인천국제공항철도의 다목적 활용방안-연계체계 개선을 중심으로

The Incheon International Airport Railroad Express(I’Rex) is the railroad that connects Incheon International Airport, Gimpo Airport and Seoul Station. I’Rex is now under construction, and it will be connected to Gimpo Airport by 2007, to Seoul Station by 2010. However, there has been no discussion on how to connect different routes of railway Systems. Therefore it seems likely that rail passenger demand will be lower than that of limousine bus. Therefore, this paper proposes 4 effective connecting methods for I’Rex - (1) Shuttle transport, (2) Short-distance connecting transport (Inside I’Rex, Seoul Subway Line 9, ‘Han-River line’) (3) Mid-distance connecting transport (Jung-ang, Tae-baek, Young-dong line) (4) Long-distance connecting transport (Korea Train Express (Korean high speed railroad)) These methods can increase the connectivity of I’Rex with existing railroads and the competition power of I’Rex against a highway.

기후변화로 인해 자연재해 피해가 증가하고 있다. 도시 지역은 높은 불투수지역 비율, 취약한 지역에서의 개발, 열섬 현상, 사람과 주요 기반시설의 집중 등의 이유로 기후변화에 특히 취약하다. 도시의 재해 피해를 줄이기 위해 전통적인 방재시설의 용량을 높일 뿐만 아니라 모든 도시 구성요소에 방재기능을 부여하는 것도 절실히 필요하다. 도시방재 정책수립을 지원하기 위해, 기후변화로 인한 홍수, 가뭄, 폭염, 폭설, 강풍, 해수면 상승과 같은 대형재해에 대응하기 위한 광역적/지역적스케일의 도시공간에서의 기후변화 민감도를 측정할 수 있는 도시재해취약성 평가모델(UDSAM)을 개발하였다. 이 모델을 활용하여 취약한 장소를 찾고 문제점을 파악할 수 있다. 모델의 분석 결과는 기후변화 재해를 대비한 적응계획을 수립하는 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다. The natural disaster damage has been increased by climate change effect. The urban area is one of the most vulnerable places to the climate change disaster, because of the high impervious area rate, development in vulnerable area, heat island, concentration of people and vital infrastructure and so on. In order to decrease the damage in urban area, it is required not only to increase the capacity of traditional disaster prevention facilities, but also to grant disaster prevention function to the all urban components. In order to support the urban disaster prevention policy making, the urban disaster sensitivity assessment model (UDSAM) was developed to assess the climate change sensitivity of urban space in regional and local scale against to the massive disasters such as flooding, drought, heat wave, heavy snow, strong wind and sea level rise by climate change effect. Using those model, it is expect where the vulnerable place and what the problem is can be evaluated. The results of model would be helpful to make an adaptation plan for climate change disasters.

Molded case circuit breaker(MCCB) is typically used because it has superior characteristics without fuse, such as safety, controllability and ability to collaborate with other devices. The molded case circuit breaker, it must be examined by a regular test for acquiring a standard. One of standard tests is short circuit test. During the short circuit test, causing cracks and damages on the component. AEC BASE had troubles having cracks and damages when short circuited. AEC BASE of MCCB had been designed and analysed by using Pro/ENGINEER and commercial FEM code ANSYS.
