The Purpose of this research is to identify management systems that effect to multi-family housing resident's management satisfaction. This study used survey data collected by Korea Reseach Institute for Human Settlement(KRIHS) in 1003. The major findings were as follows: 1) Residents in compulsary management system evaluated housing management higher than ones in optional management system. 2) Quality of mainternanace management and residents' reliability of the representative committee influenced to residents' overall satisfaction of housing management.

Recently, social network and cloud computing applications incur a large volume of sensi仕ve data, and thus, the growing concern is how to store, manage, and analyze those sensitive data while preserving their privacy. In this paper, we survey and analyze the recent work of privacy-preserving data mining (PPDM) on time-series data that are widely used in a variety of applications such as financial, medical, and weather analysis. We first survey various perturbation techniques on time-series in the centralized compiling environment, and we next investigate secure multiparty computa仕on (SMC) in the distributed computing environment. We also categorize PPDM techniques with each mining application and analyze each technique in detail. Recently, privacy-preserving techniques have become much more substantial, and our survey results can be used for developing efficient and robust time-series PPDM techniques that can be applied in the new social and cloud computing environments.

투입-산출분석을 이용한 싱가포르 카지노산업의 생산유발효과분석

싱가포르(Singapore)에는 2010년에 내국인의 입장이 허용되는 Resorts World Sentosa와 Marina Bay Sands 카지노가 개장하였다. 이는 카지노 설립을 통하여 관광객 유치를 확대하여 관광산업을 진흥하고, 국민경제를 활성화한다는 목적을 갖기 때문이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 싱가포르 정부가 카지노산업을 통하여 국민 경제를 활성화하겠다는 정책 목표의 달성 여부를 생산유발효과분석으로 검증하였 다. 통계간의 시차를 일치시킨 분석을 위하여 2011년 싱가포르 국민소득계정, 2007 싱가포르 산업연관표, 2005 우리나라 지역산업연관표와 KEO-RAS법을 이용 하여 카지노산업이 내생부문으로 신설된 2011 싱가포르 산업연관표(내생부문 13 부문)를 작성하였다. 전후방연쇄효과에 대한 분석결과에 따르면 싱가포르 카지노 산업의 영향력계수는 1.03564(13부문 중 9번째)이고, 감응도계수는 0.94148(13부문 중 8번째)로 추정되어 카지노산업이 타산업과 많은 영향을 갖는 산업이라고 평가 하기는 어렵다. 그러나 카지노산업만을 고려하면 후방연쇄효과가 더 커서 카지노 산업이 최종수요형 산업의 특성을 갖는 점이 확인되었다. 카지노산업의 생산유발 효과 분석결과에 따르면 카지노산업에 대한 최종수요는 국민경제에 대해서 1.3619배의 생산유발효과를 갖는다. 생산유발정도가 국가의 경제규모와 비례한다 는 점과, 본 연구에서 추정한 2011 싱가포르 산업연관표의 내생부문이 13개라는 점을 고려하면 싱가포르 카지노산업의 생산유발효과가 작다고 평가하기는 어렵 다. 이러한 측면에서 국민경제를 활성화하기 위하여 카지노산업을 도입한 싱가포 르 정부의 정책목표는 달성되었다고 평가할 수 있다.

