ACTH가 副腎, 骨髓 및 淋巴組織에 미치는 影響에 關한 實驗的 硏究

Many studies for the effect of ACTH were executed with various animals. The histological changes of the adrenal cortex were illustrated in relation to the endocrinological and biochemical action. Reports for the effect on the peripheral blood were also established but the mechanism was in controversy. Author attempted to clarify the histological changes of the adrenal cortex and the mechanism of the effect on the individual differential cells of leukocytes, also tried to pursue the changes of bone marrow, lymphnode and spleen under the influence of ACTH or with surgical stress. Thirty eight healthy young adult male rabbits weighing from 1.80 kg to 2.20 kg were utilized. Animals were sacrificed by the injection of air into the vein of the ear, and then the adrenal gland, femoral bone marrow, spleen and mesenteric lymphnodes were examined. The findings and results obtained on this experiment were as follows; 1) The microscopic structure of the adrenal cortex following stimulation by ACTH or with surgery was revealed; the cells of zona fasciculata were initially clear and pale staining predominently became compact and dark staining and then the change was extended to the zona glomerulosa, which was related to the amount and duration of administered ACTH, especially predominant in addition to surgery. In the group of rabbits administered large amount of ACTH, although compact cells were proliferated, tiny lipid like material was increased and vacuolated cells were appeared which was presumably resulted from the degeneration of cytoplasm. 2) The bone marrow showed marked decrease in cellularity, erythroid series, megakaryocytes and eosinophils, but fatty marrow and myeloid series were remarkably increased. Lymphocytes, were slightly increased. The above mentioned changes were more remarkable in the fifth group of animal. 3) Lymphoid tissue was markedly reduced, and observed follicular atrophy, sinusoidal edema, congestion and decrease in number of lymphocytes. In areas some lymphocytes showed karyorrhexis or karyolysis. Such findings were predominant in the fifth group of animal. 4) Spleen was moderately atrophied and its lymphoid tissue disclosed a considerable decrease in amount. There was congestion, edema, partial proliferation of fibrous tissue, precipitation of blood pigments and infiltration of polymorphonuclear-leukocytes and macrophages in the parenchyme. These findings were more pronounced in the fifth group of animal. 5) In peripheral blood with the injection of ACTH and or laparotomy produced absolute lymphopenia and eosinophenia, however circulating neutrophils were markedly increased in number.

