The method for analyzing the measured pulse waves of the left and the right carotid arterial pulse waves, electrocardiograms, phone cardiac sound waves, blood pressure in the brachial artery, and femoral arterial pulse waves is investigated by using the Coronyzer KH-3000 system, which was developed as a cardiac vascular vessel pulse analyzer. The main artery's internal pressure is derived under the condition that the value of the internal pressure of the aorta coincides with that of the coronary artery according to Pascal’s law. The blood flow through the coronary artery is specially analyzed by using a program for the pulse waves of the left and the right carotid arteries and the cuff systolic wave of the brachial artery and is derived by applying the main parameter index shown in the internal pressure curve for the aorta. The blood flow through coronary artery can be used for measuring the arteriosclerosis, which indicates the resistance to blood flow, the subject’s disability of blood flow, the compliance, and the stenosis status. 심혈관 맥파분석기로 개발된 Coronyzer KH-3000를 이용하여 측정된 좌/우 경동맥파, 심전도파, 심음파, 상완동맥에서의 혈압, 대퇴부동맥파형을 분석하는 방법을 조사하였다. 대동맥궁과 관상동맥의 입구값이 파스칼 법칙에 따라서 일치한다는 전제하에 내압곡선을 유도하였다. 좌/우 경동맥의 맥파와 상완 커프파의 이완기 파형을 특수 개발된 프로그램으로 합성하여 얻어낸 대동맥궁의 내압곡선에 나타난 주요지표 값을 적용시켜 관상동맥 혈류량 공식을 유도하였다. 관상동맥의 혈류량 공식은 피험자의 혈류흐름의 장애를 표현하는 혈류의 저항값, 혈관의 탄력성을 의미하는 순응도, 협착여부를 판단하는 관상동맥경화도를 측정하는데 활용될 것으로 보인다.
영구자석과 홀소자가 구비된 맥진기를 이용한 경동맥과 요골동맥의 맥진파형과 맥파전달속도 분석

The pulse waveforms of a carotid artery in the neck and a radial artery in the hand wrist were individually measured by using cliptype pulsimeter equipped with a permanent and Hall device. The pulse transit time and the pulse wave velocity obtained through comparison of two pulse waveforms were analyzed each other. A value of the pulse wave velocity was about 8.5 m/s similar to one measured by a conservative method. This result suggests that the clip-type pulsimeter as the reproducible and reliable one oriental diagnostic medical device can be predicted to any atherosclerosis state in the cardiac circulatory system.
