HS-SPME법을 이용한 한국 서남해 연안 해역에서의 방오제 분포 특성

We study on the distribution characteristics of antifouling agents such as Sea-nine 211, Irgarol 1051, Diuron using HS-SPME method in southwestern coast of Korea. Short half-life of Sea-nine 211 was distributed in very low concentrations and/or below detection limits in all of the sampling points, both water and sediments samples. Irgarol 1051 was detected to have the highest concentration respectively $6.98{\mu}g/L$, 28.50 ng/g-dry wt in the seawater and sediments, and regional distribution characteristics did not appeared. Strong bioaccumulation and long half-life of Diuron was distributed higher concentration than in all sampling point and was analyzed to have the highest concentration(3882.22 ng/g-dry wt) Mo7(Mokpo)'s sediment. Irgarol 1051 and Diuron distributed in the shipbuilding industry and ship marina are located just at the point to found in high concentrations. In addition, the distribution of the antifouling agent materials were lower in concentration than in inner bay to outter bay in sediments. Antifouling agent materials from these results were contaminated high potential from port and shipbuilding industry located in inner bay. HS-SPME법을 이용하여 한국 서남해 연안해역에서 Sea-nine 211, Irgarol 1051, Diuron과 같은 방오제의 분포 특성을 검토하였다. 반감기가 짧은 Sea-nine 211은 모든 시료채취지점 및 지역의 해수와 퇴적물에서 아주 낮은 농도 또는 검출한계 이하로 분포하였다. Irgarol 1051은 해수 및 퇴적물에서의 최고 농도가 각각 $6.98{\mu}g/L$, 28.50 ng/g-dry wt로 검출되었으며, 지역별 분포 특성은 나타나지 않았다. 반감기가 가장 길고 생물 농축성이 강한 Diuron은 모든 시료채취 지점에서 Sea-nine 211과 Irgarol 1051보다 높은 농도로 분포하였으며, Mo7(목포)의 퇴적물에서 최고농도(3882.22 ng/g-dry wt)로 분석되었다. Irgarol 1051과 Diuron은 조선산업단지 및 선박정박지가 위치하고 있는 지점에서 높은 농도로 분포하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 퇴적물에서의 방오제 분포는 내만에서 외만으로 그 농도가 낮아졌다. 이러한 결과로부터 방오제는 내만에 위치하고 있는 항구나 조선산업단지로부터 오염될 가능성이 높을 것으로 판단된다.

The superficial object of research is that what are the satisfaction or dissatisfaction factors of hotel reservation through internet electronic commerce. The implications of this study are summarized as follows. First, the distrust of products and services displayed on web site, and the time needed in cancellation for ordering are the general fear of purchase through the web. So, this factor must be considered to promote the reservation through the internet. Second, the afraid for Private information being revealed and the distrust for the sellers and the unfamiliarity of terms related with hotel reservation are the dissatisfaction factor in process of ordering through the web. Third, the savings of time and cost is the satisfaction factor but the means of payment is still the hindrance for the order through web. So, the development of secure means of payment is the essential to promote the hotel reservation through the internet.
Hyaluronic Acid Micro Fill Patch와 황금 (Scutellariae Radix) 에탄올 추출물 병용의 피부 보습 효과

Recently, hyaluronic acid (HA) has attracted attention as a potential moisturizing material. Since HA is closely related to the skin`s moisture content, several methods for increasing HA in the human skin have been described. HA micro fill patch is a kind of micro needle patch and is one method for physically injecting HA from outside of the human body. We designed an HA micro fill patch using sodium hyaluronate (200,000 Da), HA (5,000 Da) and xylitol. Separately, micro needle patches are often used with essences. We have produced a Scutellariae Radix ethanol extract (SREE)-containing essence to potentially impact HA synthesis. Next, we measured moisturizing effects of these treatments alone or in combination using a corneometer. After application of the HA micro fill patch alone and in combination with SREE, the average levels of moisture content in the areas of application increased significantly by 7.0% and 11.7%, respectively (p<0.05). These data indicate that co-administration of HA micro fill patch and SREE improve moisturizing effect in the human skin.
연구논문 : 서남해연안해역에서 Tetrabromobisphenol A의 노출농도 및 그들의 광화학적 분해 특성

The aim of this study is to determine the exposure concentration of tetrabromobisphenol A(TBBPA) in southwestern coast and their photodecomposition rate. Also, it is to identify the radical species of the photodecomposition of TBBPA and their reactive byproducts using the electron spin resonance(ESR) method. TBBPA was not detected in any of the sea water samples from Mokpo, Gunsan, or Goheung. The sediment samples from Mokpo contained not detection(N.D)∼50.0 ng/g dry wt., while those from Gunsan contained N.D∼28.5 ng/g dry wt. and those from Goheung contained N.D∼7.3 ng/g dry wt. The photodecomposition rates were 2.56 × 10-6/hr by visible light(400 nm), 7.98 × 10-6/hr by ultraviolet light(300 nm <), and 6.78 × 10-6/hr by sunlight. Also, we confirmed that singlet oxygen and hydroxyl radicals are the key reactive oxygen species at wavelengths greater than 400 and 300 nm, respectively. This study shows that the main byproducts formed during irradiation at wavelengths above 300 nm are 2,6-dibromobenzosemiquinone radical(2,6-DBSQ·-) and g-value 2.0048 doublet spectrum.
