This study is proposed to investigate the effect of electrode preparation method for Alkaline Fuel Cell using NaOH as an electrolyte on the Fuel Cell performance. The materials used for the preparation of electrode are Pt and Ag on Vulcan XC-72. Surface area of Vulcan XC-72 have different values according to the pretreatment conditions and the dispersion of Pt. is dependent on the impregnation. Particle size of Pt impregnated on unpretreated carbon was observed to be 20-40A and that on pretreated carbon in N? stream at 950℃ was found to be finely dispersed less then 15?. The electrode performance was affected by the particle size of metals and operating temperature. It was revealed from this study that the optimum particle size about 30? and optimum temperature range is between 90-100℃.
체대입시 학원생이 인지하는 지도행동유형이 스포츠자신감, 성취목표성향에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 체대입시를 준비하는 학원생들이 인지하는 체대입시학원 지도자의 지도행동유형이 스포츠자신감, 성취목표성향에 미치는 영향을 알아 보는데 있다. 연구대상은 체대입시학원에 다니고 있는 고등학생으로, 최종적으로 296명의 자료를 사용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계분석, 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지도행동유형 중 훈련 및 지시행동유형은 스포츠자신감의 신체적/정신적 준비, 코치지도력, 능력입증에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 긍정적보상 행동유형은 코치지도력, 능력입증, 사회적 지지에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 훈련 및 지시행동유형은 과제목표성향에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 권위적행동유형과 사회적지지행동유형은 자기목표성향에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 지도행동유형의 훈련 및 지시행동유형과 긍정적보상행동유형은 체대입시학원생들의 스포츠자신감과 성취목표성향에 매우 중요하다는 사실을 확인할 수 있었다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the instructor’s teaching behavior types on sports confidence, achievement goal orientation perceived by the students preparing for the college entrance exam. High school students participating in physical education college entrance academies were selected as the population of the study. The data of 296 people were used for data processing, and frequency analysis, reliability verification, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, multiple analysis were performed. The results are as follows. First, the training and instruction behavior types and positive feedback behavior type showed a significant effect on sport confidence. Second, training and instruction behavior types showed a significant effect on task goal orientation, and autocratic behavior type and social support behavior type showed to significantly affect self-goal orientation. In conclusion, it was found that the training and instructional behavior and positive feedback behavior type of instructor’s teaching behavior types are important factors for sport confidence and achievement goal orientation of students of physical education college entrance preparation academies.
