program should consist of the contents including understanding of sexuality, sex culture in contemporary societies that is the double standards of sexual behavior and sexual violence as well as the specific knowledge on masturbation, contraception and so on.The methods of sexuality education program need to be developed in many ways such as reading and visual materials. Additionally, the goal of sexual education would be better accomplished when it is implemented in a small class and discussion group.

        유아의 정서, 행동문제와 관련된 변인에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of related variables on young children's emotional and behavioral problems. The subjects of this study were 232 mothers of preschoolers aged 6 to 7 living in Daegu. The major findings were 1)that the boys showed more aggressive and attention-deficit hyperactive behavior than girls. 2)The significantly contributing factor to preschooler's emotional and behavioral problems were their own temperament, mothers' mental health, and mothers' emotional refusal attitudes to their children. The more difficult the child's temperament, the child showed more emotional and behavioral problems. And children with mothers of bad mental health and emotionally refusing attitude showed the more emotional and behavioral problems.
