The purpose of this study is to secure an evacuation time and to ensure safety by using an Ubiquitous Sensor Network computing when a fire breaks out at a super high-rise apartment housing. A super high-rise apartment housing that is a type of building to solve the problem of separation of the urban function and the phenomenon of hollowing out downtown has been on the increase, high-rise apartment housings occupying 52.7% of whole housings in 2005. However, if a fire breaks out, there would be serious damage since it accommodates many people and facilities as existence of vertical gigantism in the city. The architectural law in force has no clause on it which is universally applicable to general building, it is difficult to be applicable to a densely super high-rise apartment housing and there would be in danger of a resident's evacuation in the fire. Therefore, as a previous study to introduce an USN-based fire-warning facility and evacuation equipment, this study shows the improvement way after analyzing factors that are barriers to evacuaee's behavior of a super high-rise apartment housing and also shows establishment of the grade of vertical evacuation rank by SimuleX, one of the best computer simulation program.

The For the last half a century, Korea has been experiencing rapid economic growth and industrialized development, however they cause serious problems that environmental pollution and energy shortage have appeared, and the biggest problem that Koreans are now confronted are required solutions throughout the world. At that time, Korea's energy consumption ranks 10th in the whole world. Among them, energy for buildings, about 25% of the total amount of energy consumed in Korea, is very serious. Especially, the energy consumption of school buildings, which have a heating & cooling system according to improvements of the educational environment, is rapidly increasing. These features are explicit in the University, Because it has lots of colleges and facilities for lecture, experiment, and research. In this paper, the energy consumption of Kyungpook National University which is at Daegu, Korea was investigated. This study attempts to appoint the place which is one of University and to investigate the characteristics of energy consumption like electricity, gas, oil. Using the investigation results, we can obtain the overall trend of energy consumption of the university and provide important data basis to guide rebuild and extend construction of school in the future.
석면함유자재의 해체ㆍ제거 전(全)과정 목록화를 통한 처리비용 산정식 개발

Asbestos has widely been used in buildings due to the characteristics of insulation and economic feasibility. However, asbestos has been designated as a banned item list by IARC since 1980s as it was classified as the material which cause diseases. Therefore, the problems that asbestos containing materials are not be used and maintained but be dismantled and disposed have come to the fore. Therefore, this study considered wide legislations about dismantlement and demolition of asbestos containing materials, the relevant guidelines, and standards of estimate. As a result, the whole process to dismantle and demolish asbestos containing materials was listed and the detailed estimation equations and cost items were coded. The detailed estimation equations by process and inventory of the cost items were built. And the estimation equations for the disposal costs of asbestos containing materials incurred in the whole process were developed by summing up the disposal costs by process. The clear standards about the disposal costs incurred in the whole process to dismantle and demolish asbestos containing materials suggested by this study is expected to be utilized as valuable basic data when dismantlement and demolition will be planned at the pan-governmental level in the future.

In this paper, we draws tendency of the electricity consumption in residential buildings according to inhabitants Composition types and the level of incomes. it is necessary to reduce energy cost and keep energy security through the electricity demand forecasting and management technology. Progressive social change such as increases of single household, the aging of society, increases in the income level will replace the existing residential electricity demand pattern. However, Only with conventional methods that using only the energy consumption per-unit area are based on Energy final consumption data can not respond to those social and environmental change. To develop electricity demand estimation model that can cope flexibly to changes in the social and environmental, In this paper researches propensity of electricity consumption according to the type of residents configuration, the level of income. First, we typed form of inhabitants in residential that existed in Korea. after that we calculated hourly electricity consumption for each type through National Time-Use Survey performed at the National Statistical Office with considering overlapping behavior. Household appliances and retention standards according to income level is also considered.
공동주택의 세대 구성유형과 면적에 따른 MSW 발생량 추정모델 개발

As improving our standard of living, demographic change or industrial development, MSW that is closely linked to human behavior has been occurred much change. Notably, we usually have incinerated the combustible waste. In the process, they also emit a large amount of greenhouse gas that has directly affected the global warming and environmental pollution. Therefore, we need to make control system to manage future production and reduce generation of MSW. Thus this study analyzed the generation of MSW according to household members and floor area in apartment housing occupies the highest share. Then, we used both a correlation analysis and a regression analysis to make new estimation model of MSW generation. Based on this study, the results were used to suggest a method to efficiently handle MSW in the case of planning urban environment. Also, build a database to set up the integrated management system of MSW in the future.
