Wet Station 모니터링을 위한 제어 모듈의 설계 및 구현

In this paper, wet station monitoring system is implemented by designing functional tasks and using shared memory for inter process communication. We design recipe command in order to process semiconductor wafer units they ar called a lot, and discuss a monitoring method of batch process of lots by the recipe. We implement the task, the recipe and the shared memory according to the designed format and apply them to the real equipment. As a result of the experiment, each task proceeds the batch processing with the shared memory according to the recipe command and we can visually monitor all of the process by the graphic window.
한국어 명사의 시소러스 구축을 위한 시스템 설계 및 구현

We present a method of thesaurus construction in order to produce semantic concept hierarchy of Korean nouns and implement a system for constructing the thesaurus in this paper. Multiple-step construction method is applied to this system which uses bottom-up and top-down method complementarily for solving the nonobjectivity of word hierarchy, working speed, structural contradiction, and incoherency of existing thesaurus. This system maintains objectivity using the meaning sentence of machine-readable dictionary and solves structural contradiction and incoherency with reference to existing thesaurus. We implement a developmental tool based on client/server system to construct thesaurus including massive entries as soon as possible and multiple clients can work simultaneously.

The script of multimedia authoring tool must be able to define the basic events, represent the special function of an object and change the entire system dynamically. In this paper, we design and implement a script interpreter that defines the properties and events of various multimedia objects and executes them, and describe the analysis of script source, the management of execution table, and the method for storing the script information to the objects and executing it according to the user's events.
레퍼런스 클럭을 이용한 객차 PI 시스템 동기화 및 자막 편집기 개발

본 논문은 열차 내에서 승객의 편의를 제공하고 긴급 상황에 대한 대피 안내 방송 및 자막 서비스와 광고 등의 효과를 극대화하기 위한 네트워크 기반의 승객 안내 시스템 개발에 대하여 기술한다. 기존 시스템은 영상 및 자막 그리고 음성 안내 등의 정보를 방송하기 위해 VGA 신호 분배기를 이용하고 있다. UDP와 TCP/IP 프로토콜을 적용하여 기존 시스템을 개선하고, 이 경우 발생하는 데이터 손실 및 차량 간의 동기화 문제를 해결하기 위하여 레퍼런스 클럭을 이용한다. 열차의 운행 스케줄에 따른 자동 안내 방송과 광고 효과의 향상을 위하여 다양한 3D 효과로 자막을 재생 하도록 XML 기반의 자막 편집기를 개발하였고, 시뮬레이션을 통해 성능을 평가 한다. This paper describes the development of a network-based passenger information system(PIS) which provides the convenience of the passenger of the train and heightens the effect of the subtitle service, the advertising and the shelter guidance broadcasting against the urgent event. The existing system uses VGA signal distributor in order to broadcast information with image and subtitle and voice guidance. In this paper we improve the existing system by applying the UDP and TCP/IP protocol and use a reference clock to solve a data loss and synchronization problem which occurs in this case. We also developed an XML-based subtitle authoring tool which can edit and play the subtitles with various 3D to improve the automatic guidance broadcasting and advertisement effect according to the operation schedule of the train. The system performance was evaluated through a simulation.
