This is the experimental research that tries to explain a variety of stoichiometry is how to affect the performance and the flooding phenomenon of proton exchange membrane fuel cell. A value of stoichiometry changes to 1.2, 2.0 and 2.5 as its variation, either a temperature of cell changes to 50, 60 and 70. Into the comparison between theoretical and experimental value, this study analyzes that a variety of stoichiometry is how to affect flooding of cathode in the proton exchange membrane fuel cell. The effect of air stoichiometry, cell temperature, air humidity, different flow fields are also discussed in this paper. This study has accomplished the measurement of performance as the variety of stoichiometry in the cathode of proton exchange membrane fuel cell, moreover it has recorded the visualization of flooding in the cathode with a high-speed micro camera.

This paper reports the characteristics of the three dimensional turbulent flow in the rectangular<br/> -sectioned 180 degree bends by Hot-wire anemometer. Grande and Kool proposed a cooling law for the<br/> measurements of the flow through the narrow passage. The authors noticed that the calibration<br/> coefficients of original method are not constant and fairly sensitive to the flow approaching angle.<br/> Measured voltages are converted to three velocity and six Reynolds stress components using the<br/> modified method in which the coefficients are treated as a function of approaching angle.

A value of RH changes to 0%, 50% and 90% as its variation, either stoichiometric flow rate changes to 1.5, 2 and 4. Into the comparison between theoretical and experimental value, this study analyzes that a variety of RH is how to affect flooding in the cathode of the proton exchange membrane fuel cell. The effect of air stoichiometry, air humidity and different flow fields are also discussed in this paper. Recently Many technology of the P.L.N (Power Line Network) are introduced for an efficient communication. P.L.N transmits information using power line channel. A control information transmission system is proposed in this paper for the effective transmission. The Power Line Networks have an advantage in low cost because it uses existent power line. It can be easily applied anywhere that a power line socket is available. But the power line channel is very noisy, because many electronic devices in generate electronic noise in modulated signals. This problem should be considered carefully in the design of control information transmission system using P.L.N. in Train. The proposed system can be applied for automated HVAC system. The system enables HVAC control to be exchanged among couch in train application.

지역 혁신정책의 중심이 중앙정부에서 지자체로 전환되고 있다. 하지만 지역별로 차별화된 지역혁신전략을 수립, 추진하기에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이는 국가 전체의 차원에서 뿐만 아니라 지역 차원에서도 비효율적이다. 국가내 지역간에 혁신 형태나 특성에 뚜렷한 차이가 있고, 이를 반영하지 못한 혁신정책은 의도한 효과를 거두기 어렵다. 이러한 문제의식 하에 본 연구는 한국에서의 지역간 혁신 형태의 특성과 차이를 밝혀내고, 이를 유형화하여 적절한 정책적 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 기존 연구들에서 제시된 지역혁신 관련 지표들을 검토하고, 선정된 지역혁신지표들을 활용하여 다중인자분석과 군집분석 방법을 통해 지역들을 혁신유형별로 구분하였다. 그리고 각 혁신유형별로 드러난 특징과 차이를 기초로 그에 맞는 정책적 방향을 예시하였다. 이러한 결과는 향후 지역별 특성에 적합한 혁신정책 수립에 기여할 것으로 기대된다. The focus of regional innovation policies is shifting from a central government to local governments. No one denies the fact that the innovation will lead regional development and shall be created in such a way that it will be appropriate for regional circumstances. However, the central government and local governments have not arrived yet at a conclusion on what innovation policies are appropriate for regional circumstances. This leads to a consequence that is inefficient not only at a national level, but also at a regional level. This research, given this problem, aims to find out the characteristics and differences in innovation types among the regions in Korea and suggests appropriate policy implications by classifying such characteristics and differences. This research, given these objectives, classified regions in consideration of the various indicators that comprise the innovation suggested by existing related researches and illustrated policies based on such characteristics and differences. In this research clustering analysis based on multiple factor analysis was applied. Supplementary researches on dynamically analyzing stability in regional innovation types, establishing systematic indicators based on the regional innovation theory, and developing additional indicators are necessary in the future.

Recently study on passenger' activities found that many passengers were ride in kinds of transport, e.g. car and railway while business trip. Usually choice of transport is determined by the transportation of passengers, depending on the purpose of travel. A study was therefore set up to study how efficient influence the transports about business trip. The study involved 4 subjects (4m) which divided into four groups during two day. We evaluate about the transport productivity by each day by using the car and railway. The transport productivity of car and railway was valued in HRV and Stroop Color Word Interference Test. The results showed significant differences between the car and railway. The subjects reported that use of railway is greater transport productivity than the car.
