초등학교 업무 부장교사 리더십 현상과 의미에 관한 질적 사례연구

본 연구는 급격하게 변화해가는 교육환경 속에서, 애매한 위치와 현실에 놓여있는 초등학교 업무 부장교사들의 리더십 발휘 모습이 어떠한지 실제적인 현상을 중심으로 접근함으로써 그 특징과 의미를 해석하고자 하는 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해, A초등학교를 연구의 참여지로 선정하여 참여관찰과 심층면담 중심의 질적 사례연구를 수행하였으며, 자료수집과 분석은 2017년부터 2019년까지 이루어졌다. A초등학교의 업무 부장교사들은 어떻게 업무를 수행하고 있으며, 동료교사들에게 어떻게 영향력을 발휘하고 있는지를 살펴봄으로써 부장교사 리더십의 모습을 드러내고, 이러한 모습과 특징의 배경 요인에 대하여 파악하였다. 또한, 연구 과정에서 발견된 교육조직론적 측면의 현상인 ‘신뢰의 논리(logic of confidence)’를 중심으로 초등학교 업무 부장교사 리더십의 모습을 다각적으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과, A초등학교 업무 부장교사들의 리더십은 ‘홀로’ 리더십, ‘적당히’ 리더십, ‘맞추기’ 리더십, ‘일방향’ 리더십, ‘전달자’ 리더십의 다섯 가지 모습으로 나타났다. 이 같은 부장교사 리더십의 형성원인은 제도요인, 학교요인, 개인요인의 측면으로 살펴볼 수 있었으며, 부장교사 리더십의 발휘의 밑바탕에서 교육조직론적 측면의 ‘신뢰의 논리’ 현상이 작동되고 있음을 찾을 수 있었다. 이상의 연구 결과를 중심으로 초등학교 업무 부장교사 리더십의 발휘 모습과 관련하여 부장교사들이 리더십을 발휘하고 있는 영역 및 직무의 재구조화가 필요하며, 학교운영의 주체로서 초등학교 업무 부장교사를 비롯한 학교의 모든 부장교사의 리더십 역량을 강화시켜줘야 함을 제안하였다. 또한, 변화하는 사회의 요구에 발맞출 수 있는 학교의 제도 및 구조의 변화가 필요함을 말하였으며, 마지막으로 초등학교 업무 부장교사의 리더십이 제대로 발휘되도록 하기 위해서는 학교문화의 변화가 선행되어야 하며, 이를 위해 학교구성원들의 의식 전환이 필요함을 제시하였다. This study was conducted with the aim of interpreting the characteristics and meanings by approaching the actual phenomenon of the leadership of the administrative head teachers in elementary school in reality in a rapidly changing educational environment. For this purpose, Elementary School A was selected as a participant and participant observation and in-depth interview were conducted for qualitative case study, especially focusing on administrative head teachers who are at the center of administrative work system. By examining how administrative head teachers perform their job and how they influence other teachers in School A, this study attempted to identify the leadership of administrative head teachers and understand the related factors behind their leadership. Also, it analyzed the leadership of administrative head teachers of the elementary school based on ‘logic of confidence’, a phenomenon observed in educational organization theory. In this study, the leadership of administrative head teachers at Elementary School A was divided into five types: ‘solitary’ leadership, ‘moderate’ leadership, ‘accommodating’ leadership, ‘unilateral’ leadership, and ‘messenger’ leadership. Contributing factors of the leadership of administrative head teachers of elementary schools were related to the institution, school, and individuals and in terms of the meanings of leadership of administrative head teachers of an elementary school from the perspective of educational organization theory, logic of confidence was at the base of the administrative head teachers’ leadership.

본 연구에서는 혼합현실(MR) 기술을 사회기반시설물의 유지관리에 활용한 해외 실증사례 조사 및 분석을 통해 MR 기술의 현장 적용성을 검토하였다. MR 기술을 활용한 유지관리 방법은 현재 인력 중심의 유지관리 방법보다 편리성·경제성·효율성을 확보할 수 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 향후 국내 유지관리 시장에 활용성이 높을 것으로 판단된다.

