Purpose: This study is a descriptive correlational study to examine the effects of spousal supports and self-efficacy on adherent behavior and to describe nursing intervention programs for patients with percutaneous coronary intervention. Methods: The subjects for this study were 120 patients treated with percutaneous coronary intervention in H hospital in B city > 6 months. The data was collected from June 1 to September 30, 2010. Spousal supports were measured by the Family Support questionnaire. Self-efficacy was measured by revised Self Efficacy questionnaire. Adherent behavior was measured by revised Adherence Behavior questionnaire. Results: A multiple regression analysis showed that the most significant predictor of adherent behavior was self-efficacy, followed by spousal support, whether the subjects do regular exercise and the type of diagnosis. Conclusion: Findings suggest that intervention focusing on self-efficacy and spousal support will be needed to improve the adherent behavior among patients with percutaneous coronary intervention.

Wind power generation among various renewable energies is consider as the most noteworthy energy source in the world, which is accelerated to develop by many foreign companies as well as Korean those. As countermeasures for environmental issues and exhaustion of fossil fuel in recent years, the interest of renewable energies is increasing rapidly. However, Wind power generation has flaw about changing frequency by wind speed. The accurate phasor estimation is impossible to use a common DFT calculation. So that a frequency - adaptive phasor estimation method based on the fourier transform is proposed in this paper.
전처리가 오배자 추출물에 의한 여름용 인견직물의 염색 및 기능성 향상에 미치는 영향

Viscose rayon filament fabrics have been called ‘artificial silk’ and beloved as summer clothing materials for a long time in Korea. This is because the viscose rayon filament fabrics reveals glossy surface and cool touch feeling compared to other conventional fabrics composed of staple fibers. Therefore, we tried to prepare the higher value added viscose rayon filament fabrics for summer textile products. In this study, we applied gallnut extract to the viscose rayon filament fabric to develop summer fabrics with natural color and multi-functions such as antibacterial and antioxidant properties. This process also pursue eco-friendly and multi-functional fabric finishing from the natural material “gallnut”. In addition, various pre-treatment with cationizer, chitosan, or chito-oligomer was applied to the finishing process to improve the finishing efficacy and durability. Consequently, it was found that the active component of gallnut extract was successfully incorporated to the viscose rayon filament fabric through a pad-dry-cure process. And, the treated viscose rayon filament fabrics showed excellent antibacterial and antioxidant properties. Therefore, it was expected that the rayon filament fabrics treated by gallnut extract could be used as effective summer fabrics preventing the growth of bacteria and skin ageing as well as providing cool touch feeling. However, the pre-treatments were not that meaningful on the functionalities but effective on coloring.

Primary pelvic non-Hodgkin`s lymphoma is a rare malignancy that has been reported in the retroperitoneum, ovary, uterine corpus, uterine cervix, vagina and vulva. Although primary pelvic lymphoma is rare, this may be encountered more frequently as the incidence of extranodal non-Hodgkin`s lymphoma increases. We experienced three cases of primary non-Hodgkin`s lymphoma of the pelvis. Two cases are primary non-Hodgkin`s lymphoma of the ovary and one is primary non-Hodgkin`s lymphoma of the retroperitoneum. We report these cases with a brief review of literature.

Brassica rapa is an A genome model species for Brassica crop genetics, genomics, and breeding. With the completion of sequencing the B. rapa genome, functional analysis of the genome is forthcoming issue. The expressed sequence tags are fundamental resources supporting annotation and functional analysis of the genome including identification of tissue-specific genes and promoters. As of July 2011, 147,217 ESTs from 39 cDNA libraries of B. rapa are reported in the public database. However, little information can be retrieved from the sequences due to lack of organized databases. To leverage the sequence information and to maximize the use of publicly-available EST collections, the Brassica rapa tissue-specific EST database (BrTED) is developed. BrTED includes sequence information of 23,962 unigenes assembled by StackPack program. The unigene set is used as a query unit for various analyses such as BLAST against TAIR gene model, functional annotation using MIPS and UniProt, gene ontology analysis, and predict ion of tissue-specific unigene sets based on statistics test. The database is composed of two main units, EST sequence processing and information retrieving unit and tissue-specific expression profile analysis unit. Information and data in both units are tightly inter-connected to each other using a web based browsing system. RT-PCR evaluation of 29 selected unigene sets successfully amplified amplicons from the target tissues of B. rapa. BrTED provided here allows the user to identify and analyze the expression of genes of interest and aid efforts to interpret the B. rapa genome through functional genomics. In addition, it can be used as a public resource in providing reference information to study the genus Brassica and other closely related crop crucifer plants.