칸트의 계몽과 스스로 사고하기- 스스로 사고하기의 두 의미를 중심으로

1784년 칸트의 「계몽이란 무엇인가에 관한 답변」 이후로 “너 자신의 지성을 사용할 용기를 가져라!”라는 표현은 계몽주의를 대표하는 구호가 되었다. 또한, 칸트에게도 ‘계몽’이란 그의 철학적 작업 전체를 의미한다고도 볼 수 있을 만큼 중요한 개념이다. 그러나 제목에서도 알 수 있듯이 칸트 시대에 계몽은 특정하게 정의된 개념이 아니고, 오히려 칸트가 정의 내려가면서 사용하는 개념이다. 칸트는 이러한 계몽을 미성숙에서 벗어나는 것이라 정의하고, 미성숙을 자신의 지성을 사용하지 못하는 상태로 제시한다. 동시에 「사고 안에서 방향 정하기란 무엇인가?」에서는 계몽을 스스로 사고하기와 이성 안에서 진리의 시금석을 찾는 것으로 정의한다. 이로 미루어보아 칸트에게 계몽이란 ‘스스로 사고하기’를 의미한다고 볼 수 있다. 또한 칸트가 계몽을 미성숙에서 벗어나는 것 즉, 성숙이라 말하는 것 역시 스스로 사고하기와 연관된 개념으로 이해해야 한다. 이 글은 이 점에서 칸트가 스스로 사고하기를 어떻게 이해하는지를 적극적 의미와 소극적 의미로 나누어 설명한다. 먼저 스스로 사고하기의 적극적 의미는 ‘성숙’으로 곧 ‘스스로 행위하기’이다. 이 점에서 스스로 사고하기는 책임의 문제와 관련되며 이성의 사적 사용이 이성의 공적 사용에 근거한다는 점을 보여준다. 나아가 스스로 사고하기의 소극적 의미는 오직 이성에만 근거하여 사고하기이다. 여기에서 칸트는 인간의 자의 규정에 있어서 여러 근거가 있지만, 오직 이성에만 근거하여 판단하고 행위할 것을 주장한다. 또한 칸트는 우리의 이성의 한계에 부딪혔을 때, 즉 객관적인 판단근거가 부족하거나 초감성적인 판단을 내려야 하는 믿음과 같은 경우에 있어서도 오직 이성에만 근거하여 사고해야 함을 주장한다. 이 글은 스스로 사고하기의 두 가지 의미가 어떻게 계몽과 관련하여 나타나는지를 보이고, 칸트의 계몽이 성숙이자 비판을 의미한다는 것이 스스로 사고하기에 근거한다고 주장한다. Since the publication of Kant's “An Answer to the Question: What is Enlightenment” in 1784, the expression “Have courage to use your own reason!” has became a motto representing the Enlightenment. For Kant, ‘enlightenment’ is an overarching concept that plays a pivotal role in his entire philosophical work. However, as the title indicates, the fact that the meaning of enlightenment was not firmly established in his time allowed Kant to define this concept in an unprecedented way. Kant defines this enlightenment as an escape from immaturity, and presents immaturity as the inability to use one's intellect. At the same time, in "What does it Means to Orient Oneself in Thinking?", he defines enlightenment as thinking for oneself and finding the touchstone of truth in reason. Given this, we can say that for Kant, enlightenment means ‘Thinking for oneself.’ Moreover, it is crucial to recognize that Kant's notion of enlightenment can be understood as a state of maturity, a departure from immaturity, and as a process of thinking for oneself. This article elucidates Kant's twofold understanding of thinking for oneself, clarifying its positive and negative meanings First, the positive meaning of thinking for oneself is ‘maturity’, which entails ‘acting on one’s own’. In this respect, thinking for oneself is related to the issue of responsibility and reveals that the private use of reason is grounded in the public use of one's reason. Furthermore, the negative meaning of thinking for oneself is thinking based solely on reason. Here, Kant argues that we must judge and act based solely on reason, despite the many grounds for human free-choice. Furthermore Kant also argues that we should think solely on the ground of reason, even when faced with the limitations of our reason, such as s beliefs that lack an objective ground for judgment or that require us to make super-sensible judgments. This article demonstrates how the two meanings of thinking for oneself appear in relation to enlightenment, and argues that Kant's enlightenment, which means maturity and critic, is based on thinking for oneself.

본 연구에서는 펄스응답을 이용한 화학공정의 2차시간지연 모델의 해석을 위한 방법을 제시하였으며 이 모델은 공정제어기의 조율파라메타를 구하는 데 이용되었다. 조율기법은 열린루프 조율지침과 닫힌루프 조율지침을 복합아여 적용하였으며 또 최대의 피크주파수를 갖도록 하는 닫힌루프법에 대한 새로운 지침을 제시하였다. 제시된 방법으로 짧은 시간에 공정해석을 할 수 있고 테스트중에 공정에 어떠한 심한 동요나 진동이 생길 가능성은 매우 적다. 닫힌루프 조율지침으로서 최대크기의 피크진폭비를 갖는 닫힌루프 지침이 이용되며 이득여유나 위상여유가 열린루프 지침으로서 이용된다. 최대크기의 피크진폭비를 갖는 닫힌루프법의 개선된 수행을 위하여 공정의 최대크기 피크진폭비를 갖는 닫힌루프법과 감쇠계수 사이의 관계를 분석하고 조율시에 적용하기 위해 해석하였다. 네가지 공정예로서 제안된 기법과 기존의 조율지침을 적용한 기법들과 비교하여 본 연구의 방법에 대한 우수성을 입증하였다.
