목적: 본 연구는 문학교육의 관점에서 이해의 개념과 속성을 바탕으로 주체적 이해의 문학교육적 구조와 작용을 탐구하는 데 목적이 있다. 방법: 이해 개념이 인지적 측면에서만 주목받고 있음을 지적하고, 이해 개념의 심리적․수행적 측면에 주목하였다. 특히 이해의 수행적 측면을 강조하기 위해 ‘주체적 이해’라는 용어를 제안하고 이를 문학교육적으로 재개념화하였다. 이 과정에서 하이데거의 관계 개념을 참조하였다. 결과: 주체적 이해의 구성 요소를 관계적 요소, 심리적 요소, 수행적 요소로 구분하고 각각의 하위 요소를 밝혔다. 관계적 요소의 하위 요소로는 텍스트, 세계, 자기 자신으로 제시하였고, 심리적 요소의 하위 요소로는 상징화하기, 반응하기, 가치화하기로 제안하였다. 마지막으로 수행적 요소의 하위 요소로 차이 발견, 대화를 제시하였다. 결론: 이 연구를 통해 문학교육에서 이해 개념의 정교화와 학습자가 문학 텍스트를 주체적으로 이해하기 위한 교육 내용과 방법이 설계되기를 기대한다. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to explore the structure and function of subjective comprehension in literature education based on the concept and properties of comprehension from the perspective of literature education. Method: It was pointed out that the concept of comprehension is receiving attention only from the cognitive aspect, and attention was paid to the psychological and performance aspects of the concept of comprehension. In particular, in order to emphasize the performative aspect of comprehension, the concept of ‘jective comprehension’ was reconceptualized in terms of literary education. In this process, Heidegger’s relational concept was mainly referred to. Result: The components of subjective comprehension were divided into relational, psychological, and performative elements, and the sub-elements of each were identified. Text, world, and self were presented as sub-elements of relational element, and symbolization, reaction, and valuing were suggested as sub-elements of psychological element. Finally, differences discovery, dialog were presented as sub-elements of the performative element. Conclusion: Through this study, it is expected that the elaboration of the concept of comprehension in literature education and the design of educational contents and methods for learners to independently comprehend literary texts.

목적: 이 연구는 문학교육에서 질문의 의미와 발생 기제 및 유형을 이론적으로 탐구한다. 방법: 바흐친의 대화주의 이론을 바탕으로 문학교육에서의 질문의 의미를 고찰하였다. 또한 문학 작품과 학습자가 외재성과 타자성의 성질을 지니는 것에 주목하여, 문학교육에서의 질문의 기제와 유형을 탐색하였다. 결과: 문학교육에서의 질문을 학습자와 문학 텍스트가 상호 작용하는 과정에서 발생하는 문제 사태를 언어로 표현하는 것으로 규정하였다. 또한 문학 텍스트를 감상하는 과정에서 질문이 추동되는 원리를 외재성과 타자성으로 밝혀, 질문의 유형을 ‘외재성에 의한 텍스트 지향 질문’과 ‘타자성에 의한 자기 지향 질문’으로 제시하였다. 질문 중심의 문학 수업을 기획하고 설계할 때는 ‘문학 텍스트의 재현’ 과정이 수반되어야 하며, 대화 주체인 ‘학습자 자신에 대한 인식을 활성화’할 수 있도록 해야 한다. 그리고 또래 학습자와 대화의 결과를 공유함으로써 자신의 사고를 수정하고 문학 텍스트의 의미를 확장시킬 수 있다. 결론: 학습자는 문학 텍스트와 상호 작용하면서 질문을 던짐으로써 텍스트 세계에 적극적으로 참여하고 능동적 이해를 도모할 수 있다.

Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing(WAAM)에서 적층 비드(Bead) 형상 정확도 및 기계적 특성 향상을 위한 가변 가압장치 개발

Metal additive manufacturing (AM) has revolutionized several manufacturing industries. AM can generate large-scale metal components and produce complex geometries close to net-shapes. WAAM is an AM technology that has garnered considerable interest among industries owing to its economics and relatively high deposition rates. However, the heat accumulation in the weld bead during deposition triggers distortion and residual stress. To address these problems, various methods of interpass pressure rolling systems have been suggested in recent research. In addition, combining the rolling and WAAM processes can mitigate residual stresses. The constant-pressure rolling of the interlayer also affect the microstructure. The coarse microstructure of the as-deposited sample was altered to finer equiaxed grains via these methods. However, the bead-shape accuracy of the interlayer constant-pressure method does not consider the heat accumulation in each layer. Therefore, this study develops an interpass variable pressure rolling system that considers the heat accumulation of each layer. The interpass variable pressure rolling system comprises deposition, detection, pressure, and transport units. Finally, verification tests are performed on the interpass variable-pressure rolling system (at 500 kg) with the WAAM process, and the obtained results are discussed.

