도박문제 및 중독 예방을 위한 카지노 출입제한 제도의 탐색적 연구 - 미국과 캐나다의 사례를 중심으로 -

카지노 출입제한 제도는 카지노 이용자가 스스로 카지노에 출입 금지를 신청하는 제도로, 도박으로 인한 폐해최소화전략이자 책임도박의 방편으로 간주된다. 카지노 출입제한 제도는 미국, 캐나다, 유럽, 호주, 싱가포르 등 카지노가 존재하는 국가에서 다양한 방식으로 운영되고 있으며, 국외에서는 공식적 카지노 출입제한 제도의 효과성 측정 등 실증적 연구도 여러 차례 진행되었다. 이에 반해 한국에서는 사행산업 출입제한 제도 이용자의 경험이나 효과성에 관한 연구가 전무한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구자는 한국의 출입제한제도에 관한 실증적 연구가 진행되기에 앞서 제도 자체에 관한 탐색적 연구를 실시하고자 북미권 카지노 출입제한 제도 운영 현황, 운영 방식, 세부 규정 등을 요약 정리하였고 관련된 선행연구를 분석하였다. 미국에서는 총 40개 주에서 카지노가 운영되고 있으며, 이 중에서 공식적 출입제한 프로그램을 운영하거나 주 정책으로 규정하는 주는 애리조나 주 등 24개 주였다. 캐나다는 10개 주에서 카지노를 운영하며, 이 중 유콘 준주를 제외한 모든 주에서 주 전체 범위 출입제한 제도를 운영하고 있었다. 한편 출입제한 관련 연구를 검토하여 국외 출입제한 제도 관련 연구 동향, 출입제한 신청자 특징과 피드백, 출입제한 제도 효과성과 출입제한 모델, 출입제한 해제 관련 이슈를 분석하고 정리하였다. 결론 및 제언 부분에서는 분석 결과를 바탕으로 한국 출입제한 제도의 효과적 운영을 위한 실천적 제안과 추후 연구를 위한 학술적 함의를 진술하였다. Casino self exclusion is a program that enables casino patrons to exclude themselves from gambling venues such as casinos or race tracks. Self-exclusion program is generally regarded as a way of harm minimization strategy for problem gamblers. Even though there is a self exclusion program in Korea, there are not many researchers who have interest in the self exclusion program exclusively which can motivate responsible gambling and help problem gamblers. One of the purposes of this study is to outline common features of the existing self exclusion program especially from United States of America and Canada. For this purpose the researcher collected data and described basic scheme and detailed principles of the program. The second purpose is to review gambling addiction literature on the self exclusion program. The researcher analysed related research articles and summarized them under four categories as follows: 1) the trend of self exclusion program researches, 2) characteristics and feedback from self excluded patrons, 3) discourses on the effectiveness of the self exclusion program and proposed models, 4) issues on the self exclusion reinstatement. As a conclusion the researcher suggested useful implications to improve self exclusion program in South Korea and for the future research.

세월호 재난 지역 공동체 회복 프로그램 참여 경험 연구

This study examined residents’ experiences with community recovery programs in Ansan, which was designated as a special disaster area following the Sewol ferry disaster. Individual in-depth interviews and a focus group interview were employed to collect and analyze the experiences of 12 participants as part of this general qualitative study. The findings of our analysis were categorized into: the local context after the disaster; the motivation to participate in the program; the nature of the healing experienced by the participants; capacity building based on relationship awareness; and understanding of others and restoration of relationships. The stories of the participants reveal that recovery from disasters was based on the experience of understanding and establishing relationships with others, including the dead and their neighbors. Based on the findings, we suggest implications for practitioners in disaster areas to consider for local community recovery. 이 연구의 목적은 세월호 참사 이후 특별재난지역으로 선포되었던 안산시 주민의 공동체 회복 프로그램 참여 경험을 탐색하는 것이다. 본 연구는 일반적 질적연구로, 개별심층면접과 초점집단면접을 통해 참여자 12명의 경험을 수집・분석하였다. 분석 결과는 참여자들이 인식한 재난 이후 지역의 상황적 맥락과 프로그램 참여 동기, 자신이 경험한 치유의 성격, 관계성 인식을 기반으로 한 역량 강화, 타인에 대한 이해와 관계 회복으로 범주화되었다. 참여자들의 이야기는 재난으로부터의 회복이 희생자와 그 가족, 이웃을 포함한 타자에 대한 이해 및 관계 맺음의 경험을 기반으로 하고 있었음을 드러낸다. 또한 재난으로 인해 공동체 내에서 심리적・관계적으로 피해를 입은 주민들이 회복하는 과정과 기제가 공동체성을 기반으로 하고 있음을 보여주었다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 재난 사회복지 실천 영역에서 지역 공동체 회복을 위해 고려해야 할 지향점들을 제시하였다.

