빌딩자동제어시스템의 공조설비에 적용을 위한 Internet 기반 모니터링 및 제어시스템 구축

In this paper, a new distributed intelligent control module based on LonWorks fieldbus for air handling unit(AHU) of heating, ventilating and air-conditioning(HVAC) is proposed to replace with a conventional direct digital control(DDC) with 32 bit microprocessor. This article also addresses an Internet- based HVAC system architecture that combines Web technology and networking. The proposed control architecture has a excellent features such as highly compact and flexible function design, a low priced smart front-end and reliable performance with various functions. This also addresses issues in control network configuration, logical design of field devices by S/W tool, Internet networking and electronic element installation. Experimental results showing the system performance are also included in this paper.

정치적 책임과 용서에 대한 한나 아렌트의 이해

This study is focussed on illuminating the relation between the responsibility and forgiving. To do this, the relation between the self and the world, and the guilt and responsibility should be discussed. For Arendt, The individual responsibility is connected with the moral and legal problems, and also with the conscience. She did not articulate the compassion in explaining the individual responsibility. The compassion is the concept which is correspondent to the political forgiving. Considering that the life of mind is related with the public activities, the conscience is the middle term to connect the individual, and collective(political) responsibility. The political responsibility is differentiated from the guilt. The feeling of political responsibility cannot be formed without the attitude toward the love of the world. The political responsibility is followed by the political forgiving. Arendt's conceptual thinking centers on the political activity in articulating the theories of responsibility and forgiving. Both the responsibility and forgiving are the variations of the action. Two concepts are closely related with the new beginning which is the element to relieve the world from the destruction and to cure the interior defects of the action and freedom. In explaining the Arendtian theory of responsibility and forgiving, I emphasize the relation between the individual responsibility and compassion, and the political responsibility and forgiving.

핵석을 포함하는 풍화사면에서의 지구물리탐사 적용사례 연구

암반내의 핵석의 존재는 불안전한 요소로 작용하고 있으며 특히, 절개사면의 경우 노출이 되지 않더라도 핵석이 풍화정도의 차이에 따라 사면의 불연속면 증가 또는 강도 감소가 되며 사면의 낙석이나 붕괴등 사면 거동의 중요한 요소로 작용한다. 연구대상 사면은 20여년전 절개가 완료되어 일부분 사면보강을 완료하였으나 적은 강우에도 잦은 낙석이 발생하여 항구적인 안정대책이 시급한 실정이었다. 탄성파탐사와 사면지질조사 결과를 비교·분석하여 핵석의 분포특성 및 규모를 파악할 수 있었다. 또한 주변 암반사면에서 DIPS 프로그램을 이용한 평사투영을 실시하여 주변 풍화토 사면에서의 핵석분포특성 및 규모 파악에 대하여 검토하였다. Existence of core stone at the inside of the Rock mass is reacting as unstable element. In particular, in case of the cut slope, even when it is not exposed, slope`s discontinuity increases or strength level decreases depending on the difference in the weathering grade when it comes to the core stone, and reacts as an important element of the slope movement such as slope`s rock fall or collapse. As for the slope that is subject to study, incision was completed after 20 years or so, and parts of the slope reinforcement was completed, but frequent rock fall occurs despite small amount of rainfall, and permanent stability measures are urgent. Refractional seismic survey and geological survey results were compared and analyzed, and reliability was improved by complementing the two survey methods, and stereo-graphic projection using DIPS program was conducted to analyze the characteristics of oore stone in the weathered soil slope.

지중에 매설된 박스구조물에 작용하는 토압 산정

개착식 터널공법으로 시공된 지하철 건설현장을 대상으로 각종 계측시스템을 적용하여 지하 박스구조물에 작용하는 토압을 측정하였다. 이를 토대로 기존 이론식으로 산정된 측방토압과 현장에서 계측된 실측토압을 비교 검토하고, 실제 지하구조물에 작용하는 토압분포를 조사하였다. 조사결과에 의하면 지하 박스구조물에 작용하는 연직토압은 주로 성토고에 큰 영향을 받고 있으며, 측방토압은 흙막이구조물(버팀보, 흙막이벽)의 존치여부에 큰 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 현장에서 측정된 지하박스구조물 상단에 작용하는 연직토압은 Bierbaumer의 이론토압에 가장 근사하게 나타나고 있으며, 측방토압은 정지토압보다 주동토압에 가깝게 작용하고 있다. 그리고, 토압계수는 토사층의 경우 평균 0.35정도로 나타났으며 연암층의 경우 평균 0.21정도로 토사층에서 크게 나타나고 있다. 따라서, 지하 박스구조물이 토사층에 설치되는 경우, 지하 박스구조물에 작용하는 측방 토압은 정지토압보다는 주동토압과 정지토압의 평균치를, 암반층에 설치되는 경우에는 주동토압을 사용하는 것이 보다 합리적이라고 판단된다. The earth pressure acting on underground structure was measured by application of the instrumentation system in the subway construction site constructed by the method of cut-and-cover tunnel. The measured earth pressure was compared with the earth pressure obtained from the existed theoretical equation, and the actual earth pressure diagram acting on the underground structure was investigated. As a result of investigation, the vertical earth pressure is mainly affected by the embankment height, and the lateral earth pressure is significantly affected by whether the existence of earth retaining structures or not. The measured vertical earth pressure is very similar to the theoretical earth pressure proposed by Bierbaumer. The measured lateral earth pressure is closed to the active earth pressure proposed by Rankine rather than the earth pressure at rest. The coefficient of earth pressure in soil deposit layer is about 0.35, and the coefficient in soft rock deposit layer is about 0.21. For design and construction the underground structures, therefore, it is reasonable estimation that the lateral earth pressure acting on structures installed in soil deposit layers is an average value between active earth pressure and earth pressure at rest. In rock deposit layers, the lateral earth pressure acting on structure is an active earth pressure only.

