통합 환경 관리를 위한 수질 환경의 질 목표 수준 설정 방법에 관한 연구

When evaluating the extent of the impact of water pollutants on the surrounding area, we would like to present the target level (proposal) of the quality of the environment, which is the standard for evaluation. We propose the environmental quality target level for substances that need to be applied domestically by investigating overseas cases operating the integrated environmental management system and the implications of domestic environmental pollutant management. The appropriateness of the environmental quality target level reviewed in this study was determined using data from the water quality measuring network, and future improvement measures were proposed. We review the available methodologies for setting quality objectives for the environment. It proposed the environmental quality target level for 21 substances that have domestic water pollutant emission standards and do not have environmental standards, and proposed future improvement measures. If it is necessary to add quality target-level items of the environment in the future, it is believed that expansion will be possible based on the methodology presented in this study.

A series of experiments were performed to evaluate effects of lettuce seed treatment with low temperature and dry heat treatment (DHT) on bolting response in the case of spring cultivation. During spring production in greenhouse, bolting response of the plants produced from the treated seeds was faster in the order of low temperature treatment, control and DHT. Plant height was increased 5-10 cm higher by low temperature treatment, but plant growth of some cultivars was inhibited by DHT. Difference on lettuce plant growth between low temperature treatment and DHT was gradually diminished with the lapse of time after transplanting. Fresh weight of plant was not significantly different among all treatments. ``Red Gyeolku`` showed very early bolting response and plant height was significantly promoted by low temperature treatment. However, ``Cheongchima`` showed low bolting percentage after various seed treatments, so it is considered late-bolting cultivar.
치커리(Cichorium intybus L.)와 쑥갓(Chrysanthemum coronarium L.)의 기내 종자발아 개선

치커리와 쑥갓에 있어 기내 파종 시 발아 및 무균묘 생산을 증진시키기 위한 적절한 방법을 제안하기 위해 일련의 실험들이 수행되었다. NaOCl의 적정 처리농도와 시간 검정을 통해 치커리 'Precole'과 'Chiavari' 및 쑥갓 'Okiku 3' 모두 Naocl 5%로 15분간 처리하는 것이 발아 및 유묘형성을 촉진시키고 오염발생을 억제하는 것으로 관찰되었다. 배지조성에 있어 MS와 1/2 MS 처리구들의 발아반응성은 뚜렷이 차이가 나타나지 않았으며, sucrose 농도가 높아짐에 따라 발아 및 유묘형성이 지연되었다. 배양용기에 따른 반응성의 차이는 치커리 'Precole'의 경우 petri-dish에서 양호한 발아율 및 유묘형성율을 보여주었지만, 치커리 'Chiavari'와 쑥갓 'Okiku 3'에서는 용기에 큰 영향을 받지 않았다. 초음파 처리는 치커리의 발아율 및 유묘형성율을 증가시켰지만, 쑥갓 'Okiku 3'에서는 초음파 처리효과가 나타나지 않았다. 따라서 치커리와 쑥갓 모두에서 Naocl 5%, 15분간 종자소독하고, sucrose가 무첨가된 1/2 MS 배지로 petri-dshi를 이용하며, 초음파 처리는 Naoci 5% 용매에서 120분간 하는 것이 기내 발아향상에 적당한조건으로 선정되었다. A series of experiments were conducted to suggest efficient in vitro germination conditions to improve germination rate and aseptic seedling production in chicory and garland chrysanthemum. For this purpose, various levels of NaOCl concentration and soaking treatment time combinations were tasted. Fifteen minutes of soaking treatment with 5% NaOCl solution significantly improved germination and seedling formation percentages and prevented contamination in both chicory 'Precole' and 'Chiavari' and garland chrysanthemum 'Okiku 3'. There was no significant difference in germination response between MS and 1/2 MS medium compositions, but germination and seedling formation were delayed as sucrose concentration increased. Although petri-dish among various culture containers gave rise to improved germination responses in chicory' Precole', there was no significant difference in gelmination responses among culture container types in chicory 'Chiavari' and garland chrysanthemum 'Okiku 3'. The ultrasonic treatment stimulated germination and seedling formation in both chicory cultivars but there was no effect in garland chrysanthemum 'Okiku 3'. The results suggested 15 minutes with 5% NaOCl for seed sterilization, 1/2 MS medium with no sucrose and petri-dish as proper medium composition and culture container, and 120 minutes with 5% NaOCI solution of ultrasonic treatment as promoting method for in vitro germination in chicory and garland chrysanthemum.
주제중심 쌓기 놀이 활동이 영아의 사회 정서 및 인지발달에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 주제 중심의 쌓기 놀이 활동이 영아의 사회-정서 발달 및 인지 발달에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 목적이 있다 이를 위해 전라북도 군산시에 소재하고 있는 O 어린이집과 P 어린이집 만 1, 2세 영아 28명을 대상으로 실험 집단 14명, 통제 집단 14명으로 배정하여 연구를 수행하였다. 연구 도구는 교사용 1, 2세 영아 발달 평가 도구(이영자 외, 2002)에서 사회-정서 및 인지 발달 부분을 이용하여 영아들의 사회-정서 발달 및 인지 발달을 평가하였다. 자료분석은 PASW18.0을 이용하였다. 또한 그 차이가 통계적으로 얼마나 유의한지 정확하게 알아보기 위하여 공변량 분석(ANCOVA)을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 주제 중심 쌓기 놀이는 영아의 사회-정서 발달 전반에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 주제 중심 쌓기 놀이는 영아의 인지 발달 전반에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 통계적으로는 유의미한 차이를 나타내지 않았지만, T-검증과 공변량에서 실험 집단의 평균값이 통제 집단보다 높게 나타난 것을 통해서 어느 정도 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 볼 수 있다. The purpose of this paper was to research the influence of thematic planning in block play on the social-affective and cognitive development of toddlers. Research subjects were 28 one- and two-year-old toddlers from day-care centers O and P in the city of Gunsan, who were divided into a test group and a control group of 14 children each. As research tool, the 1- and 2-year-old toddler development assessment tool (Lee Young-Ja et al, 2002) was used in its parts relevant to social-affective and cognitive development. For the analysis of the research data, PASW18.0 was used. To assess the statistic significance of the variation found, an analysis of covariance (ANCOVA) was carried out. Research Results First, thematic stacking play has a positive effect on the overall social-emotional development of infants. Second, thematic stacking play has a positive effect on the overall cognitive development of infants. Although there was no statistically significant difference, it can be seen that the T-test and the covariate showed that the mean value of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.