Purpose: This study was conducted to identify factors related to developmental care performance among neonatal intensive care units (NICU) nurses. Methods: The participants were 139 nurses who had provided care to premature infants for more than 6 months and were recruited from the NICU of 8 hospitals. Data were collected from September 1 to December 1, 2017 through questionnaires that encompassed developmental care performance, developmental care perceptions, and the nursing work environment. Results: More than half (51.8%) of the participants responded that they had never received developmental care education, and for 89.6% of those who had received developmental care education, it was a one-time event. The average developmental care performance of NICU nurses was 0.81, with a range of 0.5~1 point. Multiple regression analysis, demonstrated that the nursing work environment (β=.27, p=.001) and developmental care perceptions (β=.23, p=.004) influenced developmental care performance, with a total explanatory power of 14%. Conclusion: Based on these results, developmental care education for the NICU nurses must be provided systematically. In addition, strategies to improve nurses' perceptions of developmental care and to provide appropriate support for the nursing work environment can promote developmental care performance.

1960년대 북한 문학은 혁명적 대작에 주목하여 다양한 작품들이 창작되었는데, 황건의 <아들 딸>이 대표적이라 할 수 있다. 지금까지 <아들 딸>은 인물의 형상화를 중심으로 연구되어왔다. 특히, 주인공 박성학의 내면세계의 심오성과 생동감을 드러내지 못한 것을 문제점으로 지적하는 반면, 인텔리 계층의 심리가 뛰어나게 묘사되어 인간의 감정과 심리 분석이 탁월한 작품으로 평가하기도 한다. <아들 딸>은 박성학이 보여지는 표면적인 의미보다 그의 행동에 담긴 심층적인 의미를 밝히는 것이 작품을 분석하는데 필수적인 요소라 할 수 있다. <아들 딸>은 주인공 박성학을 중심으로 그의 이동 경로와 인물들과의 관계를 통해 항일 혁명의 길에 접어드는 인물들을 형상화하고 있다. 이것은 1930년대 항일 빨치산 운동을 구체화함으로써 일제와 맞서 싸운 김일성 장군의 위상을 높이는 계기이며, 1960년대 들어선 북한의 정신적인 ‘전통성’ 문제를 확립하는 결과를 가져올 것이다. 박성학은 1935년 장백의 룡림리 마을에서 야학활동에 참여하는 성실한 청년이었다. 그는 위기에 처한 귀녀를 도와주고 경찰에 수배를 받게 되어 간도행을 선택한다. 이때부터 국내외를 오가며 그의 정신적인 성장과 항일 혁명군으로서 나라의 독립을 위해 싸우는 투사로서 성장하게 된다. 박성학은 간도에서 혁명군으로 활약하다 국내에서는 군자금을 모금하거나 주요 건물들을 폭파하는 일들을 진행시킨다. 그런 과정에서 두 번의 검거를 당하게 되는데, 한 번은 귀녀의 도움으로 풀려나고 한 번은 ‘광복’을 맞이하면서 자연스럽게 위기를 극복하게 된다. 성학의 활동들은 간도에서 진행되고 있는 김일성 장군이 이끄는 혁명군 활동의 일환으로 볼 수 있다. 이것은 성학이 룡림리 마을에서 간도로 다시 룡림리로, 간도에서 경성, 서울로 공간을 이동하는 것에서도 확인된다. 그는 위기의 상황마다 간도로 떠났다가 국내 활동으로 돌아오기를 반복한다. 박성학은 김일성 장군의 지도 아래있는 항일 빨치산의 대표적인 인물이기 때문에 출신성분과 지적인 차이가 있는 인텔리 계층인 강 철민과 장보영까지도 혁명의 길로 이끌고 있다. 인텔리 계층인 강 철민은 일제 식민지하에 있는 지식인으로서의 고뇌와 갈등을 술을 마시는 것으로 회피하지만 도피 중의 성학을 도와주면서 이념적인 공유를 확인하고 혁명군으로 활약하기 시작한다. 장보영 역시 그의 출신성분으로 인해 완전한 혁명군이 될 수 없다는 장애를 스스로 극복하면서 혁명군의 자금이나 정보를 제공하는 일을 담당한다. 박성학은 빈농으로 태어나 아버지의 노름과 주벽으로 고통받는 귀녀를 혁명의 길로 접어들게 하여 자신의 연인이자 동지로 성장하게 만들기도 한다. 이처럼 <아들 딸>은 박성학을 중심에 두고 그와 이어지는 인물들의 관계를 통해 1930년대 항일 혁명에 나섰던 인물들을 형상화하고 있다. 이것은 1960년대 접어든 북한이 김일성 장군의 위대성을 강조하기 위해 1930년대를 배경으로 항일 혁명투쟁의 중심에 선 인물을 형상화 한 것으로 볼 수 있다. 북한은 ‘전후 복구와 사회주의 건설’을 거치면서 전쟁 이후의 황폐화된 사회 재건을 성공적으로 이루어냈다. 도시는 제철 산업을 중심으로 빠른 속도로 건설되었으며, 농촌은 농업협동화 사업으로 중공업 중심의 산업에 박차를 가하게 되었다. 이제 북한은 전쟁 이후의 황폐화된 사회를 건설하는데 ... 1960's North Korea literature paid attention in the revolution great work and the works which are various were created, Hwang proposal <son daughter> representative there is a possibility of doing.