고압분사주입공법으로 보강된 석회암공동의 거동특성

석회암지역은 외부의 압력에 의한 파쇄대와 용해성공동 등과 같은 지질학적인 결함을 대부분 갖고 있다. 특히, 장대교량을 건설할 경우 지질학적인 결함을 갖고 있는 석회암공동의 처리는 꼭 필요하다. 석회암 공동에서 기초의 침하량을 줄이고 지반을 보강하기 위한 대책공법으로 고압분사주입공법이 많이 활용되고 있다. 그러나 고압분사주입공법은 석회암공동에 대한 보강공법으로 활용되어 왔으나 연구실적과 기술적인 자료의 축적이 부족한 편이다. 그러므로 본 논문은 고압분사주입공법에 의하여 보강된 석회암공동 구간에 대하여 강도특성과 변형특성에 대한 연구결과를 제시하였다. 그리고 하중전이시험이 수반된 정재하시험에 의하여 지지력특성도 논의하였다. Limestone area have mostly certain geological defects such as the internal cavities due to melting and fractured zone by external pressures. Especially, in case of constructing grand bridge, the treatment of the limestone cavities area having the geological defects is inevitable. In order to reduce foundation settlement and to reinforce the ground in the limestone cavities area, high pressure jet grouting has been carried out as a countermeasure method. Despite the fact that high pressure jet grouting method has already adopted at a lot of limestone cavities area, but the amount of research and technical data on the high pressure jet grouting have not been accumulated properly so far. Therefore this paper intends to investigate the strength characteristics and deformation characteristics for reinforced limestone cavities area by high pressure jet grouting method. In addition, load carrying capacity obtained by static pile load test with load transfer measuring system is analyzed.

한나 아렌트의 ‘새로운 시작’ 개념과 그 변형

아렌트의 개념적 사유는 인간적 삶의 다차원적 구조를 이해하는 데 기여하고 있다. 예컨대 ‘인간의 조건’, ’활동적 삶’, ‘정신의 삶’은 바로 개념적 사유의 결실들이다. 이들과 연관된 개념적 사유는 아렌트의 특정 저작에서 어느 정도 완결된 형태를 띠지만, 새로운 시작에 대한 개념적 사유는 만년의 저작, 즉 『정신의 삶』에 이르러 비로소 완결된다. ‘새로운 시작’은 아렌트의 전체 저작을 관통하는 개념어이다. 그는 인간의 삶을 위축시키거나 부정히는 수많은 근대적 현상들에 대한 체험에서 새로운 시작의 개념적 사유를 지속적으로 실천하였다. ‘탄생’이란 개념은 인간적 실존에 대한 아렌트의 진지한 고찰에서 새로이 발견한 진주이다. 그는 이 진주를 통해 사막화된 세계로 옥토로 전환하고자 하였다. 그는 탄생의 존재론적 기반에 대한 이해를 통해 인간의 존엄성과 고귀성을 부각시켰으며, 새로운 시작으로서 행위와 자유에 대한 고찰을 통해 인간다운 삶을 보장하는 공공영역의 귀중함을 이야기하고 있을 뿐만 아니라 혁명이란 비극적 사건에서 인간적 불멸성을 가능케 하는 새로운 시작의 정신을 언급하였다. 아렌트의 경우 정신적 삶은 일상적 삶의 반복에서 새로운 시작을 가능케 하는 원동력이다. Hannah Arendt's conceptual thinking contributes to understand the multi-dimentional structure of human life. 'Human condition,' 'vita activa,' and 'the life of mind' are the results of conceptual thought. The thinking concerned with these concepts is most of all completed in a specific work by Arendt, but that with concerned with concept of 'new beginning' is fully completed in her last work, The LIfe of the Mind. 'New beginning' is middle term in Hannah Arendt's political philosophy. Arendt had exercised the conceptual thinking on the new beginning in the response to lived experiences on many modern phenomena which had denied or rejected the meanings of human life. The natality is like the pearl which is newly discovered in the process of serious investigation of the human existence. She had exerted to transform the deserted world into the 'fertile' one. By understanding on the ontological basis of the natality, Arendt made efforts to present the human dignity and nobility. And she tried to tell the importance of the public sphere to guarantee the humanized political life by investigating the action and freedom as the new beginnings, and to emphasize the life of mind which enables us to immortalize the human life. The life of mind is the source to make us to begin successively the novelty in the process of the automatized everyday life.