C. Debussy의 Sonata No. 1 for Cello and Piano에 대한 분석연구

이 논문은 Debussy가 1915년에 쓴 단 한 곡의 Cello Sonata에 관한 분석적 연구이다. Debussy는 모두 10곡의 실내악 작품을 남겼으나 그 중의 중요한 작품으로는 본 논문의 연구 대상인 Cello Sonata를 위시해서 String Quartet, Violin Sonata, Flute, Viola, Harp를 위한 Sonata로 대표된다. 본 Cello Sonata 분석의 이론적 배경을 위해서 Debussy 실내악의 전반적인 특징 즉, 악기 배합, 악장 구성, 형식, 선율적 특징, 음계, 화성, 리듬, 조성, 박자등의 내용을 여러 문헌이나 악보를 통해서 종합해 보았으며, Debussy가 사용한 실내악 주법도 살펴 보았다. Debussy의 Cello Sonata를 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 내용으로 압축할 수 있었다. 전 곡은 자유롭고 축소된 기악곡적 의미의 Sonata로써 Cyclic form을 형성하며 부드럽고 색채적이고도 동양적인 성격을 띄는 선율들은 Aeolian, Dorian, Lydian 등의 선법과 온음 음계, 5음 음계, 반음계, 장·단음계등의 음계를 바탕으로 하였다. 전 곡에 나타나는 다양한 tempo의 변화와 dynamics의 변화는 짧은 곡이지만 이 곡을 알차게 이끌고 있으며 셋잇단음표나, syncopation 리듬, Cello부와 Piano부가 만들어내는 복잡한 리듬과 함께 7화음, 9화음, 11화음, 불완전화음, 증6화음등의 화음 구성은 이 곡을 근대적인 음악으로 만들고 있다. 이 곡은 근대적인 Cello Sonata인만큼 portando, pizzicato, sul tasto, sul ponticello, marcato, staccato등의 주법이 색채적인 음색의 표현을 위해서 효과적으로 사용되었으며 Debussy는 이 Cello Sonata를 통해서, 고전적, 낭만적 전통을 계승하면서도 또한 고전주의적, 낭만주의적 Sonata가 아닌, 자신의 개성적이고도 독창적인 차원 높은 Debussy적인 Sonata를 보여 준다. This thesis is an analytic study on Debussy's only Cello Sonata, composed in 1915. Debussy composed ten pieces of chamber music, and those precious work are a String Quartet, a Violin Sonata, a Sonata for Flute, Viola and Harp, and the Cello Sonata which is the object of this study. First to understand the theorectical background of this study, the general characteristic of Debussy's chamber music instrumental combination, movement style, form, melodic feature, scale, harmony, rhythm, tonality and time are summarized from various articles and works. Debussy's own techniques in chamber music are also reviewed. From this analysis the writer summarizes as follows. This work is a free and compact instrumental sonata, which forms a cyclic formation. The soft, colorful melody in oriental mood is based on Aeolian, Dorian and Lydian modes and employs the wholetone scale, the pentatonic scale, the chromatic scale, and major and minor scales. Though this work is short, variation in tempo and dynamics shown through the whole work makes it rich in content. The complicated rhythm in the Cello and Piano parts, the triplet figure and the syncopated rhythm along with seventh chords, ninth chords, eleventh chords, imperfect chords and augmented sixth chords make this a modernistic work. Various techniques, characterizing the modernistic Cello Sonata - portando, pizzicato, sul tasto, sul ponticello, marcato, staccato - are used effectively to express the colorful tone. Although Debussy inherits both the classical and romantic tradition, without imitating either, this creative and superior sonata is peculiarly Debussy.

본 논문은 2011년 싱가포르 산업연관표를 작성하고, 산업연관표의 선업부문으로서 카지노산업을 신설하여 카지노산업과 다른 산업들의 생산유발효과와 고용유발효과를 비교하였다. 산업간의 생산 및 고용유발효과를 비교하는 것은 싱가포르 정부가 도박 중독의 위험성 및 관련 범죄유발 등과 같은 사회적 비용의 발생이 우려된다는 점을 인식하면서도 카지노산업을 도입시킨 정책에 대한 성과를 측정할 수 있도록 한다. 산업별 생산유발효과분석에 따르면 2011년 기준으로 각 산업의 최종수요에서 독립적으로 100억 싱가포르 달러만큼의 수요가 신규로 발생할 때 가장 높은 생산유발효과를 갖는 산업은 도소매거래(173억 싱가포르 달러)이다. 카지노의 생산유발효과의 크기는 11개의 산업 중에서 4번째(136억 싱가포르 달러)였으며, 기타서비스, 운송 및 보관업의 생산유발효과보다는 작다, 각 선업의 최종수요에서 독립적으로 100억 싱가포르 달러만큼의 수요가 신규로 발생할 때의 산업별 고용유발효과를 보면 2011년 기준으로 기타서비스(164,000명/100억 싱가포르 달러)와 숙박 및 식음료서비스(151,000명/100억 싱가포르 달러)의 유발효과가 가장 크다. 카지노의 고용유발효과는 11개의 산업 중에서 8번째(33,000명/100억 싱가포르 달러)로 크며, 이는 다른 서비스업보다 낮다. 이와 같은 분석결과에 따르면 싱가포르 정부는 카지노산업이 일정 수준 이상의 생산유발효과를 갖고 있으므로 경제를 활성화시키는 것은 달성하고 있지만, 고용유발효과는 낮기 때문에 고용측면의 목표를 달성하고 있다는 평가하기는 어렵다. This research compared induced production and induced employment of each industry in Singapore using Input-Output Tables 2011 and Input-Output analysis. Input-Output Tables 2011 and Employment Table 2011 of Singapore are estimated. It aims to evaluate performance of casino policy from 2010 in Singapore, where gambling has been outlawed from 1965 till 2010. Singapore Government permits integrated Resorts(IRs) including casino as a new driving force in economic growth although there are concerns that such social costs as gambling addiction and relevant crime will be paid. As a result of the empirical analysis WHOLESALE & RETAIL TRADE shows the highest level of induced production, 17,313 million S$ out of additional 10,000 million S$ of its final demand. CASINO generated the fourth highest induced production of 13,625 million S$ among 11 industries by 10,000 million S$ of final demand. The results of the empirical analysis also showed that Other service brings 164 people of induced employment out of 10,000 million S$ of final demand, and Accommodation and Food service 151people/10 million S$. CASINO presents the seventh highest induced employment of 33people/10 million S$, which is lower than other service industry, among 11 industries by 10 million S$ of final demand. The results present that Singapore Government accomplished a certain level performance in induced production form casino, not in induced employment. The policy of the Singapore government for CASINO have not archived its purpose for employment in this stage.