흥행영화의 온라인 구전패턴과 관객수의 관계에 대한 실증연구

본 연구는 흥행영화의 온라인 구전패턴을 확인하고, 온라인 구전과 관객수 간의 관계를 실증분석 했다. 분석대상으로 삼은 흥행영화는 2017년 한국에서 개봉한 영화 중 누적 관객수 기준으로 상위 20위까지의 영화이며, 본 영화에서 온라인 구전으로 도출한 변인은 각 20개 영화에 대한 블로그 포스팅, 기사, 리뷰, 그리고 검색의 양(volume)이다. 본 연구의 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 온라인 구전의 패턴을 확인하기 위해 SPSS의 곡선추정으로 한 결과, 모든 변인이 3차 모형으로 가장 잘 설명된다고 나타났다. 둘째, 온라인 구전과 관객수와의 관계를 보기 위해 패널 분석을 한 결과, 블로그양, 리뷰양, 검색량은 관객수와 모두 정의 관계에 있는 것으로 나타났으나 기사량은 부의 관계에 있는 것으로 도출되었다. This study investigates the relationship between the online WOMs(such as volume of blogs, articles, reviews, searches) and the number of audience of successful film.The results are as follow: Frist, using a curve-estimation method, the results show that the longitudinal trends of the online WOMs can be best described by a cubic indicating. Second, using panel analysis in model(t) the volume of blogs, reviews, and searches is positively associated with the number of audience. All of the variables’ coefficient are significant. However the volume of articles is negatively related to the number of audience with a significant coefficient.

In this study, I tried to prepare educational content by suggesting metaphorical thinking as an alternative to overcome the biased theme consciousness of <Samogok>. To this end, the meaning and structure of metaphorical thinking were clarified, and the actual educational content of <Samogok> was prepared from the point of view of metaphorical thinking. Paying attention to the characteristic of metaphorical mobility, metaphorical thinking was viewed as a concept that includes the expansion of the cognitive structure that learners can form through metaphors, the formation of relationships with objects, and the subjective construction of meanings for the given meanings. And the structure of metaphorical thinking was proposed as the formation of a relationship with a heterogeneous object by similarity, the formation of a new gaze on the object, and a reinterpretation of the given meaning. These contents can be a way for <Samogok> to transmit the value of filial piety and overcome the limited understanding that was perceived as a sanction. In addition, it can be an alternative for in-depth metaphorical education by solving the problem that metaphoric education was limitedly focused on justice and effect in literature education. ,

리더의 긍정감정표현이 구성원의 긍정감정표현규칙 지각에미치는 영향: 인지기반 신뢰와 행동적 진실성의 조절효과

Emotional display rules can be defined as the standards for the appropriateexpression of emotions on the job. Since the subjectively perceived emotionaldisplay rules are a direct antecedent of emotional labor behaviors, it is importantto understand how they are shaped. In this study, we postulate that the leaderpositive emotional display influence subordinates’ positive emotional display ruleperception and this relationship will be strengthened when subordinates havestrong cognition-based trust in leader, and the leader displays behavioralintegrity. To test these hypotheses, we collected the survey data from 206nurses working in hospitals. The results of data analysis revealed that leaderpositive emotional displays positively influence subordinates’ positive emotionaldisplays rule perceptions. And this positive relationship was strengthened bysubordinates’ cognition-based trust in leader and the leader’s behavioral integrity. Theoretical and practical implications are discussed. 감정표현규칙은 감정노동시에 요구되는 감정표현에 대한 기준으로 감정노동자들은 감정표현규칙을 주관적으로 지각하고 그에 맞는 감정노동행동을 보이기 때문에, 감정표현규칙 지각의 형성에 대한 이해는 감정노동연구에서 중요한 의미가 있다. 본 연구는 사회적정보처리모형과 사회학습이론을 적용하여 리더가 조직구성원들의 감정표현규칙 지각에 어떠한 영향을 주는지를 탐구하였다. 본 연구에서는 리더에 대한 인지기반신뢰와 리더의 행동적 진실성이 리더의 영향력을 어떻게 조절하는지에 대하여 검증한다. 국내 대학병원과 요양병원에서 환자 접점 부서에서 근무하는 206명의 간호사로부터 수집한 자료를 분석한 결과 리더의 긍정감정표현이 구성원의 감정표현규칙 지각에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 리더에 대한 인지기반신뢰와 리더의 행동적 진실성은 리더의 긍정감정표현이 구성원의 감정표현규칙 지각에 주는 영향을 유의미하게 조절하였다.