한국과 중국의 중등교사 양성제도비교 : 한국의 A대학교와 중국의 B대학교 사례를 중심으로

본 연구는 한국과 중국의 중등교사 양성제도가 실제 양성기관에서는 어떻게 이루어지고 있는지를 알아보고자 A대학교와 B대학교를 연구 대상으로 삼았다. 연구방법은 문헌연구 방법을 택하여 한국과 중국의 중등교사 양성과 관련된 선행연구를 중심으로 자료를 수집했다. 본 연구의 결과, 한국은 공교육과 사교육을 병행하는 방식이지만 중국은 행정 수준에 따라 교원양성제의 질이 너무 달라 통일이 필요하며, 학생 선발 과정에서도 중국은 입시 위주의 방식과 교사의 전문성을 높이기 위하여 다양한 학생 선발방식이 필요하다. 또한, 교육과정의 측면에서도 교사의 전문성을 높이기 위한 전문적인 교육과정을 개설할 필요가 있으며, 한국은 중국과 비교했을 때 필요한 실습 시간이 적고 준비 기간도 짧기 때문에 실습제도의 개선도 필요하다. Teacher training system should be changed to enhance professionalism of teachers in accordance with flow of social and the time. However, compared to a rapidly changing society, there have been no any significant changes in teacher training system. Thereby, this study conducts a comparison of secondary teacher training system in Korea and China. It has been judged that the comparison between them has a significance as both countries have school-age population on the decrease, differences of nation s operating system in similar cultures and compulsory education implemented. Therefore, the aim of this study is to indicate how policies have being applied to universities by specifying the specific universities running secondary teacher education system in the two countries. The results of this study suggest as follows. First, Korea has the same way in the public and private education system but, China has so different qualities of teacher training system according to administrative levels that it is necessary to unify them. Even in the process of student selection, China needs a variety of ways to select students, not college entrance exam-oriented way and changes in curriculum to enhance professionalism of teachers. Korea also needs improvement of the teaching practice as the number of teaching practice needed is low and the preparation period is also short, compared with China. Therefore, it has been showed when we introduce and take advantage of positive ways in the two countries, it could help to enhance professionalism of teachers.

사립유치원 교사문화에 대한 문화기술적 사례연구

본 연구는 사립유치원 교사들의 삶과 조직체계, 행동양식 등의 측면에서 교사문화의 특성과 현상을 밝히고자 하였다. 이를 위해 2016년 7월부터 2017년 1월까지 7개월 동안 참여관찰, 심층면담, 문헌자료 분석 중심의 문화기술적 사례 연구를 수행하 였다. 연구 결과, 유치원 교사들은 원장과의 관계에서 ‘권위주의 문화’, 교사와의 관계에서 ‘따라가기 문화’, 학부모와의 관계에서 ‘갑-을 문화’, 교사의 수업에서 ‘보여주기 문화’, 교사의 교직생활에서 ‘서러움의 문화’ 등을 형성하고 있는 것으로 나타났 다. 본 연구 결과를 토대로 유치원 교사들은 요구 되어지는 많은 교사역할 속에서 적응하며, 때로는 지시적인 상황에 순응하며 살아가는 모습을 보였으며, 원장의 운영 방침에 영향을 지배적으로 받는 모습이 사립유치원에 나타나는 유치원 교사문화의 중요한 특성임을 논의하였다. The purpose of this study is to find out the characteristics and phenomenon of teacher’s culture in life, organizational system and behavior style of private kindergarten teachers. The subjects of this study are the teachers working in A and B private kindergarten of operated by one director. This study was conducted for seven months from July 2016 to January 2017 through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and study of documents from private kindergarten teachers as the main objects of this research project. The characteristics of teacher’s culture were revealed through this study that teachers relationship, teacher’s work process, classes and teacher’s life. According to the study, teachers formed ‘Authoritarian’ culturein in relationship with the director, ‘Buyer-Supplier’ culture in relationship with teachers, ‘Ostentation’ culture in relationship with parents, ‘Sorrow’ culture in teacher teaching. Based on the results of this study, I suggest that it can be provided as a basic data for the development and reform of early childhood education. In addition, the director and teachers should cooperate and make efforts for improve the right teacher’ culture, achieve the ultimate goal of education.

초기 균열이 존재하는 터빈 블레이드의 동적 거동 및 균열진전 양상 예측

In order to increase power generation efficiency, turbines are operating with increasingly longer blades at higher pressure and temperature. Therefore, fault diagnosis and failure prediction of turbine blades are becoming more important. In this study, structural and damage analysis of rotating blades are conducted using the finite element method and extended finite element method. For healthy blades, we find stress concentration areas of the blades. Furthermore, considering initial cracks that exist in the weak areas of the blades, we investigate the effects of the cracks on the dynamic behaviors and discuss the tendency of crack propagation.
